Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I am 25 years I have knee pain that too very lite past some I had met with an accident, were I had got nee.
Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Yes acupressure can help reduce pain. Also ask her not to sit cross legged, avoid squatting position, avoid climbing stairs, and do regular exercise of knee. This help to slow process of arthritis she is having.

hello raj for treatment please provide your age & other reports XRAY & blood reports .1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR. Hello sir/mam My question is one of my friends mother is suffering from severe headache and pain in right leg with breathing problem. She is unable to breathe at several time in a day. My friend says she feels like minor attacks in breathing. She consulted many doctors and has done stress tests and ecg and thyroid tests also all came normal. Everyone says its due to some tensn but her mother says she do not have any tension and remains relax and cool. Good to know that her test reports are normal, even if she says that she does not have any tensions, who knows that she may be harboring internal tensions and is good at hiding her emotions, bottled up feelings can be dangerous. Get her enrolled for yoga and meditation classes and please do not remind her about her illness again and again, rather reassure her that there is nothing wrong with her.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

In your conditions you have given tuberculosis. What's the history of tb and current status, medication for it. It could effect intestines too. For the time being take best quality asafoetida (hing)./may cost around 18-20 rs per gram. Take 10 gms, fry in ghee, it will swell. Crush to make powder. Add ajwain 25 gm, jeera roasted powder 25 gm, black salt 10 gms, panchakol chooran 50 gms. Mix all well in mixer. Take 1 tsp bd after meals, with warm water. Report after a week with your tb info so that parpati treatment may be advised.

It must be sciatic pain ie. The nerve gets compressed in the low back. For that conservative management would be ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear mcr chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back.

- Osteoarthritis Knee Pain Dos and Don’ts: - You can do many things to help knee pain, whether it's due to a recent injury or arthritis you've had for years. 1 Don’t rest too much. Too much rest can weaken your muscles, which can worsen joint pain. Find an exercise program that is safe for your knees and stick with it. If you're not sure which motions are safe or how much you can do, talk with your doctor or a physical therapist. Do exercise. Cardio exercises strengthen the muscles that support your knee and increase flexibility. Weight training and stretching do, too. For cardio, some good choices include walking, quads exercises( u can search in net). 2 Don’t risk a fall. A painful or unstable knee can make a fall more likely, which can cause more knee damage. Curb your risk of falling by wearing knee cap whike walking in house or outside home.can be taken out when u go to sleep only. 3 Do use "RICE." Rest by not standing fir prolonged time, ice, compression by bandage, and elevation (RICE) is good for knee pain caused by a minor injury or an arthritis flare. 4 Don't overlook your weight. If you're overweight, losing weight reduces the stress on your knee. You don’t even need to get to your "ideal" weight. Smaller changes still make a difference. 5Don't be shy about using a walking aid. A crutch or cane can take the stress off of your knee. Knee splints and braces can also help you stay stable. 6Do consider acupuncture. This form of traditional Chinese medicine, which involves inserting fine needles at certain points on the body, is widely used to relieve many types of pain and may help knee pain. 7Don't let your shoes make matters worse. Cushioned insoles can reduce stress on your knees. For knee osteoarthritis, doctors often recommend special insoles that you put in your shoe. To find the appropriate insole, speak with your doctor or a physical therapist. 8 in physio u can ask for us , ift, taping therapy , other rechniques , strengthening exercises knee and leg muscles by use of weight cuff or thera band. 9 check for uri acid level, vit d deficency

Hi lybrate-user. Good to know that you have cut back the amount of alcohol. Please send me the reports of your liver function tests. And did you get an endoscopy done. Hii. Dear it's due to weakness of lower back muscles. Take rest and don't watch tv while lying -do hot water fermentation duration -15 min thrice in a day -do lower back muscle exercises daily 15-20 min, twice - do knee to chest exercise 20 times morning while wake up and evening before bed do it for 3 days sure feel better inform me if pain increases.
