Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation. Piriformis stretch 1. Lie on your back. 2. Cross your left leg over your right so that your left ankle rests on your right knee. 3. Use your hands to grab hold of your left knee and pull it gently toward the opposite shoulder. 4. Hold for 15 to 30 seconds. 5. Relax, and then repeat with the other leg. 6. Repeat this cycle 2 to 4 times.

I have problem in my ankle the bone was broken and fix ,dr advice me to wear ankle brace from last two years but when I was starting these days running or some hard workout my whole leg start paining too much what was reason and how I treat this problem?

Taking only medicines is not going to make much difference as joint problems or pain is just a symptom which is the result of injury or deficient of structures supporting the joint. Incorporate your medical treatment along with physiotherapy involving expert exercise regime.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x5days Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do not ignore it. It may have to be further investigated. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days,then contact me again. Contact your family doctor or nearest hospital for emergency help.

Calf stretches standing calf stretch stand away from a wall and put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice. A research group from Boston University School of Medicine tested yoga's effects on lower-back pain. Over twelve weeks, one group of volunteers practiced yoga while the control group continued with standard treatment for back pain. The reported pain for yoga participants decreased by one-third while the standard treatment group had only a five percent drop. Yoga participants also had a drop of 80% in the use of pain medication.

Ok firstly posture correction must. Then tk muscle relaxant medicine according u. Avoid long sitting toward bending and lifting weight. Do stretching exercise in daily routine. For a healthy person do physiotherapy treatment and supplements must.

Hello lybrate user back pain has several cause it can be because of improper posture, injury to back or history of fall, muscle weakness due to sedentary life style or less physical activities like walking, cycling etc. So you are advised to start some back relaxing exs follow by strength improving exs with expert's advice only. Take hot formentation and apply local gel. Avoid forward bending, pushing, pulling objects while household works. Take plenty of water and fresh fruit &juice. Correct your posture while sitting, standing, working, walking etc. If possible take physiotherapy treatment regular for ten days to reduce pain and stiffness of back muscles by well qualified physio only. A good doctor never suggest you x-ray in acute pain or first time pain. There is no need.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

This may be chronic fatigue syndrome or vitamin D and calcium deficiency. He will need some medicines and exercises. He should apply hot Bag twice daily. Do rehab of back muscles. Take good diet. Start regular exercises..

Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Tea. Alcohol. Avoid alcohol consumption. Do pranayama early morning.

I suggest you follow the below for your condition: Take Mag Phos 12x - thrice daily for some times Rest.
