These are the methods to treat fastly acne - • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. Be healthy.

I am having a corn under my right feet, a little bit below between my 2 and 3rd toe. I see a pore surrounded by a hard layer of round skin.In another leg ie. Pain In Testicles - What Should You Do?

Pain in the testicles is something that every male would have experienced at some point of time in their lives. It could be due to an injury, or a medical condition. Experiencing pain due to sports injuries is also common. It is a pain that occurs in the testicles and some cases it can be on both the testicles. Sometimes the pain originates from a different region of the abdomen and the spasms are felt in the testicles. Let us have a look at some of the causes and the treatment plans for such pain.

Testicle pain can be due to many causes. The testicles are round sacs and are extremely sensitive, and even a minor injury can cause bouts of pain or discomfort. In some instances, the problem arises from the groin region. In other cases, it could be an aftermath of pain that arises elsewhere. One of the common causes can be due to varicocele. This something that is similar to the varicose veins that occur in the leg. Once the veins get enlarged within the skin bags, it can push the testicles outwards- thus resulting in pain. They can also affect the sperm production and the shrinkage of testicles. 

Causes:

Pain in the testicle region and area could be due to diabetes, nerve damage, and side effects of a drug, gangrene, inflammation in the blood in the testicular region, kidney stones, mumps, testicular cancer, and vasectomy. Varicocele can develop over a period and in some rare cases do not require any treatment at all. In most of the cases, testicular pain can be due to a result of a direct injury. A sports injury or an accident in the groin area can cause pain and discomfort. 

When to see a doctor?

Severe testicular pain or sudden discomfort in the abdomen region are indications of a testicular disease and seek medical attention immediately in such cases. Varicocele is usually associated with sharp bouts of pain that comes and goes away. Also, it is more prone in the left side testicles. A twisted testicle is also an indication that the blood does not flow freely and can result in loss of blood supply. These conditions require immediate medical attention. Please check with your doctor if you have any swelling in the scrotum and if you have the symptoms of veins protruding out abnormally. A diagnosis can be easily done by a testicular ultrasound. Check out your sperm production levels too and get medical guidance in case of irregularity. 

Self- care:

Experts believe that almost 60% of the testicular pains are because of a direct result of physical injury. If you are a sports person, always ensure that you have proper protection when playing the game. The same goes for driving too. Also, avoid garments that are extremely tight in the groin region as this can cut off the blood supply. Varicoceles usually do not require any medical treatment as in some cases the conditions diminish on its own. In some cases, you might be requiring surgery to treat the veins and get them back to normalcy. Do indulge only in safe sexual practices to minimize chances of STD’s and other sexually transmitted infections. Even these can affect the pain in your testicles. You can also try over-the-counter medications in case of minor to medium pain. Testicular pain usually decreases on its own in many cases. In case the pain does not subsidize even after a week, check with your doctor and seek medical attention.

Self-discipline is a pattern of behavior where you choose to do what you know you should do, rather than what you want to do. It's the inner power that pushes you to get out of bed to exercise rather than sleeping in. When you are consistent in doing the things you know you should do, when you know you should do them, here are the benefits you will enjoy:

You will achieve your goals. When you are consistent in doing the things you know you should do, your odds of achieving your goals will be dramatically increased. You self-esteem will soar. Every time you push yourself to do something you know you should do, you are building your self-esteem. People's respect for you will grow. This includes everyone from your spouse to your employer who witnesses your efforts.

You will influence the lives of others. Every good and right thing you do, influences the lives of those who are watching and can have a ripple effect on future generations. You will see greater success in all areas of your life. Always remember, for every disciplined effort there is a multiple return. Think about it. You will enjoy a more rewarding and satisfying life.

Set your target:
This approach will allow you to get adjusted with your new routine as well. As your progress further & see the results with these small targets, automatically you feel confident can revise your target to achieve more. Now, interesting part is: how to set your target. For example, you weight is 60 kgs, height is 158 cm & age is 28 years. In this example your bmr should be 1400 kcal. If currently you are doing intensive exercise for at least 20 minutes 1 to 3 times per week then a rough estimate of the number of calories required per day based on your current activity level 1925 kcal/day.

Based on this activity level, after subtracting 500 calories your new target (calories/day) would be 1425 which should result in roughly 500 gms of weight loss per week. Definitely if you increase your activity levels then you can expect more weight loss per week.

Number of servings per day:
It is essential to realize that not eating will only reduce your metabolism which will in turn hinder the process of losing weight. Instead eat 5-6 small meals a day which will keep your digestive system running thus it'll keep burning calories. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you must not skip it. You notice the days you skip breakfast you will tend to be more hungry all day. Make sure your breakfast is rich in insoluble fibers since they contain almost zero calories.

Understanding portion size:
Let's do the math here. Say you're asked to leave 25% of your food on the plate and just eat the rest. You need 2000 calories a day which means you'll be leaving around 500 the whole day. Now instead of leaving the food, serve yourself in a smaller plate. That way you can eat everything on your plate and you needn't worry about leaving a certain amount. This way you won't even realize when you burn those 500 calories! same way, you can set your target weight loss of calories per day and work your way accordingly.

