When ever I will take bath, in my body red spot are come I some place. Like chest, back, thai. What I should do.

When ever I will take bath, in my body red spot are come I some place. Like chest, back, thai. What I should do.
This probably due to your sensitive skin as it is prone to certain allergies, you may get red blotches or itchy skin from your soap, water or even perspiration. A hot shower can leave scratches on your skin. Your dry skin can also be the underlying cause. Here are some remedies that will help you to get rid of red blotches on skin after shower: 1) There is no need to exfoliate on a regular basis because two times a week is enough. 2) Avoid the Use of Harsh Soaps. 3) If you want to avoid red blotches and irritation, make sure to avoid dye- and fragrance-free products. After taking a shower, apply the hydrating cream on your skin to lock moisture and keep skin calm. 4) To get rid of red spots on your face, keep your skin moisturized. Moisturizer acts as a barrier to lock irritants out and keep the symptoms of red blotches away from you. A wrong moisturizer can increase the intensity of red spots. Make sure to choose hypoallergenic, fragrance-free and oil-free moisturizer. If you are prone to get red blotches on your skin after shower, you should try to avoid hot water and keep your skin moisturized. After getting red spots, you can put ice packs on affected area to calm down inflammation and itching. Red blotches can be a sign of your skin allergy or fungus. Avoid anything spicy and hot to control red spots and consult your dermatologist for permanent treatment.

I am suffering from urticaria from 2 year my IGE level is 317 and I am using lcz.
The mainstay is avoidance of further exposure to the antigen and antihistamines. Most cases of acute urticaria respond to pharmacotherapy. Antihistamines are the first line of therapy for urticaria. Modern second-generation antihistamines are also effective as first-line treatment.

I workout regularly. Looks like my bone weight is heavy. Suggest me a proper diet plan to become lean.

I workout regularly.
Looks like my bone weight is heavy.
Suggest me a proper diet plan to become lean.
Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I strongly accommodate the patient's own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets available online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. After assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, one can recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight.

Dear user. I can understand. LEUCORRHOEA translates in modern medicine as a whitish or yellowish discharge of mucus from the vagina. Some of the most common causes of white vaginal discharge include: 1)Infections from bacteria, fungi or other parasites. 2). Injuries or trauma to the vagina, the womb or the cervix, which is very common during pregnancy. 3). Lack of cleanliness or poor hygienic measures. Discharge related with leucorrhoea (or other STDs like yeast infection, chlamydia and trichomoniasis) are generally foamy, greenish-white, foul-smelling and infectious. A proper diagnosis using vaginal swab is very important to diagnose the exact infection, before treatment can ensue. Please consult a gynecologist for clarification and then treatment. Take care.

Hi weight loss is a challenge that one need to accept with full dedication. You need to have a balance between healthy diet and appropriate exercise. Start your routine with a walk for minimum of 30 minutes daily. Break your meals of 3 into meals of 5 in a day. Eat less at a time and never over-eat. Sleep should be adequate and stress eating should be avoided. Odd eating times at work should also be prevented. Your one portion of meals should be solely salads. Activities like swimming, gym, dance can be added to your routine. Kindly mention your height and weight in my private consults section so that we can help you more precisely with it.
