According to height you should calculate your bmi rate and 10kg losing will be more than enough for you. Sedentary lifestyle tend to gain weight as your intake is more than your calorie burning. First of keep an eye as what you r grabbing. Do not exceed your calorie intake more than 1200 if you want to really lose around 1kg in a week. When our calorie burning is more than intake your weight will start droping. Add more of yogurt chicken paneer eggs to your daily intake. Try to have dinner only with soup or salads this will cut down your calorie ratio n start walking for 15 min a day. Will help you transform your self.

Do these exercises 1. Stretching It Out A worthwhile tactic for increasing your “inches” involves simply stretching your flaccid “little buddy” out. This is done in a very simple manner: Firstly, grasp firmly the head of your phallus (glans). Pay attention to not to cut off too much of a circulation (you should not feel any discomfort). Pull and stretch it outwards in front of you. You should apply enough force in order to feel painless stretching effect inside the base of your little buddy. Hold it in that position for 10 to 30 seconds. Rest for a while and then repeat. Do this daily for 5 to 10 minutes. Extra tip: You should stretch it to all sides: up in the direction to your stomach, down between your thighs, to the left and right as well. Do this for the same amount of time as instructed above. 2. Another Stretch Exercise Here’s slightly different stretching workout you can try as well. Grasp the tip of your “manhood” with one hand. Hold it firmly but focus on not causing yourself any discomfort. Use your other hand to place thumb at base of your penis. Then start to pull it away until you feel that stretch in it. Hold this position for around 10-15 seconds, then release. Have a short break and then repeat this whole process again. You can continue doing this for 2,5 up to 5 minutes in one session. 3. The Backwards Method This one is rather dangerous and potentially harmful so seek some advice from professional guides I mention after the 8th technique: With your thumbs, pull the skin of your cock backwards towards your body. Your other fingers will be providing support under your shaft. Hold this position in a firm manner for ten seconds. Have a short break and then repeat above steps. Five minutes a day should be all you need. Safety tip: Don’t hold the position for longer than this, and so tightly as to cut off your blood circulation. 4. The Opposite Directions Workout Here’s an exercise that might make you flinch a little just reading about it, but make no mistake, it’s very effective. With your right hand, grasp the tip of your flaccid phallus. Put your left hand on the beginning of your base. Then, as horrifying as it may sound, pull with both hands in opposite directions for 10 seconds at a time. You should feel the stretching inside of the shaft of your little buddy but stop immediately if you notice any significant discomfort. You can take a short break and then repeat. Do this for five minutes a day. Safety tip: Don’t continue if you feel any pain or discomfort. What is more, don’t do this without proper and detailed guidance by experts (see end of 8th technique). 5. Kegel Method It’s fairly common knowledge that Kegel exercises are beneficial to women´s health in a variety of ways. However, very few men know that you can make your dick look larger just by maintaining more control over the erection itself. All you need to do is the following: Identify and locate your Pubococcygeus muscle by trying method of stopping your urine flow. Then, once you find it you will need to start contracting the PC muscle daily around 20-30 times. Once you master these, you should go for more contractions per day and session. Eventually, you’ll be able to not only feel it, but to control the muscle itself. There are various regimes you could try out with the help of a mobile application that is available for free download at the end of this article! Consequently, this will lead to a very noticeable increase in your length and girth as more blood will flow to your dick. While it in this position, you can start to stretch and rotate your little buddy at the same time. You should do this for 30 seconds for clockwise direction. •Then you can switch your hands (if you want to) and repeat that movement for another 30 seconds for the counter-clockwise direction. •All this makes for one session and you can do five sessions a day. To point out: While doing everything correctly, you should definitely see an improvement in your measurements soon. 8. The Weight-Lifting Some experts recommend that you should avoid this method for safety reasons, but if done properly, and if it’s done in moderation, this exercise can have REALLY positive effects on the size of your cock. It has been popularized over the years by the Japanese, and it has indeed been proven to work on several occasions. However, it is advisable to try all of the other workouts listed above as first. Always try this method on your flaccid “manhood”. Attach a special weight to it that has been created solely for this purpose! This will force it to stretch downwards like in other techniques mentioned here already. Gradually over a certain period of time, doing this should make your size larger not only temporary but permanently as well. You should consider doing a little more research before attempting this as it’s potentially harm ful.

Hello, the condition you have described is called alopecia areata. Alopecia areata (aa), also known as spot baldness, is an autoimmune disease in which hair is lost from some or all areas of the body, usually from the scalp due to the body's failure to recognize" self" and destroys its own tissue as if it were an invader. Often it causes bald spots on the scalp, especially in the first stages. As such there is no cure of alopecia areata, but it can be treated well with homoeopathy. Medication: treatment with homoeopathic medicine may take little time to get the hair back in alopecia areata, but relapses may occur there after. There is no permanent solution ot it. Schwabe's acid fluor. 200/ twice daily for 1 month. There after, revert me back for further guidance.

Hi. As you mentioned about typhoid in your past medical history, typhoid tend to increased hairloss. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Line of treatment for pimples: 1) start with washing the face 5-6 times a day. 2) take an enema for first 6 six days. 3) eat only fruits for these six days. Still better course will be to sustain on plain water for 2-3 days and then start on fruit diet. 4) apply steam on the face once every day for first six days and then twice a week. The method for applying steam is as follows: 5) take a vessel (topia or pateela or bhagona) of about 2 kg capacity. Fill it half by water and put it to full boil. When water starts to boil cover the vessel and put it on a table. The patient sits on a chair and covers his head, shoulders, upper back and the vessel by a thick multi folded bed cover. It should be large enough to not to let the steam escape from sides. Open the vessel cover a little at a time, keeping the face close to the vessel. Inhale steam through mouth and exhale through nose. Continue opening the vessel a little more at a time till it is completely open and the flow of steam stops. Wash the face with cold water. 6) come back to regular food but completely avoid spicy, fried foods. Eat lots of salads (not less than 200 gms with every meal) and fruits. Avoid fried foods, sugar and maida. 7) if you continue this way not only the pimples will go, the general health will also improve. The patients will experience reduced bouts of cold and cough. Sinus congestion will also be removed.

yes , the basic reason for piles is usually constipation. increase intake of fibre in your diet and avoid processed /refined food. if it doesn't help than you can take syp looz or lax for relief.

Eat few these things for avoid over weight gain and fat. Apples: they are super foods that you can take three to four times a day as a substitute to carb-rich foods. Almonds: rich in vitamin e and has high fiber content that will make you feel full and reduce your hunger. Green leafy vegetables: they are rich in fiber and very low in calories. They will help in preventing water retention. Avocado: they are rich in high fiber and have high monounsaturated fatty acids that help in reducing belly fat. Cucumber: cucumber is a vegetable that has high water content and is very low in calories. Watermelon: it is a fruit that has 80% water content in it and very few calories. They help in easily attaining desired waistline. Beans: this vegetable helps in improving digestion, as well as strengthening muscles. It will help in toning the belly by reducing hunger and prevent you from overeating. Do thyroid profile and reply soon.

Hi to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.
