It is because of food poisoning or allergy to the fish. Food poisoning can affect any age group. The fish could be stale also. Child should drink plenty of water with ors. She has to take a course of antibiotic to control infection. Consult doctor for advice and treatment.

Rashes is a serious thing in fever. Get her complete hemogram done. Her platelet count need to be checked. Malaria and dengue fever can present like this. Drink lots of ors, atleast 3 liters a day. Get a ps for malaria parasite, malaria and dengue serology if fever comes again.

If symptoms are sneezing, running nose, blocked nose 1. Take proper rest/ lot of fluids 2. Take proper home made diet. 3. Steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days frequent/ continuous cough cold may be because of many reasons like: 1. Any ent problem like dns polyp sinusitis 2. Low immunity 3. Allergic condition so you need to consult ENT doctor for proper examination and further management.

The last part of your question is very relevant. If you are studying hard, you will need at least 9 hours of sleep. The diet is very important and so the suggestions below will help in many regards for your studies. Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem-solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning, at least, five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position, you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There is some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food.

1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2.Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4.Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having,6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days .8.Consult Gastro enterologist for further advice.

I was taking tablet Tolol-XR 12.5 mg for BP. Since I am feeling dullness in my head and my doctor changed the medicines; not satisfaction. Communication in any relationship is indispensable for creating a strong bond between a couple and a part of that communication is communicating about your desires and fantasies.

Sexual Communication is when you and your partner are able to express your needs and wants without the conversation being awkward, taking in account what the other feels. It is a fulfilling, satisfying, and a fun part of life. The physical aspect of love is an important part of a relationship and communicating with your partner about it only helps to make it better. Sexual communication will make it easier for you to take pleasure in sex with safety and have a satisfying sex life.

  1. Physical Communication: Communication is not linked with words only. Sometimes, a gentle hand placed on your shoulder or back, a simple glance at you or even a wink are enough to lure someone towards you. Healthy and amazing sexual activity is procured mainly through physical intimacy. Almost all the time, couples find out what the other is thinking even without asking them. ‘Actions speak louder than words’ is proven to be very true in this case. So, ensure that you understand physical cues of each other.

  2. Sexual Directions: Giving your partner verbal or physical direction is an integral part of achieving a satisfied sexual life. He or she needs to be informed of where to touch you and where not to in order to turn you on. If your spouse is clueless of what you might want or expect in bed, sexual gratification will not only become impossible but may turn disastrous. If there is verbal communication between you two such as, ‘kiss me’ or ‘touch me there’, the sexual experience will become ten times better. This happens only when there is love and proper sexual communication.

  3. Conversational Communication: Sexual urge is aroused only when there is vocal communication. All relationships require good oral communication. Communication related to sex must be done tactfully without making it awkward or uncomfortable. It will help solve many issues in your sexual and love life. You must focus on what your partner might prefer doing more or may work around issues which cause strife and eventually resolve them.

  4. Intimacy: Emotional as well as sexual intimacy requires honest communication. Some display their inner inhibitions while others are reserved in matters of expression on sexual life. Each couple is accustomed to different and unique styles of communication with their partners. It is important to be able to comfortably and smoothly express yourself and get instant feedback from your spouse in order to be most compatible with each other. If you wish to discuss about any specific sexual problem, you can consult a sexologist and ask a free question.

You can have two cups of tea per day with half a spoon of sugar. There is no problem. It just has about 40 calories. You can have skimmed / double toned milk without sugar. (90 calories) since milk is good for nutrition and health. When you are dieting, you need not cut off everything. You just need to reduce and replace high calorie foods. If you enjoy your tea, go ahead and have it.

Dear lybrateuser, - do steam inhalation regularly at least twice a day - avoid cold water & other fluids, have more of warm fluids, tea, coffee, milk with 1teaspoon turmeric powder, soup, also avoid dust in & outside house as you may be having an allergic problem - take tab levocetrizine, 5 mg, 1 tab in the evening - boost your immunity by consuming a healthy nutritious diet with more of fruits & vegetables, take one teaspoon of honey daily morning - do regular exercises, walking, jogging, cycling, yoga & deep breathing for 5-10 min daily - get investigations done, x-ray chest & paranasal sinuses to know exact cause & consult doctor on forum with reports.

Praanaayaam anulom and vilom shirshaasan shavasan. These are good yogasanaas which can help u. Walking daily for 30 minutes everyday will help. Eat light dinner before 7.30 in the evening. Drink a glass of warm milk with ghee before sleep. Have bath in night. You can do massage to your head and feet before sleeping. Do not watch tv or do not be on mobile or laptop after 8pm. Read spiritual books or positive thinking books before sleeping. Hearing soothening songs also relaxes your mind. Be positive and think positive. Socialize more. Make more friends.

Penis size is something about which most of the men are obsessed as they don?t have proper idea about the size of their organs. But please remember, size hardly matters unless it is too small to perform intercourse. But when it is really small, application of oil/ drug shown in TV/ newspaper will not help, unless we can actually diagnose the cause of small penis and treat it. So, what you need is a proper check up by doctor to determine the cause of small size and then get it treated.

Unless the cone of the corn is removed by surgery with change of footwear reoccurance is the rule. So parring followed by enucleation is the treatment of choice under local anesthesia and the only trained and qualified person to do it is a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon. Rest of the topical treatment works as add on and not as a primary treatment.

I am male 45 and I am suffering from kidney disease my creatinine has reached to 5.2 and I want you tell me the Indian diet so that my create nine level can reduce.

Creatinine is a breakdown product of creatine phosphate in muscle, and is usually produced at a fairly constant rate by the body (depending on muscle mass of your body. Its filtered by your kidney only so if your kidney starts malfunctioning its level rises in serum. So to reduce your creatinine level almost solely dependant on how your kidney is functioning. Now you might be having chronic kidney disease. So you have to follow strict diet to not get any complications of ckd like hyperkalemia (high potassium in blood, high bp, low calcium and high phosphates in blood or anemia. Low potassium diet should contain rice, beans, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cooked bread and bread products (not whole grains, pasta, cauliflower, celery, coffee cherriescorn, pies without chocolate, cucumber, cookies without nuts, lettuce, white mushrooms, peaches, onions, pears, peas, peppers, plums, radish, strawberries, water chestnuts, tangerine can be taken. Most of the fruits have high potassium but fruits like watermelon (limit to 1 cup, pineapple or apple of medium size, strawberry, cranberries can be taken in small amount. Avoid milk and milk products, meat, egg, salt in high amount. Take max 2 litres of water in a day. Regular follow up of bp, blood sugar and serum urea, creatinine should be done. Iron folic acid tablets can be taken after meal if you are anemic.
