take meftal spas if pain abd, tab pan 40 empty stomach daily morning for 15 days, drink 3-4 litre of water daily, isabgol in a glass of water at night, if required get u/s whole abdomen done and back with report it will help. thanks

The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: -severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting -red spots or patches on the skin -bleeding from nose or gums -vomiting blood -black, tarry stools -drowsiness or irritability -pale, cold, or clammy skin -difficulty breathing

Hello lybrate user as you asked about your problems related to lose motions. It may be because of getting all unfavourable dietary measures and behaviour that's why your foods taken are not digested and resulting many times potty formation. I would like to advise you to follow regular daily routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise and yoga and morning walk every day. You may use khichari and dariya with green vegetables and moong daal soups fried with cumin seeds and ghee and garlic. Use buttermilk inspite of yogurt hingwastak churn or shivakshar pachan churna. One spoonful put it in the first bite of your meal with ghee 2-3 times daily. With each meal for 10 days. 2- pippalyasav 15 ml mustakarist. 15 ml twice daily after meals. Follow regular the above prescribed medicines for one month.

I will suggest you to Take a shower at bedtime for a peaceful sleep and also start with Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months

Hi, Normal heart beat is 70-80 per min. Your heart beat is very high and it is usually called as cardiac arrhythmias. Take out an ECG and consult a cardiologist at the earliest. Brisk walk will increase the heart beats all the more. Therefore it is not advised in this case.

You should talk to your employers about this situation and they are compelled to provide a safe work environment for you. If it is a private organization, you should be careful because not many of them care and your job may be at risk. Even so it is possible to provide an atmosphere of clear and clean air for your work environment, if you requested. But worse than all that is your smoking habit and your employers may become indignant if you continue to sabotage your health with this bad habit while demanding clean environs from the organization! This is a dangerous combination. Smoking directly attacks the respiratory apparatus and your asthma is a respiratory illness. You can ill-afford to continue smoking unless you want to kill yourself early and in a most miserable way! You must seriously take a call and quit smoking now. Here?s how you can go about it: The habit can be very difficult to halt because of the many conditions attached to smoking. In fact these conditions can exist all through the day unlike other addictions. But your desire to want to stop is the most important factor. It is important to find out about the ill-effects of smoking to have a reason that alarms you about continuing in the habit. The information is really scary. The nicotine in tobacco smoke stimulates the heart beat to raise the blood pressure in no time at all. Tobacco tar smears the lung surface and causes big patches over time to become dysfunctional. So you must avoid it like the plague: it is just very bad medicine for you. In fact it is highly toxic too. You will need to stop smoking or consuming any tobacco related items with immediate effect. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need. You may also take hard candy or chewing gum. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine chewing gum or nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces substantially. You may also join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i.e. at least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest. All the damage you incurred earlier because of the smoking can be reverted back to normal in quick time.

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a condition in which man has trouble in keeping or getting an erection. It is a common male sexual dysfunction. It becomes more common as you get older but it is not a part of aging. MECHANISM OF ERECTION An erection starts in the brain. Physical and mental stimulation is required for an erection to begin. This stimulation causes nerves in the brain to send chemical messages to nerves which are present in the penis which results in the free flow of blood into the penis. This leads to high pressure in the penis which in turn traps the blood within both corpora cavernosa and then the penis expand. This causes the penis to sustain an erection. When the inflow of blood is stopped, then it opens outflow channels and then penis becomes soft. Then an erection is said to be reversed. CAUSES OF ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION Erection is a complex process which involves hormones, brain, emotions, muscles, nerves and blood vessels. Problem with any one of these can lead to erectile dysfunction. Sometimes stress and mental health can also lead to erectile dysfunction. Combination of Physical and Psychological issues can lead to erectile dysfunction. Some medicines like antidepressants can also cause this and if you are taking any medication you have to discuss with your treating doctor to change or stop medicine if possible PHYSICAL CAUSES OF ED •Heart disease, high blood pressure, High cholesterol. •Parkinson's disease, obesity, alcoholism, atherosclerosis. •Use of tobacco, surgeries that affect the pelvic area or spinal cord. •Treatments for prostate cancer. PSYCHOLOGICAL ISSUES OF ED: Depression, anxiety, stress and other mental health conditions are some of the psychological issues which causes erectile dysfunction. SYMPTOMS OF ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION •Trouble in getting erection •Difficulty in keeping erection •Reduced sexual desire To Prevent ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION By decreasing the chances of developing several diseases like diabetes, heart disease and hypertension, chances of developing erectile dysfunction can be decreased to some extent. By eating healthy diet, erectile dysfunction can be managed. By doing Exercise daily and by avoiding smoking, risk for developing erectile dysfunction can be decreased. If you do not have any diseases it is only your mind that is preventing your erection. So you need to be calm and stop worrying about it and keep on doing normally.

A diabetic can have sugar in solid form such as ice cream or sweets immediately after food if patient is well controlled. After food it won' t be absorbed. Much and there won' t be much rise. But liquid sugar such as cold drink, tea or juices ard best avoided.
