Nasal Allergy: It is very common nowadays?it is of two types ?Seasonal and perineal. Seasonal allergic rhinitis occurs according to changes in atmosphere . Antihistaminics and decongestants can help you. There is therapy like developing immunity against allergy, where allergen is found out by giving multiple small pricks on arm and then make a vaccine of it and give it intra dermal or intramuscular every week or month.

It requires continues monitoring ( dosage needs to be based on not only the persons body weight but also other important health parameters ) and therefore please talk to the doctor and feel free to discuss your doubts. Do not hesitate to take the help of your doctor even if you miss one or two follow-ups.

7 things Virgin men need to know about having sex

Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (B.U.M.S)
Sexologist, Chennai
7 things Virgin men need to know about having sex
7 things VIRGIN MEN need to know about having sex

No matter your definition of male virginity, one fact still remains that those who have not had sex before using believe some random myths about that most pleasurable physical-cum-emotional activity.

Are there virgin men?

You could argue either way – but one would first have to decide if being a virgin means only never having had sex with a woman or it also includes never having masturbated too.

Anyway, no matter your definition of male virginity, one fact still remains that those who have not had sex before using believe some random myths about that most pleasurable physical-cum-emotional activity.

It will not be a lie to say that sex is one of the best things one could experience, especially if it’s with a person one has an emotional connection with.

Health experts have even proven that sex is good for a person’s general wellbeing, meaning it is actually recommended to have sex…frequently too.

Well, if you are one of those that have not experienced the joys of sex, here are 7 things you should know before trying it…

Don’t expect to have 1-hour long erection – the average erection lasts only between 3-5 minutes. So all those men you see having sex for hours in porn videos are not ‘normal’. Some are edited footages while some are on performance enhancers, some of which are harmful

A double condom will not give double protection – wearing two condoms to have sex will not increase your protection against diseases. In fact, the use of two condoms is a risk because the friction between the two can cause a tear and spill the sperm

There is no time when you can have unprotected sex without the risk of STD or pregnancy – many are fooled by the myth that a woman in her cycle will not get pregnant... The truth however is that there are lower risks, but she still could get pregnant

Your penis size is not as important as your skill – if you don’t have a micropenis which is less than 3 inches, then your penis is okay. All those men you see in porn videos with humongous penises are abnormal. Just learn to use what you have and you’ll be okay

It is normal to have erectile problems on your first attempt – your first sexual encounter may not be as wonderful as you have dreamt it would be. As a matter of fact, many people have terrible first attempt, with weak erection and premature ejaculation occurring frequently

Plenty foreplay is always good – don’t be pressured into jumping right into sex when the opportunity come. It is best to let your body go slow and approach sex with less pressure. Too much rush may lead to disappointment

Masturbation is not a bad thing – don’t let people fool you that masturbation is unhealthy. Experts note that it is a healthy way to release your sexual tension and refreshes your semen, reduces stress lowers risk of prostate cancer. It can however become a serious problem where it becomes an addiction

The best thing you can do for yourself when you want to have sex the first time is to not try to impress yourself or your partner.
Be more exploratory than conquering and be certain to have a condom in the mix.

I wanna to consult doctor for premature ejaculation, how much maximum cost I have to bare in this treatment?
Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Please don’t panic. You must understand PREMATURE EJACULATION. Premature ejaculation is diagnosed when you have premature ejaculation within one or two minute of sex, continuously several times with the same partner for over six months. There is nothing called premature ejaculation while doing masturbation. Premature ejaculation occurs when a man ejaculates sooner during sexual intercourse than he or his partner would like. Premature ejaculation is a common problem which happens due to psychological stress and anxiety in majority of people.
