Are the dark circles chronic or recent? See, chronic or inherited ones can't be cured, but the recent ones can be vanished away. First, get your Hb%, S. Iron, S. Ferritin, S. Vit. D3, S. Vit. B12 done. Send me a photograph to get an idea about the condition. Take enough of sleep, do regular exercise like yoga, drink plenty of water, reduce your stress/ tension (that can be one of the reasons), eat more of green vegetables, etc. Share with me the reports for the treatment.

Hello sir my face problems is very big pimples so please sir how can do said I am which treatment.

BHMS
Homeopath,
Hello sir my face problems is very big pimples so please sir how can do said I am which treatment.
Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you wherever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

Cheilitis is inflammation of the lips.[1] This inflammation may include the perioral skin (the skin around the mouth), the vermilion border, and/or the labial mucosa.[2] The skin and the vermilion border are more commonly involved, as the mucosa is less affected by inflammatory and allergic reactions.[2] It is a general term, and there are many recognized types and different causes. Cheilitis can be either acute or chronic.[3] Most cheilitis is caused by exogenous factors such as dryness (chapping) and acute sun exposure.[3] Patch testing may identify allergens that cause cheilitis.consult skin doctor

Hi, as you are suffering from psoriasis since 2009. Psoriasis is a manageable disease, generally patient use steroidal application on patches which give temporary relief and disease reappear after 2/3 days. In severe cases methotrexate is used which is not a safer option and is liver toxic. Ayurvedic external application give very quick results with sun exposure in clearing the scales and internal treatment does not allow the disease to re appear. You should use 3 gms of haldi with milk helps in psoriasis patients.

My son suffered from heavy dandruff for past 2 years tried all systems of medicine with internal external application and special shampoo but not getting relief. When he combs scales both big and small comes. Very much irritation also.

Long ignored imbalances in the body appear on the surface and are indications of deficiencies in the system. If not properly addressed they can remain and fester and worsen. These stubborn manifestations need not only medications, but a search as to what is deficient in the constitution. This deficiency is then either replaced with supplements, but more long term would be a change in the diet. Off the top of my head I would suggest one meal be replaced with an intake of just salads - enough greens to satisfy the hunger.

It can be treated by applying a medicated anti-itch cream, such as POLYSPORIN® Itch Relief Lotion or 1 % Hydrocortisone Anti-Itch Cream, or by taking an antihistamine by mouth (e. G. Iron plays a key role in manufacturing hemoglobin, the part of the blood that carries oxygen to your body’s organs and tissues. When your hemoglobin is at a healthy level, oxygen is properly dispersed. This means your scalp is getting a good flow of blood, which will stimulate and promote hair growth. Adding more iron to your diet doesn’t mean you have to feast on liver day in, day out, but when you’re craving something sweet, remember that dried fruits (like raisins) and cherry juice are packed with iron. Eggs; dates; raisins; dark green, leafy vegetables such as kale; and whole-grain cereals are all high in iron. Vitamin C improves the absorption of iron, so fruits such as oranges, strawberries and lemons should be on your grocery list of foods that prevent hair loss.

I have a pimple on my face how can I clear my face tell me the appropriate decision.

BAMS
Ayurveda, Ambala
I have a pimple on my face how can I clear my face tell me the appropriate decision.
Pimple is a skin problem. These are the causes: • excessive sebum (oil) production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal imbalance and infection by bacteria. These are the best methods to cure pimples fast -: • To control the sebum (oily) secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum (oil) production and causes pimples. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. Touch your face very less. • you can use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin and remove pimples.,• • Give Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for 3-5 minutes daily. • You can take 2 teaspoon of SAAFI SYRUP daily for 1 month for clear face. • Take 20 gm powder of Black pepper and 50 gm of Amla powder. Mix it and take 1/2 tea spoon of this mixed powder daily with luke warm water for 15 days for pimple free skin. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin only in winters..

Advantages of Skinboosters

Cosmetologist
Dermatologist, Delhi
Advantages of Skinboosters

Traditionally defined as "innovative treatments dedicated for skin revitalization"; skinboosters are procured from Hyaluronic acid as by-products. Also referred to as Hyaluronic Acid Injection, they are primarily used for the sole purpose of maintaining adequate levels of skin hydration, besides providing the skin with elasticity, firmness and vitality, while giving it a bright and radiant look. Moreover, they can improve the overall skin structure and also provide long lasting moisture. Skinbooster treatments have been widely regarded as substitutes to Hyaluronic acid Mesotherapy. Each treatment usually lasts for about thirty minutes and involves a tight procedure using micro injections, which help in the gradual breaking down of Hyaluronic acid stabilizing bonds. The treatments are most commonly administered under topical anaesthesia, along with the use of Emla cream.

What are its advantages?
The advantages of using skinboosters are varied and numerous. Unlike other anti-wrinkle treatments, skinbooster treatments gradually improve skin quality. Although the effects are not immediate, they are, however, long lasting and more reliable than others. As a matter of fact, their efficacy and safety as cosmetic products is perhaps the main reason why people prefer skinboosters over other treatments.

What effect does the treatment have on your skin?
After a minimum of three treatments, you will find that your skin texture and composition has improved greatly. Furthermore, your skin will become more tight, rigid, firm, elastic and radiant. Skinbooster treatments are also generally non-invasive and require the least amount of time for recovery, in contrast to other treatments. Their applicability is incredible as they go along even with other treatments like Botulinum toxin treatments. They are flexible enough to help revitalize the skin in any area of the body, from the sensitive areas around the eyes and mouth to the delicate skin of the cheeks and neck. Skinbooster treatments, however, are entirely different than dermal fillers as they are not involved in the enhancement of facial features like shape and proportion.
