Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

1.Have a glass of whole milk (without the cream removed) with green cardamom powder before going to bed. 2.Have 1 teaspoon of licorice root powder with a glass of milk on an empty stomach in the morning. 3.Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. 4.Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. 5. Take 2 tab stresswin at night with milk for 5 days ONLY. 6. Take light meals at night and drink 10-15 glasses of water daily. 7.Stop using gadgets 1 hr before sleep.switch off lights at 11:00 pm. 8. Sleep in total dark room. 9.Add some fresh rose petals in a cup of boiling water. Keep it aside till it is lukewarm. Add ½ teaspoonful of sugar to it and have this twice a day. This is a good drink to uplift mood. 10.Do yoga daily 30 min n shavasana daily 5 min before sleep.... Do deep breathing for 2-3 min after every 1 hr....

Two-minute relaxation: switch your thoughts to yourself and your breathing. Take a few deep breaths, exhaling slowly. Mentally scan your body. Notice areas that feel tense or cramped. (stop any movements that cause pain) roll your shoulders forward and backward several times. Let all of your muscles completely relax. Recall a pleasant thought for a few seconds. Take another deep breath and exhale slowly. How can I learn to relax? mind relaxation: close your eyes. Breathe normally through your nose. As you exhale, silently say to yourself the word" aum" a short word such as" aham brahmasmi" or a short phrase such as" tat tvam asi" continue for 10 minutes. If your mind wanders, gently remind yourself to think about your breathing and your chosen word or phrase. Let your breathing become slow and steady. Deep-breathing relaxation: imagine a spot just below your navel. Breathe into that spot and fill your abdomen with air. Let the air fill you from the abdomen up, then let it out, like deflating a balloon. With every long, slow breath out, you should feel more relaxed.

Hi… if you can follow few basic things then you will get better results in short period of time, * drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals, * don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meals, l * avoid oily, fermented and stale foods, *drink lukewarm water regularly as possible, * sleep upto 10.30 pm, * do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning, * avoid cold things, intermittent eating, heavy foods, contact with dust and pollen grains, day time sleeping, @ take 2 tablets of SWAS-KASA-CHINTAMANI RASA, early in the morning on empty stomach along with 1 tsf of honey and ginger juice, @ take 1 tsf of lavanbhaskar churna after meals, Do all these things for 30 days, gives you good result. Dear lybrate user, lemon & water has nothing to do with the blood sugar level. But in case of honey you need take it in limited amount. First of all you need to be clear that the honey which you are using is free from added sugar or saccharine. To check this just keep the honey in the deep fridger of your refrigerator for 24 hours. If you notice that the honey has solidified after 24 hours of cooling then immediately discard it. Real honey which does not contain added sugar or saccharine won't get solidified even after cooling for 24 hours. Do not take such honey which contains added sugar or saccharine now from your stated information I can conclude that you are going to take honey & lemon juice mixed water in the morning to get rid of excess fat. Kindly remember that honey will help to get you more fat more fat if you take it with cold water if you are willing to lose weight then I would advise you to squeeze a lemon and mix it juice in a cup of lukewarm water & add one teaspoon of honey in that water & drink it early morning in empty stomach.

It could be migraine 1.Take Paracetamol 500mg one Tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily at the time of attack 2.Drink plenty of water and take rest. 3.Check your BP 4. Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6.