Watch out your drink:
Diet sodas and fizzy drinks are filled with calories even though their advertisements state otherwise. When you drink diet soda's which contain artificial sweeteners these trick our body to think that we haven't consumed too many calories which in turn makes us eat more, thus consuming more calories than we already do. Similarly when you drink cup after cup of tea or coffee in the work place you’re drinking more calories than you can even comprehend. Thus it's better to drink water or green tea to keep your mouth busy and to ward off unnecessary calories.

Start reading nutrition labels:
Not only diet soda's, you must make sure you read and understand the nutrition labels of all processed products properly. It is essential to know what is going into your body and the subsequent effect it will have. Just because the cover might say its fat free doesn't make it totally true, you must read the nutrition label at the back and know what all the product really contains since there is enough margin for error allowed by the law in regard to trans fat, saturated fat etc. A lot of packets also provide information per cup serving or per 100 grams. In such cases it is essential to consider these values in terms of your consumption.

*don't* skip meals:
Firstly skipping meals could lead to a lot of weakness and fragility. Apart from that, skipping meals leads to a reduction in tor activity ie a key regulator of muscle growth cells. When you skip meals your muscle starts wasting away much faster than it normally would. The brain's exclusive fuel ie glucose is compromised within 4-6 hours of not eating. Basically the glucose stored in the liver as glycogen runs out during this time period. When blood glucose dips too low the liver converts glycogen into glucose and releases it into the blood. But if this has depleted due to lack of food, the body and brain eventually run less efficiently. This could cause major brain drain and will hinder your productivity.

Exercise:
Exercise is the most important and easiest way to burn calories. If you have time restraints you could burn these calories while doing daily household work! cleaning the house for 2 hours or gardening for an hour and a half burns 500 calories. You could even get some exercise in while you take your kids out to play or when you walk your pet! if you can barely manage to get an hour's worth of free time join an aerobics, zumba or spinning class. They'll help you distress as well as burn off those calories without you even realizing how the time went by.

Based on this activity level, after subtracting 500 calories your new target (calories/day) would be 1425 which should result in roughly 500 gms of weight loss per week. Definitely if you increase your activity levels then you can expect more weight loss per week.

Balance is essential:
You cannot completely stop eating. Nor can you stop eating carbs and fat's just to maintain a certain body weight. It's essential to eat every type of food, just in balanced proportions. Try eating more vegetables and salad instead of rice or roti's here it is important to remember you need both to maintain a healthy balanced diet, so you can't just skip the carbs. Another thing, you needn't give up on your taste buds completely! eat what you enjoy, just make sure you eat everything in a balance and you're good to go. It won't kill you to have a slice of pizza, or even satisfy your sweet tooth by having some dessert. Plus once you've had a little bit, you won't crave it anymore that instantly cuts down the possibility of overdosing on any unhealthy sin. Not only will you feel healthier and fitter, you'll also manage to imbibe somewhat of a healthy lifestyle.

If you follow these small mantra's on a daily basis, in no time they'll seem totally natural to you. This way you need not make drastic changes in your routine, nor will you struggle with any eating disorder! it's a win-win situation. For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo. • Practice SARVANGASAN and BHRAMARI PRANAYAM daily for atleast 3-4 months.

Please note that your duty hours will leave you unhealthy. However you need to take balance diet/avoid junk foods/sitting too long at a stretch. You can take nux vom 30 - 6 pills once daily for next 2 weeks and get back to me for further treatment.

Also, the doctor will ask specific questions regarding the medical history of the patient before conducting the surgery. As a part of the preparation, the doctor will also take measurements of the corneal thickness and other such factors like refraction, corneal mapping, pupil dilation and air pressure, so as to carry out the surgery in the most effective manner.   • Procedure: During the procedure, an instrument known as a microkeratome laser will be used to lift the flap of the cornea which will be peeled back while the corneal tissue is reshaped. Then the cornea flap will be put back in its position.

Remember to be prepared for some amount of dryness in the eyes once the surgery is over. Talk to your doctor about other side effects.

Best way to remove hairs form genital area is shaving. Razor cut the hair very close to the skin. Popular myth that shaving causes coarse hair which is not true. Depilatory creams or lotions can irritate the skin or cause allergic reactions for waxing 5mm hairs are needed to be able to wax it. It is messy and painful, and cause irritation. Outer part of vagina is naturally dark as compared to other parts of body and thighs become dark because of constant friction while walking. You should reduce your weight to 60 kg for normal bmi and also to reduce friction of thighs.

If you are going a lot in the sun then it could be a sunburn. But it is very difficult to explain why it is getting darker unless I can see it. If you are applying any creams to decrease the blackheads sometimes that also can cause darkening.

Common symptoms are-- tiredness, having little energy , feeling faint, and becoming easily breathless. Less common symptoms include headaches, a thumping heart (palpitations). You may look pale. U may find difficulty concentrating. There could be various causes eg iron deficiency,vit b12 deficiency, Malabsorption ,bleeding,poor diet, infections , side effects of medicines. The treatment depends on the cause. Hope this answer helps u.

Sometimes sun allergy can manifest like this .sunscreens should be used regularly and you can consult a dermatologist because after seeing the rashes only it can be decided what else medications need to be applied.
