Yes it will work. You firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. I will need your detail history. Till you can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water if rice.

1. Soak a few strands of kesar in 1 teaspoon of raw milk overnight. In the morning mix 1 teaspoon of nutmeg powder with it to make a slightly runny paste. Apply this pack to the pimple marks. You can also apply this pack to your whole face to get flawless skin. Let the pack stand for 20 minutes and then wash off with water. Use daily. 2. The astringent properties of lemon work wonders for the acne prone skin. It is rich in vitamin C, which enhances the quality of the skin. Squeeze half a lemon and mix the juice with double the amount of glycerin. Now dab this mixture on the skin and leave on. Wash off with water after 10 minutes. You should repeat the process twice a day and you will notice results within a few days. 3. Tea tree oil is astounding for treating skin break out and acne. It has antibacterial properties that help battle the microscopic organisms that cause skin issues. Additionally, its mitigating properties help decrease the redness and aggravation of pimples. Dip a cotton ball in tea tree key oil and spot it on the concern areas. Wash your face following 15 to 20 minutes. Another choice is to blend a couple of drops of tea tree oil in 1 tablespoon of Aloe Vera gel. Apply it on your pimples and imperfections, abandon it on for 20 minutes and after that wash your face. Note: If your skin is sensitive, you should avoid tea tree oil.

Hi lybrate-user this can be done in a few steps: eat less chapatis, less rice, i. E. Less carbohydrates. Take more pulses and pulses products. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid taking creamed milk and milk products. Also avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Must take salad with your every main meal. Drink plenty of water. Take green tea instead of normal tea but not more than twice a day. Walk at least for half an hour after dinner at night. Take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food.

Sir, my age is 30 years old. I have the depression problem from the last 3 years. I consult the doctor he can give the the medicines like olimelt-5 mg, venlor-75 capsule. I can use the medicine but nothing is change in my depression condition with that of I am intense about anything with at slowly my hair fall in my headache. I can talk to myself when I was alone in the house doctor suggested to give the scanning of my brain but nothing is not in there scanning. I want to get the rid of the depression. Hello, Practicing yoga with homoeopathic medication helps you in releasing the stress from your body. Brisk walk in a park will help you inhale more fresh air and oxygen for good functioning of the cells and tissues of the body. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines (which doesn't have any side-effects and thus safe to tak) - Schwabe’s Bacopa Monierri 1x/ thrice daily and Kali Phos. 6x/ once at night. Yogasana: Practice the following poses if you don’t have any medical condition or pregnancy or else take an advice from your concern doctor and then only perform these. 1. Balasana: Sit on your heels with your big toes touching and hands resting on your thighs. Lower your belly and chest to rest between your knees, bringing your forehead to the floor. Relax your arms back beside your shins, palms facing up. Soften your breath by taking 5 to 10 long, deep inhalations and exhalations. 2. Savasana: lie back, letting your body sink into and open around the support. End in a supported pose on your back with a folded blanket under the length of the spine to help arch the upper and middle back, and lengthen the lower back. Move your arms a comfortable distance away from your body and anything else around you. Turn your palms to face up. Separate your legs a natural distance apart. Relax your feet and let them roll open. Finally, do a mental scan from head to toe: Where are you holding tension. Release it from every part of your body—including your heart and head. 3. Bhujanasana: Slowly slide forward from Child's Pose to lie facedown. Press your toes and forehead gently into the floor. Rest your palms lightly on the floor on either side of your chest with fingertips pointing forward and elbows bent and hugging in toward your ribcage. Inhale and lift your chest from the heart, pressing only very lightly into your palms and mostly using your back strength to hold your shoulders and chest up. Soften your shoulders. Then lift your hands off the floor completely, broadening across your collarbones and reaching your heart up. Take a couple of deep, slow breaths here. Then as you exhale, place your palms back down and gently lower your chest to floor.

Im having four times more testosterones, sonography reports are normal, periods are regular but im having excessive hair growth on my face and body. What maybe yhe reason then. Pls suggest any tests or natural ways to balance hormones.

Good to know that your periods are regular as this is the first proof that there is balance between male and female hormones in your body, testosterone is a male hormone present in small amounts in all women, similarly some feminine hormones are present in males but balance is maintained by nature. You must have got tested to know that you have 4 times the normal testosterone. Ultrasound is normal. My suggestion is get tested just after period, the time every hormone is minimal, same way it is highest, just before periods. Your worry is excessive hair on face and body. You need cosmetic treatment, both home remedies and removal of hair by waxing etc. Drink more water and exercise, take less fats. Do not take estrogens to counter testosterones because once the balance is spoiled by giving artificial hormones, it becomes difficult to bring back the balance. You can take evecare syrup by himalaya, just 2 spoons per day.

Heavy menses are always due to any pathological cause of female sexual organs. If, all reports of ultrasound is normal then get hormonal assay done. Get check level of fsh, lh, estrogen and tsh done. Because it may be due to some hormonal disturbance.

Hello, if you are getting regular menses , even though for 2 days , then these are your normal menses and for dysmenorrhoea you may use antispasmodics to counter the pain.

Apply faceclin gel twice daily over affected area. For marks use photoscreen depigment cream once weekly at night (very little on marks only). Rejuglow face wash/episoft oc cleanser/saslic ds wash. Tablet limcee 500 mg once daily for one month. Tablet ascazin twice daily for one month. Combination peels to clear face & spots. Increase intake of water.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. Dear lybrate user, increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is whey protein. But kindly remember only taking supplement is not enough. You need to take those supplements according to a fixed schedule. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.
