Hi Mr Swamy, There is nothing like normal, it varies from couple to couple, if both are satisfied then that is optimal for that couple. In order to have control over your ejaculation, do kegel exercises regularly for 2 months. Eat nutritious food. Sleep well for 7 hours a day. Exercise daily. Do pranayama.

There are many causes of fever. If you have some associated symptoms, please mention, usually viral fever takes 3-5 days. You can take tab. Paracetamol 650 after meals, 3 times daily (only if you are not allergic to the drug) for symptomatic relief. Drink plenty of water, take light but nutritious diet. But if fever persist for longer time/ high grade or associated with other symptoms like severe headache, nausea, vomiting, chakker, respiratory / urinary problem etc. Then investigation may be needed. Please update & take care.

I am 47 year old male. For weakness & maximum sweating for last 20 days I consulted with Dr. In lft sgot is 266 & sgpt is 397. All remaining tests results are okay. Eat green veg. More fiber foods. Avoid fatty foods, junk foods, oily meal, drink plenty of water. Take digestive meal. Syp. Aristozyme 10 ml thrice a day. Take tab. Charcol at night. Syp. Livoluk 10 ml at night. Tests for constipation. Stool c/s, examination of the rectum and lower, or sigmoid, colon (sigmoidoscopy) examination of the rectum and entire colon (colonoscopy). An x-ray of the rectum during defecation (defecography). Avoid smoking/alcohol if you take.

To avoid diarrhea, drink more fluids. Drink ors regularly. Eat banana to replace potassium and sodium. Eat soluble fiber foods like orange, mango, oats, etc. Avoid fried foods. Avoid alcohol. Decrease the intake of dairy products. Consult the doctor if the diarrhea is severe because it leads to lactose intolerance. Also, if there is blood in the diarrhea consult the doctor.

Depends on several factors: 1) level of diabetic control 2) medications taken 3) adverse events, most commonly hypoglycemia 4) presence of complications like kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, etc 5) age, occupation & lifestyle. This list is not exhaustive.

Hello, Dengue fever is a virus-caused disease that is spread by the bite of mosquitoes (Aedes-aegypti). This is also known as Break bone fever. The dengue fever has a sudden onset and symptoms may include: * fever for 3 to 7 days * intense headache and pain behind the eyes * muscle and joint pain * loss of appetite * vomiting and diarrhoea * skin rash * bleeding, usually from the nose or gums. ****Prevent yourself from mosquito bite is the best way of prevention**** Prevention of dengue:-Take a homoeopathic medicine Eupatorium perf 200, 5 drops ,twice daily for 3 days. If it is not causing any discomfort then just focus on your food habits. Eat only healhty food (preferably freshly prepared homemade food) with fruits and vegetables everyday. Avoid outside food and beverages or packaged/ processed food items. Please start exercising everday (even a few minutes to begin with) as it can help you to stay fit and healthy with good stamina. Hi, Please follow these tips apart from taking medicines to avoid recurrence: - Do not keep your stomach empty for long durations, - Eat in small quantities frequently. - Avoid hot, spicy and oil fried food - Drink plenty of water in between your intake. - Keep away from mental stress and tensions, - Perform physical exercises daily and meditation helps to relieve mental stress and tensions. - Consume lot of fibre like raw vegetables, oats, fruits, sprouts, etc - Avoid excess intake of coffee or tea , intake of medicines on empty stomach. - Be careful about the food while eating outside. - Carry a small pack of biscuit or some fruits along with you for emergency. - Whenever you suffer from acidity, take the medications prescribed by the doctor for 2-3 weeks continuously until the wounds in the stomach gets healed completely. - Sleep at least for 8 hours a day. - Restrict the usage of pain killers and antibiotics frequently.

