Sexual dysfunction-overview
Definition:
Sex is one of the basic instincts of human life. It is as important as food, clothing and shelter. Sex is not just for human reproduction or making babies, but it is also a mode of physical and mental relaxation. Lack of proper sex education by our government and educational institutions has led to mushrooming of quacks, hakims, vaids & unqualified sex specialists. This is one of the major reasons fo a Dr B K Kashyap qualified in male sexual diseases to overcome to rescue of the patients of northern India in tackling their sexual problems. Following are the few quaries and their answers which one comes across in sexual medicine practice.
As many as one third of all men experience some form of difficulty during sexual activity, yet only a few take the step forward to seek treatment for the same. It can be embarrassing to discuss one's sexual problems with a physician but patients must understand that if this gives an effective solution in the end, it is well worth the effort.
Male sexual dysfunction can be described as any form of difficulty in the sexual activity that prevents the concerned man (or the couple) from experiencing satisfaction. Sexual activity can be divided into phases of excitement, plateau, orgasm and resolution and the problem can be related to any of these phases. The result can be any of the following: loss of libido, erectile dysfunction, ejaculation problems such as premature / retarded / retrograde ejaculation or absence of orgasm. The good news is that male sexual dysfunction is treatable with Ayurved Dr B K Kashyap and the response is we have been treating patients years now and have had good results in most cases. We strongly advocate
that patients share their concerns with their partner as well as the treating physician to get the best results. In addition, it is advisable that patients take adequate steps early on because seeking timely treatment can help to prevent any complications in their personal lives due to sexual dysfunction.

Typically sexual disorders in women are sterility, dyspareunia (painful sex) and vaginal dryness. Men commonly suffer from erectile dysfunctions and problems of premature ejaculation. Sexual disorders very often arise from psychological factors such as fear and incompatibility of partners. These disorders may also be precipitated by smoking, hormonal imbalances, diseases like mumps and diabetes and the prolonged use of drugs like contraceptive pills.
Conventional treatment may lead to various side effects. In women, blurred vision, tender breasts and depression is not uncommon. And in men it could lead to mental confusion, gastric problems, dizziness and headaches

5 Health Hacks for Busy Professionals
Integrate Activity into Your Everyday LifeVigorous exercise is important. However, if your hectic schedule leaves you with no time to hit the gym, you can try integrating some activity in the course of the day for increasing your productivity and staying fit.

1Take a walk when you are conversing on the phone.
Instead of the lift, take the stairs.
Take short breaks and step away from workstation.
Workouts at home, such as sit-ups, push-ups, crunches, lunges and squats, keep you in shape 2.Eat Healthy and On TimeFoods which are low in nutritional value and have too many calories can pose serious health problems, including weight gain, cardiovascular problems and diabetes. It is important to stick to a healthy diet and a strict routine.

Instead of starchy foods, choose wholegrain variants which contain more fibre, and keep you feeling full.
Feel like snacking in the middle of the day? Stock up on nuts and seeds or citrus fruits that are known to cure fatigue and stimulate alertness.
To keep your energy up and your metabolism on overdrive, eat breakfast and smaller meals throughout the day, rather than 3 big meals.
Have sufficient liquids through the day to avoid dehydration.
Avoid processed or packaged foods that contain too much sugar. Excess sugar has been linked to energy spikes followed by a crash, while too much salt can lead to high blood pressure and an increased risk of strokes and heart disease.3Sleep is ImportantFinding it difficult to get a good night’s sleep? Sleep deprivation can lead to fatigue, confusion, memory lapses and irritability.

3To get a restful sleep:

Create a sleep schedule and stick to it. Reading a book, listening to relaxing music, or taking a warm shower can help in relaxing your body.
Avoid watching TV or surfing on your mobile as this can interfere with your sleep.
Pay attention to what you eat and drink. Going to bed hungry or stuffing yourself too much can cause discomfort and keep you awake. When you are trying to juggle multiple things at a time, you are bound to be stressed. Five to ten minutes of deep breathing can help in relaxing you and reducing anxiety.

4Watch Your Posture

Good-Sitting-Posture

Good posture is not just great for your back and neck, but also allows you to breathe properly and increases concentration and thinking ability. To improve your posture:

Get a good quality office chair, one with firm and dense cushioning and back support.
Instead of resting your weight on a particular foot, plant both feet flat on the floor.
Set a reminder to check your posture. This can be in the form of a post-it note, an alarm on your phone or an email reminder. Focus on Deep Breathing

5 just breathe

When you are trying to juggle multiple things at a time, you are bound to be stressed. Five to ten minutes of deep breathing can help in relaxing you and reducing anxiety.

