I am 25 year old man and I am suffering from knee pain since last 2 year. So pleas help me to get out of this problem.
There are many conditions that can cause knee pain. - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport you need detail assessment with a physiotherapist to find out what causing you this pain. Best wishes.

Your problem can be related to Muscular Spasm.Due to lack of exercise ,your back muscles are weak and whilee in same posture during sleep there is no movement for long, these muscle go into spasm.and hence you feel pain. After some movement these spasmed muscles becomes somebut mobile and hence pain reduces. Homoeopathic medicine RHUS TOX 30 ( Dr Reckeweg) Drink 5 drops in 1 poon fresh water 3 time daily Start doing morning exercises daily for 20-30 minutes.

Check for any buckling if he is experiencing while walking. Check for any swelling. Icepack under compression is aurely a good help. It has to be kept at the site for atleast 20 mins. Use systaflam gel to reduce inflammation. Get an mri done to check the ligament status of knee.

Leg PainIf you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain. Pain in the back while walking and standing Pain in the right legIf you have leg pain please check your body weight and your hemoglobin levels, as Anemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. My suggestion would be to wear MCR Chapels which will help you to prevent the weight falling on the If you have back pain while walking and standing first of all check your weight and your hemoglobin levels, as Anemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. My suggestion would be to wear MCR Chapels which will help you to prevent the weight falling on the back. And also should check whether you have flat foot on the right leg that also might be the reason to have pain in one particular leg Pain in the left side of the leg/thighThe compression of the sciatic nerve should be around the right side that's the reason you have pain in the left side. That's the reason you cannot sit or stand and it is exactly around the L5 vertebrae where the sciatic nerve passes by.

Ankle pain. Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.

Hi doctor my mother suffering from joint pains and knee pains please suggest a better solution for her.
Hello Madam, If your mother have full body joint pain consult orthopaedic physician first then consult physiotherapist. Or only knee pain, consult physiotherapist directly. Following few steps prevent further damage and reduce pain: Apply hot water fermentation or moist heat fermentation 3-4 times daily. Avoid floor sitting. Avoid long time standing, walking. Do the basic breathing exercises regularly. If your mother has a physical stress try to reduce.
