Hi. Firstly what kind of exercises? May be your exercises aggravating your problem. Do exercises under the guidance of an experienced physiotherapist. Do hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid prolonged bending of neck and back. Avoid prolonged standing and sitting. Avoid lifting of weights. Most important take care of your posture. Take care.

Stop gym. For few days. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform

Long time sitting and hunching over a desk is a leading reason why people end up with crippling back pain at some point in their lives. But a few simple changes in the way you work can make your pain go away. 1-Keep your head up; Focus on aligning your head and neck right above your shoulders; avoid straining forward. 2-Be choosy with your chair: Pick one that allows your lower back to rest against a lumbar support. Then tilt the back of the chair so it’s very slightly reclined. 3-Plant your feet: Keep them flat on the floor and shoulder-width apart to quiet tension in your knees and ankles. 4-Take breaks: Getting up at least once an hour— just do some shoulder rolls—reduces pressure on spinal disks and boosts circulation. If your back pain is severe please go to a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your pain. Best wishes.

It could be due to your neck issues but you can initially start with some gentle anti inflammatory medications for 5-7 days and start with physical therapy under supervision of a qualified therapist. Dr. earlier my RA was positive and ESR. But Anti CCp and Uric acid are always negative. My latest test came as RA, CRP, Anti CCp negative. ESR 29. Vit d 16. Sir my wrists pain alot and right hand fingers the joint below nails. Sir pls suggest.

It's very low and such low levels happens after very long time of pathology. You need vit d before any medicine. With vit d sunlight and homeopathy you can cure yourself permanently.

I have pain in both wrists sometimes while writing fast or working on computer. It happened 5 years back. While it was left undiagnosed due to difference of opinion. One said due to uric acid another veins or ortho etc. The difference of opinion confused me and left it untreated for so long and neglected and undiagnosed. Kindly advise.

Anemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having wrist/thumb pain though there may not be any pathological reasons. It is due to over strain of the writing muscles and also due to lack of blood circulation. To reduce the pain & to make you feel comfortable Wrist Brace so that you will feel warm, comfortable and very protective.. If you keep ice that would help to reduce the pain and feel relaxed and comfortable. You shall also do hot water fermentation that would improve the blood circulation to the painful area and thereby the pain would be reduced.

You might have injured some muscle fibres while exercising in gym for the time being don't lift weight take anti-inflammatory drugs for some time once the pain settles start doing shoulder strengthening exercises if no relief, consult privately.
