Hi apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

I'm27 years old I have back pain for past 3 years but for the last one week I have severe pain in back bone of my hip for example when you kicked by the needle in a bone means the pain felt like that. Is there any exercise or treatment if there.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily

Initially pain in the heals. After consulting, the doctor prescribed injection to cure of fluids in the heal. But there is a swelling in ankle above the heal and the leg pains when walking .This is there since June 2016 without permanent cure. Will be of great help if you reply. My age is 58 and am female. Hello. It can be general stress issue. Try do get few sessions of Physiotherapy .to soften that tighten side. And, keep doing exercises for knee strengthening.

Do learn and practise strengthening and stretching exercises from neuro physiotherapist postural and breathing exercises apply hot and cold water fomentation for thrice a day for 6 days regularly do revert back for further assistance best wishes.

If no feeling of givingway in your knee you can strengthen your quadriceps to compensate. If your knee is wobbling it needs arthroscopy and proceed.

Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Avoid long sitting. Tk break between study. Use soft pillow for back support. Avoid toward bending heat fermentation twice a day. Tk muscle relaxant medicine. And do stretching exercise of spine.

Most probably your dadi is suffering from oa of knee. Knee surgery-total knee replacement (tkr) is quite safe & gives uniformly good results, in our hands. We have well equipped center in delhi. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Surgery should be done when patient is still active & will be able to take benefit of surgery. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Kindly show me x rays before a final decision can be taken. You will be thoroughly investigated before surgery is under taken. Risk in surgery is less than the risk in crossing road.

It can be paronychia !! It is fungal or bacterial infection of nail fold. Go to a surgeon, If so he will prescribe antibiotics or if there is pus in nail bed, he will put a small incision and drain the pus. From your data I can infer this !

1) avoid those activities which increases your pain. Eg: forward bending etc 2) one should find out the cause of your pain eg: if the pain has started suddenly, it could be a muscle pull while playing or bending or long stretch driving 3) if the pain is since long and is increasing gradually then you should go for a radiological report to diagnose the problem. Once the cause is known, treatment can be done accordingly. Mean while, focus on the following points: 1) place a cushion and support your back while driving | sitting. 2) check on your footwears. Bad footwear leads to back pain 3) place a pillow under your knees while sleeping straight and between your both knees while sleeping side lying (this technique helps to relax your muscles) 4) use a hot water bag/ heat belt to the painful area, heat will improve the blood flow to the muscles and hence will allow them to relax. 5) start certain stretching exercises. 6) avoid prolong standing | sitting.

Dear, it is not your age for knee pain anyhow get it properly checked and consult a orthopedic surgeon who will guide you properly.
