Hi lybrate-user, can you please tell me what is your height? if you want to gain healthy weight we need to work on your lean muscle mass. Can you please tell me what is your daily food routine from morning to evening? if you are a non vegeterian you can start your day with 3 slices of multigrain bread with 2-3 egg white omlette. You can also have a glass of whey protein with milk (you can opt for optimum nutrition whey protein). In lunch you can have normal dal, rice/ roti, mushroom sabzi or mix veg sabzi and curd. In the evening at around 5: 00 pm you can have 1-2 besan cheela or moong dal cheela witha cup of tea or coffee. At night you can have grilled chicken with roti or soya granules or nuggets with roti. You can start with the above mentioned simple routine initially. If needed any further help please do write to me.

Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day. Go for 45 minute brisk walk daily

Mr. Lybrate-user, looking at your weight and height the bmi is 32.19 kgs /m2, showing grade 1 obesity (normal <23 kgs/m2). For better control of blood glucose it is necessary to maintain normal weight. Your ideal body weight (ibw) should be62 kgs. Therefore to control blood glucose level apart from taking insulin and other drugs it essential to reduce weight. That will also help in controlling lipid levels. Any exercise is as good as other. It is better to start with brisk walking for at least 1 hour a day. Later you can upgrade to jogging. You should also do strength building exercise on 2 days a week in addition to aerobic activity. Plus certain yogasanas and pranayam will also be beneficial. Blood sugar control will need insulin, oral drugs plus exercise, weight reduction and diet control. All these factors together will help. Chapatti contains carbohydrates. Which give you energy but for proper growth and body building you need good amount of protein.it look like you also have problem of indigestion. Yoga and proper diet will help you to increase your weight. To gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions.

Eat healthy foods, avoid any kind of junk and sugary drinks. Increase intake of protein. Follow small meal intervals. Never skip meals. Do physical activity of walking, swimming at least for an hour. I suggest for a protein and supplement.

Seasonal allergies are usually characterized by sneezing, coughing and other allergic reactions. Also known as hay fever and allergic rhinitis, the condition tends to appear only during certain seasons of the year. The disease is triggered by changes in the weather and exposure to certain allergens like dust. The allergens cause the body to release histamine into the blood thus, resulting in symptoms of allergy.

The symptoms of seasonal allergy are:

  1. Coughing

  3. Congestion in the nose
  4. You may experience a blocked and runny nose
  5. You may have an itchy nose

Ayurveda is a holistic method of treatment that focuses on improving your overall well-being. The various Ayurvedic remedies for treating seasonal allergies are:

  1. Restrict Dairy Intake: You need to cut dairy out of your diet as dairy products have all the characteristics of a cold food. They tend to create imbalance in the “kapha” dosha in the body, thus leading to various diseases.

The principal symptoms of dengue are: High fever and at least two of the following: Severe headache Severe eye pain (behind eyes) Joint pain Muscle and/or bone pain Rash Mild bleeding manifestation (e. G, nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: Severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting Red spots or patches on the skin Bleeding from nose or gums Vomiting blood Black, tarry stools (feces, excrement) Drowsiness or irritability Pale, cold, or clammy skin Difficulty breathing There is no specific medication for treatment of a dengue infection. Persons who think they have dengue should use analgesics (pain relievers) with acetaminophen (crocin or dolo -650 mg) and avoid those containing ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin or aspirin containing drugs. They should also rest, drink plenty of fluids like coconut water, lime water etc. To prevent dehydration. Preventing dengue fever: the best way to prevent the disease is to prevent bites by infected mosquitoes. To protect yourself: Avoid visiting heavily populated residential areas, if possible. Use mosquito repellents, even indoors. When outdoors, wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants tucked into socks. Make sure window and door screens are secure and free of holes. If sleeping areas are not screened or air conditioned, use mosquito nets

1.Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2.Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 3.Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4.Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5.Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6.Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. As per your concern I would suggest you to do following remedy Causes: • Anxiety • Tension • Mental stress • Drug addiction • Deficiency of vitamin B complex 1. Cut, de-seed and crush 4-5 Indian gooseberries to paste 2. Press this paste on a sieve and extract the juice 3. Take 2 tsp of this Indian gooseberry juice 4. Add ½ tsp nutmeg powder 5. Mix well 6. Drink 2 times a day Surely you will get results.
