Tell me some tips to not to get pain.
Stretching the body for few minutes every hr or two and walking for two three minutes minutes every hr in office itself will help you. Try to drink Nycanthes leaves boiled in water 1 glass every day. If can't get, pl drink other herbal combos at least once a day at home.

I am having back pain on a daily basis.
Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days,please inform

Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

My ACL was complete tear but after regular exercise of 1 year I am alright now but I'm little worry to run can I again do MRI scan ! To see the current status ! My regular exercise is cycling.

Ayurveda therapies and medications could help improve your tear gradually with some rest. Ligament tear do take more time to get repaired

I am a 27 year old female. I have been having a pain in my neck for about 5 months now. Initially I went to a physiotherapist who told me that I had fibromyalgia and made me do certain exercises that exacerbated my condition. When I consulted another orthopaedic surgeon in delhi, he told me after seeing the mri and x-ray that I have a protruded c5/c6 bone, that was on the verge of rupture. I am having nervmax-sr75 since 2 months along with neck rest but have not seen any remarkable improvement. I still have pain in my neck daily and a shooting pain in my forearm / thumb once in a couple of days. Please suggest what can be done. Thank you.

Dear , I am Dr. Saseendar, specialist orthopaedic surgeon from chennai. Thank you for the detailed query. You are suffering from disc prolapse that has not responded even after 5 months of treatment. Your displaced disc is pressing on the nearby nerve root. This is why you are having shouting pain in your arm. You may need intervention to cure your problem. Dear sir I am 35 yrs old, mostly I used to feel my back (spinal) strengthless and whenever I sit in chair I could not sit straightly I feel comfortable only when I sit with pent back it happens even from my childhood days.My father also feels the same is this curable what should I do?

Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Get an xray done to rule out any spurr in the heel. Otherwise problem could be because of nerve impingement.

kindly take dhanvantaram kshsyam, 2 tsf in half a glass of luke warm water before meals, twice a day. Take mahayogaraja guggal tabs, 2 tabs twice a dayt after meals. Take maharajaprasarani oil capsules, 2 caps, twice a day, 1 hr after meals wiht half a cup of warm milk. Apply dhanvantarm oil over the knee, gently, twice a day. Cut down the intake of sugar, salt in your diet. continue the regime for 2 months. stay in touch. good luvck

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Causticum 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

you might have sprained your feet joints while playing. so you have to give a break for few days apply some muscle relaxant like volini spray or ointment. you have to give rest to the joints otherwise it will be worse.

Taking ointment is not the only solutions, there arte 100's of reasons for shoulder pain. You please describe in detail about the problem, which movements are affected, is it associated with tingling, any activity which aggravates it.

Dear lybrate user as per your description you are having lumbar spondylitis due to disc bulge or disc protrusion. Surgery is the very last option, you have not mention your correct age, I hope it is not 10 yrs. First of all if it is not very severe start doing bhujang - asana, tad-asana, surya- namaskar, if you cannoy do all the steps of surya namskar, you can skip few, as per your body says. Apply medicated oil on your back and do hot fomentation. Your you are having constipation, take 1 spoon of castor oil with milk at night. Consult for proper medication.

You should not depend over medication for spondylitis treatment. Just follow the instructions and exercises advised by your doctor. Avoid modern medicines and follow ayurveda treatment for minimal side effects.

Hello lybrate user Your back pain arises at particular positions as you have mentioned. according to my suggestion you must wear contoured lumbosacral belt while bike riding and in gym you can do cardio program instead of abs crunches, etc. firstly take proper treatment of back pain relief by qualified physio follow by some stretching & relaxing back exercises. once pain relief then do strength improving exercises. secondly you will able to do gym exercises.
