Glow on the face depends mainly on the metabolism, environment, stress level, nature of work and amount of sleep. Improve the digestive capacity with healthy, natural, easily digestible food, avoid junks. Environment should be a healthy one, reduce the stress level at work an in the mind also, have a sound and enough quantity of sleep. You can apply the cream like kumkumadi lepa twice on face to increase the glow. Keep yourself well hydrate with enough amount of liquids.

Hello Lybrate User, Take homeopathic treatment for pimples, since pimples or acne can be caused by various factors such as, excess oil secretion, changes in hormone levels, genetic predisposition, pollution and diet, homeopathy can be an effective way to treat acne. This is because treatment in homeopathy is individualistic and holistic. Individual examination, case analysis, your medical history, your physical, mental and emotional constitution and your susceptibility to the disease are all very important considerations in determining the exact homeopathic remedy for you. It is effective, harmless and without side effects. Along with follow this tips to get rid from pimples, * wash your face as often as 3-4 times a day. *Use a gentle face wash when you wash your face and scrub face twice a week. * Avoid spicy, oily and sugary food. * Drink plenty of water and take healthy and balanced diet. * Drink juices - whenever you are struggling with pimples, juices are always in the rescue and help you achieve flawless skin. Beets, celery, apple, aloe vera, tomato, cucumber, orange, lemon, papaya and juices are considered excellent for the skin. These juices purify the blood and thereby improving your skin tone. * Do daily exercise and get enough sleep. If you want to take homeopathic treatment consult me on lybrate privately. Take care.

Lustrous, beautiful and healthy hair is a result of a healthy body and a healthy diet Foods high in protein are soy, tofu, dairy products like milk, curd, paneer, cheese, nuts, oilseeds, beans and pulses. Lifestyle changes 1. Along with a healthy hair diet it is important that you exercise properly as it will ensure that there is proper blood flow to your scalp and will help in the growth of hair.  2. Treat your hair delicately. Avoid unnecessary brushing, combing or handling. Use a soft, round bristles brush.  3. Have a weekly scalp massage to provide stimulation to the hair follicles. 4. Have regular trims to eliminate split ends and allow the hair to look and feel healthier. 5. Get plenty of rest and sleep to allow your body to grow hair. Follow the diet plan given below as a starting point for healthy and lustrous hair. Breakfast  Skim milk / soy milk Whole grain bread or toast or poha or breakfast cereal or sprout Bowl of fresh fruit Morning snack Fresh vegetable juice like carrot or cucumber juice Handful of nuts like walnuts, soaked almonds, raisins, dates Lunch Fresh veg. Soup or salad  Whole-wheat flour or jowar or bajra chapatti Green veggies  Dals or whole pulses Brown rice Curd / tofu Afternoon snack 1 glass skim milk  Kurmura or roasted channa or popcorn Evening snack Fresh veggies and fruit juice (carrot, apple, lemon, dudhi, palak) Dinner  Fresh veggie soup or salad with sprouts Chapati Vegetable Buttermilk Bedtime snack  Fruit like watermelon or banana  Use natural substitutes like fruits, dates, figs or honey instead of sugar. Fruits like berries, grapes, apples and cherries have useful enzymes that can add value to your hair health

Tea Tree Oil: It is a great moisturizer for the hair; it helps to keep the scalp free of bacteria and fungal problems. Tea tree oil unblocks the sebaceous glands and encourages the flow of the scalp’s own moisturising oils while clearing away dead skin cells. Tea tree oil mixed with other essential oils is especially good as a scalp treatment for relieving dandruff.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. Take homoeopathic medicine weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little amount of water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

It could be recurrwnce of infection which should be treated properly. Accumulation of fluid due to embedded foreign body may also cause it. Pl get it evaluated clinically.

Although the rate at which your beard grows depends on your individual testosterone level and genetics. There are some simple steps you can incorporate into your daily routine to help along the growing process. JOJOBA OIL: Stimulate your facial hair by massaging with jojoba oil. Nutrients in jojoba oil penetrate into the hair and stimulate facial hair growth. Apart from hair, this liquid wax will moisturize your face. CASTOR OIL: You can massage your beard with Sunny isle’s extra dark Jamaican black castor oil (or normal castor oil) at nighttime and leave it overnight. Black Jamaican castor oil has a scientifically valid theoretical method of boosting beard growth, by stimulating the production of prostaglandin E2 in hair follicles. SESAME OIL: Apply sesame oil once in a week to your face to grow thicker beard. Leave it overnight and rinse your beard off with lukewarm water in the morning. You can also eat 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds once a day for its additional benefits. ARGAN OIL: Argan oil is another beard oil that is most commonly used as a hair moisturizer to soften and hydrate hair shafts. Moreover, it is proven to make beard hair silkier, softer and shinier. This is why many cosmetic companies add argan and jojoba oils to beard oils for fast beard growth. EXFOLIATE YOUR SKIN: To grow a fuller beard you should exfoliate your skin once a week, using a scrub or an exfoliant. This will help to remove all the dead skin cells and will stimulate new hair growth. FOLLOW A HEALTHY DIETARY ROUTINE: Eat more foods that are rich in proteins like beans, eggs, chicken and fish. Also eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables (especially green ones) in plentiful amounts. Drink at least 5 litres of water in a day. BIOTIN: Take a biotin supplement daily. Also add a high quality multivitamin, flaxseed oil, fish oil, and Ashwagandha powder to your diet.
