Emergency contraceptive can be taken only in an emergency. It cannot be used as your regular contraceptive it is safer to have protected sex.

Hi, the yellow color of your teeth might be because of stains which can be superficial and deep and the flakes you have mentioned are tartar deposited on your teeth. Both can be removed by going for a complete scaling procedure.

Dear Gagan, i hope you are talking about Inosert that is Sertraline 100 mg tablets. It will not slow down your brain. On the other hand, it will lift the depression and make your brain to focus better.

the minute you eat clean all patches from your skin will also subside, nevertheless a dermatologist can guide you to a better skin. to reduce your abdomen you have to eat right and exercise well. If you follow a nutrition program and exercise well the there will be some reduction in your abds but not complete as it takes a lot of time and dedication to lose stomach fat. It also depends on how much is your waist circumference. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Hello, Take plenty of water free from contaminants to eliminate toxins &'regulate your metabolism to absorb protein, vitamins, minerals, energy & other important substance, essential to upkeep ,repair & energise the body, hydrating your skin. Go, for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish your cells, tissues and whole body to allow your skin to be fresh, non oily & glowing. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.
