Dear Lybrate user as possible avoid Spicy and Junk food. Over Eating packaged food. Late night sleeping and wakeup late in morning. Excess use of Salt in diet should be causative factor so try to avoid as much possible.

You need to take proper care during this time by including proteins in all the meals like milk, curd, panerr, buttermilk, sprouts, dal, egg, etc. Increase your water intake and give proper rest to your body.

Dear, the height of body depends of many factors, but the main factors are: 1. Family history 2. Diet 3. Age 4. Sex 5. Lifestyle as you are young and your desire of gaining height is strong, there are methods by which you can gain some centimetres of height. 1. The height of body is largely depend on the length of your spine (vertebral column or back bone in general language). So you have to add the exercise of stretching of spine daily in morning. Here are the exercises! * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowly lower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towards toes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Bone growth depends upon the adequate intake of calcium rich diet. So take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Vitamin d play very important role in bone growth. So sit in sun rays for at least 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. 4. The growth and height is controlled by growth hormone which is secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stress free lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. For meditation, listen to slow and spiritual music, take long breaths for 15-20 minutes everyday. It makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

I am gaining weight very fast. Can not control. Previously it was controlled by less eating, bt now I can reduce my weight. Work out is not possible as it makes me tooo tired and it create prb as I am a student. So becoming tired is not possible .so pls suggest me an food chart and daily food list so that my weight can be reduced. I will be highly privileged then.

Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day. Go for 45 minute brisk walk daily

You may be having gastritis or Hyper acidity. Follow the advice given below 1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit, tomato etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat smaller meals and don't overeat. 4.Drink plenty of water. Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee if you are having, 7. Avoid stress 8. take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days. 9. Consult for further advice

Focus on questions from the chapter you are going to read, it will create interest then read it for fifteen minutes, close the book, and recall what you have read. You could not recall all points but dont get upset. Do it persistently reproduce or write down before going to sleep what you have read in that day. It will improve your memory.
