Get her thyroid profile done again, get any eye check for her glasses. Also you should get her blood pressure and sugar level checked up. For pain you can take basic paracetamol medication.

Hello sir, I have headache from three days what can I do my problem is very serious.
Hi, Headache could be because of various reasons. Your headache could be due to stress/fatigue/tension or it could be an indication to another type of headache called migraine. Since the exact cause of your headache and symptoms are not known, I would advise the following - 1. Try to take adequate rest. 2. Distract yourself from TV/ Computer or anything that puts a pressure on your eyes and head. 3. Keep yourself stress free. 4. Try to take adequate sleep. 5. Take Tablet Paracetamol 500mg after taking food (as and when required). Share your symptoms in detail including status of your blood pressure and eye sight, I will prepare an advice accordingly. ***Get Well Soon*** “Yoga/meditation has a great relaxation power.”

The symptoms of piles can come and go. There are five main symptoms: bleeding, with bright red blood itching and irritation aching pain and discomfort lump, which may be tendersoiling of underwear with slime or faeces (skid marks Itching and irritation probably occur because the lumpy piles stop acting as soft pads to keep the mucus in; instead, a little mucus leaks out and irritates the area around the anus. Pain and discomfort comes from swelling around the pile, and from scratching of the lining of the anal canal by faeces as they pass over the lumpy area. The scratching also causes bleeding, which is a fresh bright red colour and may be seen on faeces or toilet paper or dripping in the pan. A pile that has been pushed down (grade 2-4 piles) may be felt as a lump at the anus

FOODS FOR GAS, ACIDITY & FLATULENCE hi biju •Eat your meals in a peaceful environment. Avoid eating when you are upset. •Eat slowly. Chew well. Stay conscious of the process. •Avoid heavy, greasy and spicy foods. •Honour your appetite. Eat when you feel hungry and stop when you are satiated. •Leave one-fourth of your stomach empty. •Sit quietly for a few minutes after finishing your meals. •Stay upright after eating. •Avoid smoking. •Avoid gas producing foods – heavy fried foods, excessive spices and chillies, papads/ legumes, milk products (if lactose intolerant). •Chew well. It is important to chew every bite of food 20 times. •Switch to de caf or restrict the intake of caffeine, by limiting tea/ coffee consumption to 2 cups a day. •Cut back on red meat consumption helps if you suffer from acidity. Lean meat such as chicken breast or fish, can take the place of acid-forming red meat. •Consult physician for medication (antacid) if problem persists. HOME REMEDIES Drink some water – As soon as you start feeling discomfort drink a glass of warm water. Ginger to relieve acidity – Make yourself a cup of ginger tea by mixing a teaspoon of freshly grated ginger root in a cup of boiling water. Let stand for 5 minutes and then drink. Chew a small cinnamon stick or chew 2 to 3 cardamoms help to relieve acidity . Avoid lying down immediately after meals – Eat at least two hours before bedtime. Mint infusion – Add fresh chopped mint leaves to a cup of boiling water. Let stand for a few minutes and sip slowly after meals. Cloves - Suck on a clove for natural acidity relief. My penis is I only of four inches after full erection, can I enlarge it if yes than what I have to do .

Sexologist, Nashik
My penis is I only of four inches after full erection, can I enlarge it if yes than what I have to do .
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns Most men are insecure about two things: sex and penis size. Men from all walks of life pride themselves on the size of their penis and their duration in bed, Penis size seems to be a bit of a preoccupation for men, causing a healthy industry that claims to have various methods of enlarging the male organ. Interestingly though, there is a significant number of men who claim to have small penises but are in fact quite normally endowed. Most man are unsatisfied with their penis size but in vast majority such anxiety is unfounded among men, there is no consistent relationship between the size of the flaccid penis and its full erect length. A penis is only said to be unusually small if it is less than 3 inches (7.6 cm) long when erect. The average penis size is about 14-16 cm (5.5-6.3 inches) when erect. The average girth for an erect penis is 12-13 cm (4.7-5.1 inches). But guys get out ruler's. Just because your member may not fall within those measurement doesn't mean you r not excellent partner. Size matters less than knowing what you r doing and how you r doing. So instead of worrying about size try to learn skills of love making and instead of spending time in worrying about size spend time in gaining knowledge about sex. Dick size, some have smaller ones and some have bigger ones. Work with what you’ve got and remember that fucking comes from your whole body, not just your cock.

Pollen Allergy - 4 Tips To Keep Yourself Safe!

MBBS
General Physician, Ahmednagar
Pollen Allergy - 4 Tips To Keep Yourself Safe!

While some people look forward to spring and the beautiful flowers that bloom, for others this is a time of extreme discomfort triggered by pollen allergies. Pollen is probably one of the most difficult allergies to fight as it is invisible and is literally present everywhere. Sneezing, coughing, a runny nose, congestion and watery eyes are the most common symptoms of a pollen allergy. However, you can minimise your troubles by following a few simple steps.

  1. Keep an eye on the pollen count: Not every day has the same amount of pollen in the air. Pollen density is also affected by the time of the day. Pollen count refers to the amount of pollen present in the air during a specific time period. You can find out the pollen count of your area online or through a number of apps. Once you know the pollen count. You can plan your day accordingly and step out or stay in.
  2. Plan your time spent outdoors wisely: It isn’t always possible to stay indoors even if you know the pollen count is high. However, you can still plan your time so as to not be outdoors at peak pollen times. 5am to 9am are the worst times to step out as this is when most plants pollinate. Hence avoid stepping out during this time. Windy days can also worsen the situation by spreading pollen around. If you must go for a jog early morning, avoid thoroughfares and gardens and instead pick a route around residential streets.
  3. Protect yourself: Face masks may not look very good but can help reduce the amount of pollen being inhaled. If you find yourself sneezing a lot during pollen season, consider investing in a painter’s mask that can filter the air being inhaled and exhaled. If you are stepping out to do yard work or know that you’re going to spend a lot of time in heavy traffic areas, take your antiallergenic medication before you step out instead of waiting for an allergic reaction to begin.
  4. Have plenty of showers: Try making it a habit to have a shower and changing your clothes as soon as you come home. This prevents the outdoor pollen from circulating in your home. Follow this routine even if you’ve simply been gardening outdoors. While showering, do not forget your hair. If you do not want to shampoo it every day, simply rinse it out to get rid of all the pollen. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a general physician.

Are there any long-term effects associated with taking ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) medications? If so, what are they and what medications are implicated? Can numerous fibroids and an enlarged uterus cause bladder prolapse? Why does my gynecologist think my bladder bulging into my vaginal canal is a fibroid even after I was sent to a urologist for stress incontinence issues?

MBBS

Use of stimulant decreases the symptoms to a much good effect and if we don't give stimulant medication there will be more of conduct disorder and progress in disease and for side effects we have to monitor the person and advice them accordingly and enlarged uterus can cause bladder prolapse as its an anatomical variation.

Cold and cough, nasal block can initially be treated by anti allergic tablets, common cough syrup and nasal decongestant drops. Nose skin increase probably means a minor nasal defect called Deviated Nasal Septum for which you may have to see ENT specialist for proper direct examination, diagnosis and further management with medication or minor surgery.

Epilepsy is a treatable disorder. Medicines have to be taken for atleast 3 years after the last fit has occurred.
