Hello, homoeopathy has the best answer for your query. You can lose weight with the help of homoeopathic medicines, without any side effects. This involves correction your metabolism. 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Fatoline drops from haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4. Take 1 cup of green tea in the eveninng daily. 5. Do surya namaskar, yoga asans like bhujangasana (cobra pose), sarvangasana (shoulder stand pose, vajrasana (diamond pose), pavanamuktasana (wind-relieving pose), matsyasana (fish pose) 6. Avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. 7. Drink plenty of water daily. 8. Eat good quantity of green vegetables, salad and fruits.

On a regular basis I use to do exercise.
You change your life style which will help you to gain weight.Eat more food more frequently.Drink whole cream milk or milk shake 300 ml/day.Take banana 3-4pcs/day.Use weight gainer nutritional supplement.Add cream,butter,cheese,jam,jelly,ghee with foods extra.Take cake,pastries,dark chocolate,ice cream.Eat more fish,egg,meat,soy milk,soybean,soy product,cottage cheese,mushroom,lentil,yogurt.Use extra healthy fat in cooking.No water just before or during meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water.Do exercise like weight lifting and muscle building exercise which will help you to gain weight.Take proper rest.

Post delivery dysfunctional bleeding happens, but avoid sex. You need to be more specific in describing the irregularity, might be a consultation will help.

Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

HI, For pimples take Tabs Hepar sulphuris pentarkan (DR WILMAR SHAWBE) 2tabs to be chewed twice a day for 1mth Avoid junkfood,spicy ,fried food. Drink plenty of water (3-4liters /per day) minimum Eat salads everyday (carrots,cucumber,beetroot) Use cream Calendula Nectar Apply this cream twice a day

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yogurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain pH balance of your hair.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion IRON rich diet like Green vegetables,Fruits and 2 glass milk daily PAPAYA PACK ( BAKSON) Daily apply on face directly in evening when u think u r not going outsside now nd wash face after it is dry. SUNCARE SUNSCREEN ( BAKSON) Use 30 minutes before exposing to ssun rays. Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark pigmentation spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes.

Hair nourishment is most important. First the cause has to be found. If the are dry a suitable ayurvedic oil is required. Ayurvedic shampoo and cleanser can help removing dandruff. Herbal hair tonics, internal medication along with proper nutritive diet is important. Biotin supplementation tab one every night is used. Please may sure you do not eat oily, spicy and salty food. Avoid consuming alcoholic and carbonated beverages. Please check whether the problem is hereditary. Avoid direct exposure to afternoon sunlight.

Hello, you may repeat the urine test for pregnancy. And an USG may be necessary. Once pregnancy of any nature is conclusively excluded, further tests may be considered to exclude hormonal cause, etc. Medicines also may be prescribed by your doctor to cause withdrawal bleeding once pregnancy is not the cause. Since you are taking u-gynaetone probably for PCOS, this condition itself may be cause of your delay in periods.

Being sad is not going to help. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.
