Give ice cold compression 2-3 times daily. Apply crepe bandage. Keep the foot end elevated. Take rest. If no relief, consult doctor.

Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying Kindly go for cervical X ray AP and lateral and review with reports

Cucumber doesn't have any connection with uric acid. Don't work out heavily, it will increase uric acid. Do mild exercise and drink plenty of water.

That is called as lumbar vertebrae. And there are 5 lumbar vertebrae and the 5th lumbar vertebrae is anatomically is located in the lower end where the body weight is taken and it is generally fused with if your pain is there for many years then it is chronic pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have this is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear mcr chappels which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back.

Hi, your mother is over weight by 5 kg. She should follow the under noted tips. Go for a brisk walk in d morning. Go for meditation to nourish your cells and tissues including knee joins. Leg cramps, also known as night leg cramps, especially calf-muscle cramps, are fairly common. Please see a orthopedic or physiotherapist to rule out or identify any possible underlying cause. If there is no underlying cause the leg cramps will probably get better without treatment. Try these home remedies for relief -stretching exercises - straighten the leg and bend the ankle backwards, thus stretching the calf muscle. Walk on tiptoes for a few minutes. Stand about one meter from a wall with your feet flat on the ground. Lean forward against the wall with your arms outstretched, but don't lift your heels (keep your heels on the ground). Stay like that for about ten seconds and gently return to an upright position. Repeat about 5 to 10 times. Some people find that these stretching exercises not only help them get over a leg cramp episode, but also that help reduce how often they occur. Typically, a patient would do these exercises two or three times a day. -stay hydrated - as dehydration may increase the risk of leg cramps, drinking plenty of fluids may help prevent them. -footwear - people with flat feet and other structural problems may be more susceptible to leg cramps. Proper footwear may help. -sleeping position-supporting your toes when lying down or asleep: lying on your back - prop up your feet with a pillow/cushion. Lying on your front - let your feet hang over the end of the bed. Bedding - keep blankets and sheets loose. This helps prevent your feet and toes from pointing downwards during sleep. Best wishes.

For swelling and pain take hot and cold fermentation 1 min each, for 5 reps. Do this twice in a day. Keep that leg elevated while sitting on a chair or bed. Do this for at least 1 week. If pain and swelling is no improving, then you have to consult a physiotherapist. Thank you.
