Mr. lybrate-user, In diabetes honey is not advised as it only sucrose like cane sugar. But a small quantity just about a few ml may be taken. It has no great advantages. Thanks.

You feel that your testis are small and low testosterone levels. You masturbate daiy. Daily masturbation is definitely harmful for future sex life. You can do masturbation two times a week, more than this is harmful. I advice you to do SEMEN ANALYSIS TEST after avoiding masturbation for 4 days and Serum testosterone (free as well as total) levels and tell me report for better guidance and natural safe permanent treatment.

Dear questioner, my advice will be to taper off the drugs gradually in consultation with your psychiatrist. It will need some doing as withdrawal and physical and psychological dependence on them. I hold the view that drugs (anti-depressants/anti convulsants) are chemicals and most of its exact mechanism still unknown to the experts as well. They are like necessary evils, they will not cure you, but act as palliatives which actually with their hosts of physical and mental adverse effects will worsen esp lithium. Bipolar disorder has a strong genetic component and predisposition to it. My advice would be to enjoy the high or hyperactive state and not try to see it as apart of disease. (only avoidance of physical harm to be seen) and in the low or depression period, not fight the period, trying to get over with it. This struggle intensifies the depression we all have highs and lows, not with the same intensity though and it is due to expectation or an ideal which we are desperate to chase. How should one be. Is the one doing the mischief. Since and till we are chasing happiness, so long we will be unhappy. This is my genuine view which is backed by strong conviction. It is difficult. But think over it. Do what you feel like. Medicines /some medicines or no medicines. But enjoy your highs as much as you can and let your physician always be in the loop if you wish to taper the medicines. Take care.

Any way you should relax with your partner don't just rush for your coitus! Enjoy the togetherness! Then wait for the coitus. Indulge in foreplay use touches! Then you will feel the difference.

You are interacting too much about office work. You are neglecting your personal care. Everyone has personal office. Doctor has so many patients regularly. But always he takes very much care in all aspects. He does not confused. Doing work very systematically. He never takes his work into home. He relaxed when the work is over. He does not think about his patient's condition in home. Every day comes serious problems do or die situations. But he never take the situation in to home. Or never applied his personal status. It is professional life. So professional life is different from personal life. You are equating both professional and professional life status. Then it iscause of no sleep. It may affect on body also. So take rest when work is over. Relax very well in the middle of the work. Do not be tensed. Feel always comfortable. Be share your all feelings with your friends and family members. Be happy all the time. Do some good exercises. Practice yoga and meditation also. Ok all the best.

As you said that he drink daily so I can be possible that his liver get effected or there may be any small ulcer in his stomach due to that he have bloody vomiting for proper diagnosis his certain test should be done LFT, USG (whole abdomen), or barium meal test to reveal ulcers after these test you can go for his proper treatment or you can take him in near clinic for his checkup.

Dear lybrate user, you need to take homoeopathic carbo veg 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach. You can also try homoeopathic liver tonic liv-t (sbl company). Take 20 ml of the aforesaid liver tonic, thrice daily, after meals. Try to drink as much water as you can drink daily. Try to get an uninterrupted sleep of minimum 8 hours.

Are you suffering from sleeplessness or disturbed and disrupted sleep? According to Ayurvedic principles, proper sleep, along with a proper diet, and a proper utilization of energy is very important for you to maintain good health. There are several practical Ayurvedic health principles, which can help you sleep better, and boost your body immunity. You can opt to follow these Ayurvedic principles for improving your sleep.

  1. Maintain a disciplined sleep schedule: You must be very disciplined about your sleep. It has been observed that the mind is stable, dull, and slow from 6pm to 10pm, which is a good time for going to sleep Therefore, try to sleep early, which will enable you to get a good sleep throughout the night, and get up fresh early in the morning next day.
  2. Mindful eating: You should have an early dinner, between 6:30pm to 7pm. As the sun starts setting, your digestive fire cools down. Hence, by eating a light early meal, your digestion will be improved. This positively impacts your sleep quality as well. Avoid watching television, reading books, or having conversations while you eat. You should concentrate solely on the food you eat and enjoy the various textures, aromas, and flavors of it.
  3. Oil massage: Oil massage therapy is considered to be very important according to Ayurveda. Oil massages on your feet will help in improving your sleep. There are several nerve endings present in your feet, which get nourished by an oil massage. Massaging relieves stress, makes you feel relaxed, improves your blood circulation, and improves your sleep as a result of all this. You should keep herbal oils with you and get regular foot massages.
  4. Pranayama: Pranayama is important according to Ayurvedic principles for improving the quality of your sleep. Every day, you should practice a few rounds of alternate nostril breathing known as Nadi Shodhana Pranayama. This is excellent for your mind and helps in calming down your nervous system. As a result, you get a better and deeper sleep.
  5. Practice self compassion: Ayurveda states that your wellness and health depends largely on a proper balance between the mind, body, and soul. Some people make us feel charged up and positive after talking to them, while some people drain us emotionally and leave us annoyed. You should avoid the negative vibes and stay in a positive environment. Be mindful about who you speak to before going to sleep. It is recommended that you turn off your cell phone, computer, television, and social media activity at least two hours before going to sleep.

Exercise regularly in order to keep fit and physically healthy, as a healthy body leads to a healthy mind. This is essential for an improved sleep. Also avoid consuming caffeine, and any form of stimulant, especially after 3pm. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an ayurveda.

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

Dear lybrateuser, -your tiredness & breathlessness are due to your weight & sedentary life if you are not exercising regularly -to reduce weight eat more of fibrous foods like fruits, vegetables, beans, wholegrains, sprouts, legumes, pulses, restrict dairy products, non-veg, fried, processed & junk food -do regular exercise like brisk walking, jogging, start slowly & increase time by 10-15 min every week along with the pace, if you feel tired then take a break & again start, do mild weight lifting as it provides exercise to the heart & helps it to pump blood more efficiently into the body, do it in a gym under a trainers guidance -do deep breathing exercise & yoga 10-15 min daily in the morning -get investigations, blood cbc, for sugar, cholesterol, ecg, & consult a doctor with results. -