Listen there is reason to panic at all. You need to involve your partner and make her happy through slow wonderful foreplay, I am sure due to the early ejaculation you seem to be upset you seem to be very much stressed.(for your stress you must engage in some form or yoga or relaxation/meditation daily) Try this for PE it will help u. Pls note most of the times premature ejaculation (PE) occurs due to speed. We tend to go fast and in the process the sperm comes out sooner than required. I would suggest you to use an approach of no ejaculation at all. First go slow with your foreplay and avoid any kind of excitement, you and your partner may put more attention on your breath so as to be more relaxed during sex. When after proper foreplay years partner is ready you may penetrate but don't do in-out movement, instead just let years penis be in the vagina without any need to ejaculate at all. You may also change a posture when you feel like trying another posture. Believe me you will have no reason for worry regarding PE and also years relationship would immensely improve with years partner. This is a method used by ancient hindus and is an excellent way to avoid PE and enjoy profound sex even for 1 hour. If you have been following the recently held Rio Olympics, you may have been left astounded by the sheer strength, stamina and performance on display. For a strong body that scores high on the stamina meter, it is important to exercise well. But there is one other thing: food. The way one eats, is the way one performs in the physical sense. Ayurveda is an ancient medical science that places special emphasis on the way we eat as this finally dictates the way our bodies react to physical challenges as well as the onset of diseases and aging. Let us find out how we can eat like an Olympian.

  1. High Performance: For high physical performance, Ayurveda places special emphasis on the removal of Ama from the body. Ama are the toxins that build up in one’s body. There are various kinds of food that can lead to a high level of Ama, and other kinds of food that can help in flushing the Ama out of the system. Therefore, it is important to eat food that supports the digestive system in terms of maximum absorption of nutrients and routine elimination of toxins. This is a balancing act of the digestive system and its fires, which are known as Agni in Ayurveda. This process also lowers the stress levels significantly, which in turn has a positive bearing on the way our bodies perform when faced with physical pursuits.
  2. Balance, Strength and Speed: In order to be able to run and perform well within a certain time frame, it is important to build balance and strength. Ayurveda has a number of herbs like Shilajit and Ashwagandha that will help in this process. These kinds of herbs can be used to season salads and other dishes so that one gets a healthy dose of the same. Indian Gooseberry, Persian Rose and Coriander are some of the other herbs that can also be used for this purpose.
  3. Resistance and Endurance: In order to build resistance and endure with full strength, on the playing field, one will need to eat healthy food on a regular basis. As per Ayurveda, it is important to eat your meals in a routine manner and include all food groups within the span of a single day. Fruit, fresh green vegetables, and dairy products are all required for transporting fuel through various parts of the body for good digestion, absorption of nutrients for better energy, and high performance.

Stress can take a toll on your health in more ways than one and your sexual health is greatly and adversely impacted by stress. Stress can take a toll on the emotional relationship you share with your partner and also your own physical health, thus resulting in a hampered sex life.

Stress and Our Libido:

By now, we know that hormones affect our bodies in numerous ways from childhood to adolescence, pregnancy, menopause and beyond. Cortisol is one of the hormones produced by stress, and you might have heard of it if you’ve ever seen those late night diet pill commercials with the image of the pixelated woman gaining weight in her abdomen. Our bodies need this hormone, but in small doses for short bursts of time. If elevated levels of Cortisol are being produced for a prolonged period of time, they suppress our sex hormones. Lower quantity of sex hormones equals lower libido.

Impact of Stress on Sex-

  1. Stress takes a toll on libido.
  2. Low levels of libido imply lesser secretion of sex hormones, thus, affecting your sex life.
  3. Stress can interfere with your fertility, ovulation and sperm count.

Change your routine- Do following- 1.Sleep . Go to bed and get up about the same times every day, 2. Exercise regularly. 30 mts daily morning walk 3. Eat regular meals. 4. Dear Lybrate User, *Add a pinch of turmeric powder to a glass of lukewarm milk before you get into your bed. Lukewarm milk will put you to sleep peacefully and turmeric will act as an antibiotic. Turmeric will fight against those agents causing the dry cough while you are asleep and you will feel relieved the next morning to face the day!
