1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Hello, You need to get evaluated for PCOD, hypothyroidism and hyperprolactinemia which are likely causes of delayed menses after pregnancy has been ruled out.

1. Do steam inhalation by steam inhaler 2-3 times daily with karvol plus inhalant capsule 2. Put otrivin nasal drop 1 drop thrice daily. 3. Take one tablet of levocetrizine (5mg) at bed time. 4. Drink lukewarm water/hot soup/herbal tea etc 5. If you have recurrent attack of cold you may be having sinusitis/allergic rhinitis 6. Take plain xray pns/ct scan of pns after consulting ent specialist to exclude sinusitis and take treatment accordingly 7. If sinusitis is excluded, it I could be due to allergic rhinitis, do an allergy test after consulting allergy specialist/immunologist to find out the cause of allergy and follow the treatment and advice accordingly.

Sagging of breast is know as ptosis. I can be due to a number of causes, a common problem being wrong size of innerware. Change your bra size and wear a sports bra with good support. To firm your breasts massage them daily for about 30 minutes regularly. It the problem still persists, surgical correction can be done by procedure called maetopexy. Consult a plastic surgeon for that.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Chandraprabhavati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Shilapravanga vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner.

Hi lybrate-user, stop hair fall use triphla powder mixed with curd apply on your scalp, at least thrice a week. Second you can use either onion juice or fenugreek paste on your scalp, start taking saptamrit lauh 2 tab bd with water after meal. Maha bhringraj oil for external use massage on your scalp with the help of finger tips. Leave it for over night. Include at least 50 gm paneer daily in your diet drink plenty amount of water at least 10--12 glasses per day. Last but not the least check your thyroid profile as it may be the reason of hair fall. Knee 2 quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

D cold intake on a daily basis is not suggested. Please take only paracetamol regularly or even better, consult a physician. Regarding tiredness, check your sugar levels - fbs ppbs, hba1c and cbc tests are suggested. Get back to us with the results. For shoulder/neck pain the best solution is exercises. Stick to a healthy diet with lots of fruits vegges and healthy nuts like almonds.

1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

One month after operation he can have a normal diet like you people eat at home-daal ,roti, subjee , chaawal . Avoid extra salt through sauces , pickles , paapads and other foods which require preservatives , do not sprinkle salt on salads , encourage him to eat more of seasonal vegetables and fruits compared to before surgery , few nuts for good fats , a spoon of desighee or pure butter but no oily transfats like biscuits , cakes ,namkeen , street food or fried food at home. Use musturd oil for cooking and soy oil for frying ( yes sometimes he can be treated to home made pakodas/ puris) He should have 5 meals instead of large 3 meals . Do keep him occupied with light activities for body and some brain teasers to be aware of world around him. Whatever was his schedule before surgery , try to make him get back after 3 months of surgery.

For a glowing face Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.
