Hello user you can apply 1spoon trifla churn boiled with the water. Apply this paste before washing your hairs. 10-15 min. Have a gooseberry 15 days in a month. Oil your hairs with olive oil or any good quality oil. Use only ayurvedic shampoo of good quality. Surely by these remedies if you follow strictly hair lost problem will remove. A) home remedies 1. To remove skin marks, apply a mixture of carrot juice and pineapple juice to skin twice a week. This not only removes the marks but also adds shine to your skin. 2. Mix equal quantities of saffron, turmeric, neem, red sandalwood, tulsi, and multani mitti with buttermilk or milk and make a paste of it. Apply twice a day. 3. A paste of fresh fenugreek leaves, applied and washed off with warm water before going to bed is good for removing scars of old pimples. B) yogasanas- sarvangasana, vajrasana, shavasana, anulom-vilom pranayam. C) diet- raw onion, raw garlic, raw ginger, mint, boiled beans, carrots, sweet potato, flaxseed, oranges, tomato, lemon, spinach. Salad 1hr before lunch and 1hr before dinner. Minimise sugar consumption (especially chocolates, sweets, sugar in tea). Start using a herbal shampoo and kallonji oil. D) do's and do not's- avoid spicy, oily foods, tea, coffee, cold drinks and fast foods. Eat fresh, unprocessed food. Avoid white rice, bread, corn flakes and other foods which are high in glycemic index, triggering acne formation. Avoid washing your face with soaps. Use fresh aloe vera twice a day. Cleanse your face with lemon peels. Increase intake of water to about 3-4litres per day, and take coconut water. *practice meditation*.

Take following oil 1. Vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner.

This depends on the reaction time of body. It varies from man to man in general if a medicine taken then u will get a result after 3 to 5 weeks in chronic case. In acute case it is few hrs.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5.Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6.Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7.You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8.You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9.Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in Vitamin C like amla and oranges. 10.Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

My body is entirely different from my face because I have sun tanned skin (especially on face and hands) and not severe. I tried many natural remedies and now started to use yogurt, gramflour and lemon. Will it work? I don't know sun tan can be removed effectively or not If yes please tell me how many days will it take to fade it off from my face. PLEASE HELP ME.

Add haldi powderalong with which you are using it will definitely help and it will take timeyou can also add the bannanapil and apply the iner side of the ripe banana of the otrer side of the banana cover and apply at night and wash it in the morning or after about a hour or so it will act quicker. Have patience.

Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

To remove chicken pox scars: * eat protein content food in your diet. Eat a bowl of cereal daily. Drink a glass of milk daily. * apply fresh aloe vera plant gel on scars for 5 minutes once in a week. * steam your face for 3 - 4 minutes once in a week. * do running and jogging exercise daily for 5 - 10 minutes. * do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes under the supervision of yoga expert.

Hi 1) apply mixture of onion and lemon juice on the scalp. 2) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals. 3) take 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals. 4) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast 5) take 20 ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVA and 2-2 tablets of leelavilas rasa and raktastambhak vati after meals… 6) use vatajatadi taila do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result…thanks.

The color of skin is determined genetically. Tanning can occur due to exposure to sunlight. Rarely some skin diseases also can make skin black. Depending the cause treatment is decided. If you want skin protection avoid facial exposure to direct light during peak times 10am to 4pm.
