Follow these tips: cut down oil & sugary items, no bakery products, choose low calorie nutritious food, exercise regularly, sleep for minimum 6 hours daily, take 3-4 ltrs of water daily.

Using knee cap is not a problem you can use it for long not an issue but remove it while rest. Strengthening & isometric exes play an important role in knee pain. Support help you to avoid stress & jerks on the joint while walking no harm.

I have dark circles under eyes what can be the reason and what can be done to remove that. I sleep regularly around 10 hrs a day.

Low blood glucose also known as hypoglycemia is a serious condition and should be avoided. Hypoglycemia is defined as blood glucose <70 mg/dl. The following can be the cause of hypoglycemia in diabetes: 1) overdosing of medications needing dose adjustment 2) irregular and erratic food intake and meal timings 3) need to rule out diabetes chronic kidney disease and renal failure 4) need to rule out low cortisol levels 5) need to rule out hypothyroidism daily glucose charting is mandatory please consult an endocrinologist immediately.

1.Take natural protein food like fish (salmon), walnut, white meat, brown rice, vegetables like broccoli, tomato, beets. Fruits, green leafy vegetables 2.Avoid processed/spicy/fried/junk food 3.drink at least 2 liter of water daily 4.Avoid exposure to bright sun light. Apply sun screen with SPF more than 45 while going out door 5. Clean your face with cold water twice daily (washing more than that can cause dryness) 6.Avoid stress. Go for regular exercise, do yoga/ pranayama 7. Have adequate sleep (7-8 hours daily) 8.Take vitamin C rich food like grape, strawberry, guava, indian goose berry (Amla), lemon, papaya, sweet potato, cucumber, orange 9.Avoid smoking/drinking 10. Go for weekly facial massage 11. Consult for advice and treatment.

Cbt or cognitive behaviour therapy will help you to discover your unhelpful and outdated thoughts, beliefs and and replace them with more helpful, updated thoughts, beliefs and behaviors. You also learn to connect thoughts to feelings and behaviours, monitor your thoughts and the feelings linked to it and an appropriate thought / belief to help you to scale down overwhelming feelings of hopelessness, helplessness and worthlessness. Cbt helps to set up a simple and achievable daily routine and to stick by it to help depressive people achieve daily goals and increase self worthiness. Psychoanalysis is broadly about talking and exploring the childhood of the patient to discover unhealthy beliefs about self, others and the world and also open up any toxic experiences and relationships of the past which might be undermining the confidence of the patient psychologically. These experiences are processed in an unbiased, non judgemental and therapeutic space so that the patient is able to see these experiences in a different and positive perspective and attach helpful and positive insights, meanings and conclusions in order to enhance emotional wellbeing and effective living for personal growth and development.

The best way to loose weight is through low calorie diet and aerobic exercise. The calorie content in diet should not exceed 1200 kcal per day. You should avoid root vegetables, full cream milk, fried foods, sweets, refined flour and organ meat. Take more water, green leafy vegetables, egg white, lean meat, brown bread, multigrain atta and brown bread. You should also do aerobic exercise like walking/ jogging/cycling/skipping for half hour every day at least for 5 days a week.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. Garlic,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

For loosing weight I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

There are various reasons for breathing problem, it may be due to anaemia, asthema, deviated nasal septum, cardiac origin etc. Cause needs to be detected first. About your joint problem take eupatorium 30, four pills two times daily for a week, and rhus tox 30, three times daily for a week. Revert back to me after 7 days.
