Disturbances of sleeping temporarily may be due to some anxiety or stress and strain or may be due to exhaustion. Take a nice bath take rest don't worry try to sleep for that you have to make your environment like do not take water just after food wait for at least half an hour. Switch of all the electronic gadgets like tv computer light and try to read a book, things will be alright.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. * the growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. *. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

ollow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of 'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective. To exfoliate your skin, mix two teaspoons each of lemon juice and sugar. Apply the mixture on your face, neck and hands. Scrub in a circular motion and leave it on for 10 minutes. Then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy once a week to enjoy glowing skin.

What you are feeling might be due to conic stress, result of our fast life style. You could also explain this as feeling burnout. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You good google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. Thus will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day. HEADACH As of now for headache you can take tablet Paracetamol. But we will have to make a diagnosis to get to the cause of it which can be either due to frontal sinusitis or due to migrane or due to refractive error of the eyes or due to other causes for which we have to investigate.if you want medicine than , i will prescibe

Dear Lybrate-User, Do not worry, the solution to Psoriasis is available with us and many patients of severe psoriasis have been relieved from psoriasis permanently with no relapses in a comparatively short duration. As you mentioned you are suffering from psoriasis for past 10 years, I cannot suggest any medicines or local applications to you as I will require a complete case taking so that the root cause is eliminated to prevent relapse and quick relief. It is extremely important that you as a patient are educated about psoriasis so that you can take necessary precautions as they will determine the duration of treatment. I am providing some preventive measures that you can ensure. Psoriasis is the chronic, non-infectious, inflammatory dermatitis, characterized by well demarcated erythematous plaques, topped by silvery white scales. A normal skin cell matures in 28-30 days but a psoriatic skin takes 3 to 6 days. It can strike at any age, but most often between 15 and 35 years. Psoriasis most commonly appears on scalp, knee, elbow, hands, and feet. It rarely affects the face. The exact cause of the disease is unknown, but few related causes are: -Familial disease brought on by stress, anxiety and mental trauma. -Physical injury -Digestive upset in genetic constitution. -Infection -Drug allergies. Pressure and trauma seem to determine the localization of psoriasis. Whereas the precipitating factors of the disease are the streptococcal infection, diabetes, and purines in the diet. Both topical and systemic treatment conventionally taken may relieve scales for some time only to re-appear at a later stage. Preventive Treatment: - the treatment should be continued till the last lesion has disappeared. The relapse rate is low, if the attack is completely controlled. -general health should be studied and should be regulated so that no undue stress affects either body or mind. -A moderate war on climate frequent sunbathes before the onset of winters and visit to sulphur springs all of which are useful to bringing down the relapse ratio natural sulphur bath should be taken -In winters, animal proteins and fats should be avoided. there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed ..it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner .. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night .. by doing above thing you will get good result

Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want. Then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning. For medicine I need you more history.

Mr Paul, Erectile dysfunction is a common complication of long standing diabetes. One of the most important need is to have excellent blood sugar control (fasting <100 mg and PP<160 mg) and HbA1c%<6.8. Use knee cap. You take r compound tablet 2 after lunch end 2 after dinner. Massage narayan taila on knees. (taila mfg. By sri sri ayurveda company) do not take alternet. Take cup of milk after dinner. Do yoga (learn from guru)
