Dear lybrate-user, just pain in body is not a problem. Check for your vitamin and calcium levels in the body. Deficiency of calcium nd vitamins increases weakness due to that you suffer pains. Take vitamins and calcium rich food. According to reports after b12 nd d3 test. Take pills.

Towel Hamstring Stretch Lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds.

5 Physiotherapy Exercises For Gaining Back Strength

You probably spend a whole day working at your office when your back remains in the same position. Then when you come back from work, you complain about your back pain, put some medicine and hope it goes away the next day. However, in such cases there are chances that the pain might return after a few days. You may not be aware of the fact, but there are certain fairly simple exercises you can do to strengthen your back and prevent back pain. Here are some of them.

1.Opposite arm leg raises
Lie on your stomach with one arm in the air as your starting position. Then finish the exercise by slowly lifting your leg. Hold this position for two seconds and then repeat this for the other arm and leg as well.

2. Prone hold
Hold a posture where you are holding your entire body weight on just your toes and your elbows for as long as it is pain-free.

3. Supermans
Lie on your belly with your arms above your head. Slowly lift your arms and legs from this position as far as possible and then put it down again. Repeat this as many times as you can do it in a pain free way. Once again, it is imperative to not do this when it is painful as you may get injured.

4. Side holds
To do this, you have to be on your side putting your entire body weight on the side of your foot and your elbow. Hold it for as long as you can maintain the correct posture and it is pain free for you.

5. Resistance band rotation
Stand straight up or on your knees with your back straight up. Then using a resistance band rotate your body back and forth.

Back pain 1. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi, I have constant pain in my upper body, shoulders, chest, upper back, neck and half portion of head joining neck. The weired thing is this pain keeps moving sometimes shoulder, sometimes chest, neck and all upper body part. It has been a month that I am suffering. I have taken muscles relaxing medicine but it's not only one place which it kind of rotate, very difficult to explain also. What can it be?, Is it gas traveling everywhere? For permanent cure, you should visit to a nearby physiotherapist first. So he/she will be able to assess closely your muscular and posture related issues. For now, do some hot fomentation, sit tall, walk talk tall, for a few days say no to your smart phone and unwanted use of any gadgets, or activities involving too much forward neck bending. Sit on a chair. Lean backwards for seconds, put your both hands behind the head and give a backward stretch, sit in front of mirror and press head agaaint palm in all four directions for 10 seconds each. For any querry feel free to revert back or write in person so that a detailed exercise programme can b explained. Thanx.

Without knowing the history of the patients it is very hard to pick homeo medicine from so many medicine is very difficult. At present he may wear shoes(orthotics) or may go for physiotherapy. If you are interested to go in homeo than call privately with full details of the patient.

may be due to obiesty. ya arthritis changes in knee . due to wrong gait pattern. ya deficiency of vit d levels and calcium levels tk calcium supplements do hot fermentation and calf stretching exercise and avoid long standing keep equal balance on both legs

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) and take it three times in a day for a week. 2. Robinia 30 (4 drops in little water) and take it three times in a day for a week and revert. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. Avoid fried and spicy food. Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet.

Taking medicines without consulting a doctor is not a wise thing to do. Pl do not take such medicines. Drink lots of water. If temperature rises apply ice cold packs on fore head and lower abdomen. Give a sponge. Give 5-6 glasses of fruit juice and one cup og spinach juice every day. Do not give any other food. She should be fine in 4-5 days. In the meantime do consult a doctor if the fever persists.
