Hello, As you are having cough since 3 months, get your blood tested (empty stomach) for – CBC, ESR, AEC, Widal, Peripheral smear for MP, Sputum examination, Urine (R & M) and Stool examination (R & M). (In case required, may advise you some other tests later). Revert me back with the reports for proper treatment.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

There is sudden pain started in my right feet ankle. Its severe pain and can't move my ankle or stand on my feet. Similar pain started in my left wrist few months ago. It pains a lot when I put a pressure on wrist, for example lifting a bag. But in feet ankle it's continuous pain even if I don't do anything.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Hi I have a severe back pain .I can't say it's entirely a back pain because the pain changes its place .sometimes in upper back .sometimes lower .sometimes at sides .I can't say when it is where. And also it's prevailing from 1 yr. My height is 5.9 and I've been in weights of 105 .85. And now 93 .in all my weights pain is same .this pain occurs when I get up after a few hours of work by sitting or after sleep only .and again it becomes normal .plz help .I went to a lot of doctors. In X ray also it's normal .they had told some physiotherapy exercises .I am doing it regularly but there is no decrease in pain. I am suffering a lot. please help me.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Do contrast bath therapy Take hot water in one bowl & cold water in another bowl. First dip your hand in hot water for 3min then in cold water for 1min, keep repeating for 20min, twice daily. Finger splints are available, stationary splint will give your finger complete rest whether with dynamic one you can do work as well

These days, knee pain us very common in people aged 40 yrs and more.
Following non medicinal tips will help to avoid knee pain and decrease it if it is already there.

  • Live active lifestyle.
  • Walk or jog atleast 30 min per day.
  • One can use fitness app and target 5000 steps using their smart phone.
  • Avoid sitting cross leg on floor.
  • Avoid squatting position.
  • Do quadriceps exercise daily.
  • Don't let your weight increase. If you are borderline obese, act to control.

My spouse aged 44 years is patient of lgmd (mascular dystrophy) which was diagnosed in 2005. She is able to walk with some support and cannot walk freely. Please advice if there is any medicine or cure.

Myopathy is usually a progressive disorder but sometimes it is self arrested. Do physiotherapy to prevent contractures & deformities. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Following may help inj dinabol 25 mg im weekly x 6wks. This disease does not affect the intelligence of the patient use your intelligence. Hello there are many reasons of pain you should go through proper investigation. Physiotherapy is the best treatment for this condition. There are many reasons for this type of pain- 1. Overuse of muscles, 2. Deficiency of vitamin d3 or calcium, or lack of water in the body, 3. Postural stress, 4. Muscle strain, etc. Please send me all investigation reports if available. I can help you by providing correct ergonomic and physiotherapeutic tips. Till then you can follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 4. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 5. Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari syrup and capsule twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.
