Follow the tips *avoid caffeine and nicotine. *refrain from consumption of alcoholic drinks before bed. *avoid large meals and beverages late at night. *it is good to exercise, but not too late in the day. *don't take naps after 3 p. M. *have the right sunlight exposure. *take a hot water bath before going to bed. *relaxation before going to bed helps. *a good sleeping environment can be helpful. *don't stay awake for long time in bed. *say no to late-night television. Follow the tips and consult privately if you continue to have difficult sleeping.

It is sympathetic or bodily phenomena. Some persons have profuse seating. There is no drug for that. In allopathy. Drink plenty liquids. Use talcum powder, and deodorants.

Im having asthma since I was a kid, im using inhaler named cipla aerocort. Using this can cause any side effects! I would like to know.

1. For your age pain chest could be due to anxiety, stress, depression, physical and mental strain, hyper acidity, muscular problem 2. Avoid stress and strain 3. Do regular exercise, reduce your weight if over weight. 4. Control your diet. Avoid oily/spicy/fried and junk food, high calorie and cholesterol rich diet. Take small frequent meals (5-6 meals/day instead of three heavy meals. If you have hyper acidity take one tablet of pan 40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days 5. Do yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress. 6. Have sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily. 7. Avoid smoking, alcohol, excess tea/coffee, if you are having 8. Drink plenty of water and take rest 9. Takecrocin advance one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets per day at the time of chest pain 10. If you have recurrent attack of chest pain check your bp, take ecg, x ray chest and consult physician for advice and treatment.

Coital pain is mostly due to dry vagina. And more you are terrified it will remain dry. A vicious cycle. Lubrication is a must before penetration. Give more time on foreplay. Once the vagina gets moist. That is the right time for penetration. Discuss this problem with your husband as he may not be aware of your pain. You can choose lubricant jelly from a pharmacy which will be helpful. Even saliva is a good choice. Sometimes vaginal pain occurs due to vaginal muscle spasm called Vaginismus. Doctors don't know exactly why vaginismus happens. It's usually linked to anxiety and fear of having sex. But it's unclear which came first, the vaginismus or the anxiety. Treatment Women with vaginismus can do exercises, in the privacy of their own home, to learn to control and relax the muscles around the vagina. The approach is called progressive desensitization, and the idea is to get comfortable with insertion. First, do Kegel exercises by squeezing the same muscles you use to stop the flow of urine when urinating. Squeeze the muscles. Hold for 2 seconds. Relax the muscles. Do about 20 Kegels at a time. You can do them as many times a day as you want to. Other medical problems like infections can also cause painful intercourse. Treatment will be done according to diagnosis.

Hi, Take Rauvolfia 1x, 2 tabs daily morning empty stomach. Drink plenty of liquids and cut down your fat, salt and sugar intake. go for a morning walk daily at least for 30 minutes. Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

2. Load Up on H2O
