Hallo. You have not mentioned your dad's age. May be related with age. If you take x-Ray you may see porosis. You have to do ayurveda panchakarma treatment. This will reduce degeneration of joint. Otherwise the pain will not be reduced. For temporary relief put cotton dipped in warm oil over knee for 20 minutes. And take yogarajaguggulu tablet BD. Thank you.

Hello. Please do some leg exercise while lying down. Sudden change in posture should be avoided. Please keep your weight checked. Take arnica 30 / 4 globules / 4 times for 8 days. Please revert back if needed.

Lower back pain you can do it this exercise, 1 Lying on your back, bend your right knee into your chest and place a strap or rolled-up towel around the ball of your foot. Straighten your leg toward the ceiling. Press out through both heels. If the lower back feels strained, bend the left knee and place the foot on the ground. Hold for 3-5 minutes and then switch to the left let for 3-5 minutes. 2…. Lying on your back, bend your knees into your chest and bring your arms out at a T. As you exhale lower your knees to ground on the right. Keep both shoulders pressing down firmly. If the left shoulder lifts, lower your knees further away from the right arm. Hold for 1-2 minutes each side I hope you will fit and fine………………………

What exactly is a spine block injection? Will it work long-term for low back pain due to disc problems?
Transmission of sense through nerve is blocked by necrosing injectable chemicals. Hence any kind of pain is not felt though disease/ lesion remain as such. The biggest drawback is that when the disease increases, even then it's not felt because no sense is there. It could be disastrous sometimes.

Joint pain is a very common problem with many possible causes - but it's usually a result of injury or arthritis.

It covers:

1. Pain in just one joint like knee joint. It can be due to osteoarthritis. It is quite common in older people but it can sometimes affect younger people, especially those who are overweight or those who have had serious injuries to the joint in the past.

Yes. Physiotherapy is best option. U have to strong your quadriceps muscle and hamstring muscle. And start exercise with static bicycle.

Hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Core strengthening exercises. Take frequent breaks at work use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I suggest you follow the below for your condition: rest. Ceasing activity for a few days allows injured tissue and even nerve roots to begin to heal, which in turn will help relieve lower back pain. However, more than a few days of rest can lead to a weakening of the muscles, and weak muscles have to struggle to adequately support the spine. Patients who do not regularly exercise to build strength and flexibility are more likely to experience recurrent or prolonged lower back pain. Heat and ice packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.

Hello- noise coming from the knees is due to decreased synovial fluid in your knee joint which is causing friction between two bones which makes joint. >continuous friction may lead to joint pain and swelling in near future. >looking at your age you should follow these schedules- 1) do warm sesame oil massage daily on your knees twice. 2) increase dietary products that can increase synovial fluid (ghee, milk, malai etc.) 3) avoid foods that are harmful to joint structure.(fast food, spicy and junk diet, shila anna) 4) don, t exert too much stress on your knee joint.(sudden running, heavy exercise) 5) wear knee cap for minimizing body load on knee joint. 6) treat your indigestion if having. 7) tray to get a sound sleep (at least 8 hrs a day)

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Reason of back pain in this age wil b because of any injury or stess, weakness of back muscle, deficiency of nutrients. Please check your calcium and vit d level. Do some isometric back exs. Go for walk.

This back pain is due to no back exercise. Due to this muscle get stiff. When suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start. In ayurved there is mentioned one procedure kati basti. Do this for five days with medicated oil if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation. So consult ayurvedic doctor near you. You will definitely get good result.

loss of lordosis is because of spasm. yes u should take rest. and avoid bending forward and lifting weight. yes u can go ahead with Physiotherapy. dont worry u will be alright.
