I am currently using unwanted 21 and have observed a lot of hairfall after I started taking this birth control pill, any solutions to prevent hairfall ?

Please take fluoric acid 30 - twice daily for next 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Also use arnica shampoo. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. Continue treatment.

Up to 60ml of wine can be consumed safely daily not more. To reduce cholesterol in stomach area, you need to do 30 min of brisk walk/jogging/running daily reduce the amount of oil, ghee in good and totally stop fries food and junk food. Start taking 1 tsp of triphala churns daily at night with warm water after food regularly.

I am losing hair quickly and have tried all shampoos but no effect yet. I am not sure what else can I do you please help me with this.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash.

Now anger is pure energy and people mistakenly think that they must express anger violently, or aggressively, or they can damage something, or throw a fit, or kill, or hurt, or withdraw, etc. These expressions can be followed, if they are appropriate to the situation. You can instead simply talk about the feeling, write about it and share it with someone who understands, scream and shout in a situation which warrants it and so on. The right thing to do however, is to find out why you are angry and whether it stems from some recent event or has it got roots way back from your past. In either case it would do good to meet with a counselor and deal with it effectively in therapy. 1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

Hi, I am 23 years old. Now a days am facing more hair fall issue. Since am using same hair oil and hair shampoo from long time. I do not know why its happening pls suggest. And also if any solution also pls do let me know. And also for your information am doing exercises daily, is it good to do exercise with empty food and effective. Or we should take any food. Only exercise doesn't help to loose weight, a balanced diet will help to loose in terms of kilograms! so get a customised diet plan suitable for your body type, and do exercises along with that to get inch loss also.

Mam I just want to know about green tea. Few days earlier I have taken green tea on regular basis but recently one of my relative told me to avoid green tea as this is not good for girls health. They warned me that if I will not stop to take this then I will face lots of troubles in future. According to them green tea is not good for girls and after some time they may be face problems in pregnancy.

Green tea is over hyped as a detoxification agent. Recent studies have shown that the content of flouride is higher and it is harmful for general health. About pregnancy and fertility it may affect young girls due to certain chemicals, but of taken in moderation like a cup or two per day, it's okay but may be harmful for girls consuming 10 cups or more to detoxification or as a weight loss diet, it sure is danger sign for future.

You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. For a start please follow: 1. Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2. Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3. Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4. Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. 5. Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. 6. Take adequate rest. You should also make an effort to get enough good sleep, preferably every night. Strive to wake up refreshed of your own accord, independently of the alarm clock. If you’re the kind of person who always gets brutally woken up by the alarm ringing, you might never be giving your body adequate rest. 7. Supplement vitamins and minerals. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight.

Most people get acne in their early teens. It appears when oil glands in the body start making more sebum that is oil. Some people also have too many sticky skin cells or greasy skin. In this people these cells mixed with d oil n plug up the hair follicles in d skin. These plugs further trap bacteria/germs in d follicle which can cause follicles to swells and pain. You can consult the doctor till then you can use home remedies drink lot of water, clean your face 2-3 times n wipe with soft towel avoid oily food.
