Hi. Here are few tips and home remedies which can help you in relieving cough. Home Remedies for Cough: -Stir some into some hot tea for comforting cough relief. You can also eat a spoonful of honey before bed to help calm coughs. -Warm saltwater gargles help moisturize your throat, which can quiet coughs. -Drink peppermint tea to help relieve coughs. -Brew a eucalyptus tea by steeping a few fresh or dried eucalyptus leaves in hot water for 15 minutes. Drink this tea up to 3 times a day to help soothe a sore throat and calm coughs. -Make a hot ginger tea to help soothe a chronic cough. -Turmeric is a traditional cough remedy that many people have found effective for coughs. Try mixing half a teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of warm milk. You can also try turmeric powder and a teaspoon of honey for dry cough.

Hi, take tab. Dolo 650 mg 1-1-1 after food for 1-2 days. Keep recording your temparature. If it is too high, do tepid sponging. Wear loose cotton garments. Drink plenty of fluids. Consume light and easily digestable food. Drink boiled and cooled water. Take crux cough syrup 2tsf 3 times a day.

Take cough syrp as per your cough whether dry or productive. Saline gargles, steam inhalation might be helpful. If persistent cough for long, it might need evaluation. Get your cbc, xray chest done. Consult SOS.

Hello, •She should drink lukewarm water. •Gargle, twice with hot saline water. •Tk, steam, twice. •Avoid, cold intake, exposure to cold climate, dust, smoke, junk food ,nicotine.•tk, homoeopathic medicine: @ Bryonia alb. 30-6 pills, thrice. @ Heper sulphur 30-6 pills, thrice. Go for meditation to charge your body and lungs with plenty of Oxygen  in order to clear nasal passage. •Report wkly, tk,  care.

Take pranacharya jukamonil syrup 1-1 tsf twice a day with warm water. And laxmi vilas ras 1-1 tab twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Avoid milk. Cold drinks. Take hot water steam.

I am suffering from dry cough from last two months so please help me what should I do.

Please check if some irregular habits are responsible for your cough or not. Do gargle with saline water twice daily. Check if there is tonsillitis/pharyngitis or not? also do a chest x-ray. Take bryonia 30 - twice daily for next 3 days and get back to me for further treatment.

I have continue cough and some problems in throat and I can't sleep what can I do for temporary relief.
