In this age all these changes occur because of puberty. Due hormonal imbalance you are having all these problems. For hair fall use antidandruff shampoo daily.Use keshkanti oil from Ramdev at bedtime it is really effective Do pranayam daily for ten minutes. Take tablet KERALEGO Eva daily for six months. Avoid junk food and fried food. Rash on your face and neck must be Acne, apply some peeling agent like clearsil or eskamel out at bedtime on pimples.

Hi I had fallen about 15 days back. My wrist pains when I twist it or put pressure or lift weight. Else it is fine in normal circumstances. Please suggest.

May be there may be possible of metacarpal strain so do rule out with x ray of wrist joint and for the temporarily you can apply hot and cold water fomentation thrice a day for 15 min duration each time for 5 days and still pain continues do consult musculoskelotal physiotherapist or orthopaedician asap.

How to get rid of backpain by doing exercise simple one like yoga or else anything.

Do stretching exercise and heat fermentation twice a day. Avoid long sitting toward bending and lifting heavyweight. If it work then ok other wise avoid all exercise and tk physiotherapy treatment.

I have 23 years old boy I have too much neck and back pain and high fever and cough so tell me some medicines.

Neck Advice Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching.Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs. Take frequent Breaks at work. Core Strenthening Exercises. Back Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Having severe pain in heels of both feet. Any new MCP slippers that I wear provides relief for around 2 weeks alone. There seems to b inflammation on side of heel after prolonged standing and walking. Xray reveals extra bone growth. What should be the course of action to b taken to bring a permanent solution. Please advice.

I have herniated disc in L5-S1, so should I go for open surgery or key hole surgery. Which is more effective and have less complications?

Hello lybrate-user, Not all herniated discs require surgery. The decision to operate is taken by a informed spine surgeon after thoroughly evaluating your problem clinically and examining you. Only if there is correlation of clinical and MRI findings and you have tried non operative methods, should you consider getting operated. Microscopic discectomy is a better option than open discectomy as it leads to less blood loss, faster recovery, less post operative pain and earlier return to work. Regards.

From 2 year I am suffering from leg pain so am taking tablets 4 days once and losing my hair.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

hello priyansh, if you didn't have MRI go for it soon . it may be avascular necrosis of hip joint . 1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR

Pain and weakness in upper arms, thighs,legs went for cbc blood sugar , thyroid all ok but uric acid 8.8 could this be the reason for it?

Hi good evening lybrate-user, uric acid level 8.8 means you are suffering with a condition called gout. In which there will be lack of some enzymes which prevents the formation of protein end products the unprocessed products will get deposited in your joints and resulting pain, treatment you have to visit your doctor for anti gout medication and monitor your uric acid levels on regular intervals. Prevention by decreasing the intake of high protein diet like red meat, thank you bikram.

I have knee pain while bending particularly while using indian toilets. I do cardio with weight training last two months back the pain started I came occasionally but now I am facing frequently and if do cardio particularly skipping and running I getting pain but after some rest it is getting normal.

Hello, start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1) take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3hrs.
