Dear Lybrated user, You can slightly dry roast cinnamon or dalchini, finely grind them to use it for pimples. Make a paste by mixing cinnamon with honey and apply it at least 5-6 times a week for about 10-15 minutes before washing off.

Autosensitization Dermatitis: Symptoms and Treatment

M. Ch. (Plastic Surgery), MS - General Surgery, MBBS
Dermatologist, Delhi
Autosensitization Dermatitis: Symptoms and Treatment

Our skin is delicate and is the body’s largest or/an. The skin is susceptible to a wide range of ailments and conditions, since it is the most exposed part of the body. Autoeczematisation (generally known as autosensitisation dermatitis) is skin inflammation caused by bacteria, which are present in various parts of the human body. The eczema or infection usually begins from the arms and legs before spreading to the rest of the body.

It is also referred to as id response. It is an intense response to a variety of stimuli that affect the skin. These include irritable and infectious skin conditions. The rash that characterises the id response, which is viewed as immunologic in origin, is known as dermatophytid, pediculid, or bacterid. When linked with another infectious disease in the body, it becomes all the more intense.

Autoeczematisation is generally caused when the skin has a reaction to a contamination or infection. The disease might be caused by an infection, bacteria, microscopic organisms or even a parasite. In case the body builds up an infection, the skin responds to it by weakening the immune system. This makes the skin more prone to catching a disease or an illness. This can result in autoeczematisation and make the skin more irritable.

Symptoms-

Given below are the symptoms of autoeczematisation:

  • Itching

  • Skin bumps

  • Blisters

  • Red skin

  • Delicate skin

Autoeczematisation usually begins with an infection brought on by microbes, bacteria, or some organism. It will show itself on the skin in about 1 to 2 weeks as an allergy. In typical dermatitis symptoms, individuals experience dry and irritated skin along with wounds or injuries appearing on the arms and legs.

Similarly, as with any skin issue, in case it is persistent and painful, you need to quickly contact your specialist, dermatologist, or autoeczematisation skin care expert.

Treatment-

There are three sorts of treatment for autoeczematisation once an analysis has been done. Most doctors treat the origin of the disease or infection. Once this has been fully accomplished, the injuries can be treated.

  1. Corticosteroids: Corticosteroids are creams that you apply to the skin. This cream comes in both over-the-counter and prescription form. They are used to control itching and irritation.

  2. Antihistamines: Antihistamines can also be prescribed and are available over the counter. These are used to control the itching. Benadryl is a common over-the-counter type of syrup and pill that can be taken.

  3. Lotions: Once autoeczematisation has been diagnosed, it's important to keep the skin appropriately hydrated. A mild lotion should be applied on the skin once a day.

There are so many dark spots, white heads & pimple, what should I do to reduce these?

Hi, I have freckles over my right chin, neck part. I have been experiencing these freckles, since very small age. Please some good treatment. Although, I have been taking homeopathic medicine (NM 30). Also, is it possible to remove freckles permanently?

PDDM, MHA, MBBS
General Physician, Nashik
Several safe methods are available to help lighten or reduce the appearance of freckles. Frequently, multiple or a combination of treatments may be required for best results. Not everyone's skin will improve with similar treatments, and freckles can often recur with repeated uv exposures. Bleaching or fading creams: products containing hydroquinone and kojic acid can be purchased with and without a prescription. Higher concentrations of hydroquinone (over 2%) require a prescription. These products can help lighten freckles if they are applied consistently over a period of months. Bleaching or fading creams are most effective in combination with sun avoidance and sun protection. Retinoids: sometimes used in conjunction with other bleaching creams, tretinoin (vitamin a acid, retin-a), tazarotene (tazorac), and adapalene (differin) also may help lighten freckles when applied consistently over a period of several months. Cryosurgery: a light freeze with liquid nitrogen in the physician's office can be used to treat some types of freckles. Not all spots respond to this form of therapy. Laser treatment: multiple types of lasers may help lighten and decrease the appearance of freckles safely and effectively. Like cryosurgery, this is a simple and safe procedure with a high success rate and a low risk of scarring or skin discoloration.

Good evng sir r you thr. I wanna to undergo hair transplantation so I hv some query abt it.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hi. The most important points for hair transplant are - the type, the pattern and the stage of hairloss in your case! in male pattern hairloss of initial stages of 1-2, homoeopathic medicines can arrest the stage where it is already in. But in advanced stages of hairloss of 3, 4, 5 - one can have homoeopathic medicines (3 & 4 stage) along with hair transplant. Hair transplant is a procedure where your own hair follicle from the back side of the scalp (donor area) is taken out from the root and is placed or planted on your required area or the affected area (as due to dna reasons, we can't donate hair follicle to each other, not even to our own kids/ siblings/ parents/ relatives). And in the whole lifetime, we can only take to around 12000 to 14000 follicles from the back (depending on the condition of the donor area) - it's one day procedure. Go to any renowned hospital, clinic or firm which deals only in hair (they may cost little more from you, but will give you a quality results ultimately. And they only allow plastic surgeon to perform this)! cost differs from doctor to doctor (from rs. 40-50 per follicle to rs. 80-90 per follicle). No. Of follicles depends upon requirement of your scalp and capacity of your donor area (back side of the scalp which is never ever affected by dht) as well. For eg. For stage 1 - may be 2000-2500 follicles are needed, so you can calculate accordingly.

Sir I am suffering from chicken pox now red colored dots are on my whole body. Sir I want to know that these marks are permanent or not. If not then tell me the way to remove these earlier. Thanks.

PGDHHM, MBBS
General Physician, Delhi
Chickenpox recovers in 7-10 days. The blisters /scabs fall off. Scars do not usually form when chicken pox occurs. Avoid scratching of blisters as that may cause marks. Drink plenty of liquids. Take bath with cool or lukewarm water. For itching you can apply calamine lotion. Hope this helps you.

I am worried about my hair fall and dandruff and my increasing weight and lots of hair fall.

BHMS
Homeopath, Delhi
Dandruff can occur due to dry skin, irritated oily skin, growth of bacteria and fungus on the scalp, inflammatory skin conditions and other such factors. It causes itchiness along with excessive formation of dry skin flakes on the scalp. Use neem leaves in boil water, do massage by coconut oil, apply apple cider vinegar, baking soda and white vinegar, olive oil for massage. And avoid fried and oily items for obesity. Do exercises regularly.

I have been asked to use triglow cream for 2, weeks for dark underarms and thighs and neck aswel for acanthosis nigrins problem my skin got cracked nd turned into red while using this, now what next to be used please suggest.

It is very essential to cleanse and exfoliate underarm nd inner thigh area skin every day just as we do with our faces. When we neglect other parts while pampering face, this results in dark itchy skin. So ----------- 1. Apply olive oil twice a week 2. Apply moisturising cream daily when ever you apply it on face-- 3. Right now for itching apply this homoeopathic cream twice daily. Topi azadirachita (wilmar schwabe india)
