May be. You must do urine pregnancy test on early morning sample in a LAB. If positive it means you are pregnant. If negative it means you are not.

I became a mother newly and I am unable to feed my baby properly because I won't get a lot of milk to feed him.

There r some galactogauges available like shatavary, which you can take to increase the milk production. If the child is still not getting enough milk then you have to give him formula milk.

I have a 4.5 month old baby and my milk supply has dropped down as I feed him with formula milk. I want to breastfeed him again but he refuses to respond due to low milk supply. Please suggest how can I get more milk so that he breastfeeds again.

Osteoporosis - 4 Common Signs!

Osteoporosis is a degenerative condition connected with the bones. In this condition, the bones become absolutely brittle and hollow over a period of time. In normal scenarios, bones usually get broken down and repaired over time. They are known as the living tissue of the body. But when the old bone does not get removed due to the lack of new bone creation, this is known as osteoporosis. This disease can affect both men and women. Many women go through this condition after menopause. Let us find out more about the symptoms of this condition.

Causes: There are a variety of things that cause the painful symptoms of osteoporosis. Hormonal changes that affect the sex and thyroid hormones as well as adrenal and parathyroid glands are known to cause this condition. Also, low calcium intake over a prolonged period, especially after childbirth and during menopause can cause this condition in many women. Further, eating disorders where the patient practices severe restrictions when it comes to food intake, can also have a bearing on the person, which keeps the right nutrients from reaching the bones. Steroids and other kinds of medicines that have been used on a prolonged basis in order to treat cancer, gastric reflux, seizures and to cure transplant rejections, can also lead to this condition. Celiac disease, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel conditions and liver or kidney disease can also lead to osteoporosis.

Symptoms 

  1. Fracture: One of the most common symptoms of osteoporosis includes fragile bones that may lead to fractures. Even a minor movement or a fall can cause a fracture as the bones are brittle and hollow. Because the bones are more delicate than usual, these fractures can be triggered easily by an impactful action like a particularly loud sneeze or a persistent cough.
  2. Neck and Back Pain: Compression fractures in the spine are a common occurrence for people who are suffering from osteoporosis. The vertebrae that have collapsed can pinch the nerves radiating from the spinal cord. This can be a very painful condition that goes from tender pain to debilitating sharp pain.
  3. Height: One of the most noticeable symptoms of osteoporosis includes the visible loss of height. A patient suffering from this condition will appear to have shrunk suddenly, in a very mild way. It can cause a condition known as kyphosis, which is basically a stooped back. Owing to this condition, there may be severe pain in the neck and lumbar, or lower back region as well.
  4. Emergency Situation: If you happen to be experiencing debilitating and sudden pain in the hip or wrists or other such areas, then it is recommended to see a doctor immediately as this could indicate a fracture. In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

If you want to avoid pregnancy and want unprotected sex then you can do sex 5 days before start of periods and 5 days after end of period. There are no chances of pregnancy in this period.

Please go for the ultrasound of abdomen (pelvic organs) to rule out the cause. For the time being you can take bol badh rasa 2 tabs twice a day.

No she won't feel any symptoms of pregnancy after 2 days. Wait for periods. Get urine test for pregnancy of she skips the periods by two days or get a blood test done for beta hcg hormone after conception, this hormone starts to rise even before the cycle is due.

pain abdomen can be gastric/renal get an ultrasound done -entire abdomen to rule out stones !! miscarriage maifests through other symptoms also and pain abdomen is just one of them

आजकल की अस्त-व्यस्त जीवनशैली के कारण अनेक पुरुष शुक्राणुओं की कमी की समस्या का सामना कर रहे हैं. साथ हीं उनके शुक्राणुओं ( स्पर्म ) की क्षमता भी कम हो रही है. इसके कारण पुरुषों को पिता बनने में परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है. तो आइए जानते हैं कि आपको अपने शुक्राणुओं की संख्या और क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए आपको क्या-क्या करना चाहिए और क्या-क्या नहीं करना चाहिए. और हम यह भी जानेंगे कि कौन-कौन सी आदतें अपनाकर आप इस समस्या से बच सकते हैं.

स्पर्म काउंट बढ़ाने और शुक्राणुओं की गुणवत्ता बरकरार रखने के टिप्स :
 

  • शराब और सिगरेट न पिएँ. ये आपकी सेक्स क्षमता को बुरी तरह करेंगे.
  • हर दिन व्यायाम करें. ज्यादा भारी-भरकम व्यायाम करने से बचें.
  • अपने शरीर का वजन संतुलित रखें. आपका वजन न तो बहुत अधिक होना चाहिए और न बहुत कम.
  • स्‍टीम बाथ से बचें.
  • लैपटॉप का उपयोग अपनी जांघ पर रखकर न करें.
  • मोबाइल को हमेशा अपने पैंट के पॉकेट में न रखें.
  • रात में जींस पहनकर न सोएँ, इसके बदले आपको रात में सोते समय पायजामा ( Trousers ) पहनना चाहिए.
  • कसी हुई अंडरवियर न पहनें.
  • रात में सोने से पहले अंडरवियर खोल लें, केवल पायजामा पहनकर सोएँ.
  • अत्यधिक लूब्रकन्ट का उपयोग न करें.
  • ज्यादा कॉफी न पिएँ.
  • हर दिन दो अन्डे खाएँ.
  • रोज लहसून की 3-4 कलियाँ खाएँ.
  • हर दिन 75 ग्राम अखरोट खाने से स्पर्म काउंट बढ़ती है.
  • गाजर का जूस नियमित रूप से पीने से शुक्राणुओं की संख्या बढ़ती है.
  • हर दिन एक ग्लास अनार का जूस पीने से भी शुक्राणुओं की संख्या बढ़ती है.
  • हर दिन टमाटर खाना भी आपके लिए फायदेमंद रहेगा.
  • लगातार पालक साग खाने से भी स्पर्म काउंट बढ़ता है.
  • डब्बाबंद खाना, खाना बंद करें.
  • सोया मिल्क का सेवन न करें, ये शुक्राणुओं को नुकसान पहुँचाता है.
  • ज्यादा कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स का सेवन न करें, ऐसा करना भी नुकसानदायक है.
  • घोंघा का मांस खाने से स्पर्म काउंट चमत्कारी ढंग से बढ़ता है.
  • केले का नियमित सेवन भी स्पर्म काउंट बढ़ाता है.
  • हर दिन अपने भोजन में थोड़ी मात्रा में कद्दू के बीज को शामिल करें, यह भी आपको लाभ पहुँचायेगा.