You can also close your eyes and focus on relaxing and tensing each muscle group while taking deep, slow breaths. The best part about this is that you can do it any time, at home, workplace or even on the road.

My mom is in 45 years age & suffering in menstrual period time due to heavy bleeding & blood clots, please Give us a solution.

Ayurveda, Gulbarga
After reaching a certain age, a woman? s ovaries stop making eggs and there is less production of hormones like estrogen and progesterone that regulate menstruation and fertility. Gradually, menstrual cycles become irregular and eventually stop. Menopause is confirmed when a woman has no period for 12 consecutive months. This process normally happens between ages 45 and 55 while going through menopause, fluctuating levels of estrogen and progesterone can cause symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, tired feet, insomnia, depression, vaginal dryness, bladder problems, thinning hair, dry skin, breast pain, mood swings and memory problems. Soy soy products have also been found to be very effective in treating many menopause symptoms. The isoflavones in soy products help balance hormone levels and have some estrogenic activity. A comprehensive study by researchers at the bowman gray school of medicine in north carolina found that women who took a phytoestrogen-rich soy supplement reported a significant decrease in the severity of their hot flashes? try to drink two glasses of soy milk daily? you can also have a few slices of soy linseed bread daily? also include more soy products in your diet. 4. Vitamin e clinical studies have shown that vitamin e acts as a substitute for estrogen, in turn helping to regulate and control hot flashes. It is also known for helping reduce vaginal dryness and heart palpitations? topical application of vitamin e oil to the vagina will help improve lubrication? a daily dose of 600 ius of natural vitamin e is recommended to reduce hot flashes. Take one 200 iu capsule with every meal, for a total of three per day. Any queries inform me.

As u r trying to get pregnant from only since last month, u should give ur body time to get pregnant for whole one year. As u have mense every 21 days u cant really predict ovulation date, which is 14 days before the expected date that means immediately after ur current menses. As u already had periods on time after last month intercourse, u cant be pregnant. Sometimes bleeding can occur even after u get pregnant, but it is very scanty and usually does not coincide with the exact menstrual date. If this menses were scanty, u can get pregnancy tested with home pregnancy test with urine to be doubly sure.

Things to Know Before Vascular Lesion Treatment

Things to Know Before Vascular Lesion Treatment

Cutaneous vascular lesions are the most common birthmarks found in children. Flat vascular lesions have a tendency to persist, but raised vascular lesions, called hemangiomas may involute gradually. They are the result of several or huge vessels that are formed underneath the skin and can lead to complications like pain, bleeding, cosmesis or disfigurement. It is necessary to seek treatment for both medical and cosmetic reasons.

Cutaneous vascular malformations are best treated by laser surgery and it is effective sometimes for cosmetic reasons. Hemangiomas may need surgery for residual lesions after involution of the lesion. Use of laser surgery, successfully can help in eliminating certain targets (chromophores) within your skin by putting into use the beam of requisite wavelength, energy setting and pulse duration. Initially these caused serious side-effects like scarring of the skin or permanent dyspigmentation but after the development of photothermolysis technique, the side effects were less seen.

Things to keep in mind before lesion treatment:
The main forms of treatment include laser therapy. Surgery is less used at present as it poses the risk for hemorrhage. The patient should be aware of a few things before going through the treatment procedures.

  1. Cutaneous vascular malformations are best treated by laser surgery can be effective sometimes for cosmetic reasons hemangiomas may need surgery for residual lesions after involution of the lesion.
  2. Laser therapy can treat vascular lesions, such as telangiectasias or spider veins, port wine stain, birthmarks and strawberry hemangiomas. The laser is safer and more effective because it proves to be useful in treating the blood vessels of a lesion without affecting the surrounding tissues.
  3. The patient may experience temporary discoloration of the skin surrounding the treatment site. This blue green discoloration is known as purpura and it usually fades within a week.
  4. The laser therapy is more effective in case of people who have a lighter skin color. In case of heavily tanned or deeply pigmented skin, the laser light may not be able to reach the surface of the lesion.
  5. A topical antibiotic in the form of an ointment or cream may be required by some patients after the treatment.

Hello, your pregnancy test is positive. If you don't ever want a baby, you can go for termination of pregnancy. But if you want a baby later, let the pregnancy continue as you are already 32 years old. Conception may be difficult with more chances of fetal malformations with increasing age of the lady. Decide with a positive mind.
