The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency. The fat that you are carrying around was accumulated in years. So how can you expect to lose it in mere days. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: monday/thursday: chest + triceps tuesday/friday: back + biceps wednesday/saturday: legs + shoulders don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

It is indeed sad that your friend spoke lowly about you behind your back. But how do you know that he said exactly what you came to know? Is your source of info trustworthy? Also what made you trust this friend so much? It is not possible to control peoples behaviour. In any relationship, there will be some element of gossip, trust breaking etc. These are very general terms over which people can debate for hours together. However, if you want you can have a word with your friend and understand his reason for doing so. You can observe if he repeats again or do you want to give him another chance at all. These are all choices that you can make. If you feel that he's an important friend, then maybe you can forgive him and give him another chance. Do talk to someone who you can trust and get it out of your system. And don't just think over it again and again, because the hurt will gain more depth and become strong. Let it go slowly and put your mind to other activities.

Pollution is cause in delhi. Change food habites. Add in your daily food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, fruites juices, fruites, dry fruites, green vegitabales, will help you. Massaje brahmi bhringraj taila with finger tips into the rootes of the hairs morning end night. Wash hairs with neem tulsi end honey shsmpoo two times in a week. Take 1 calcium tablet or capsule after dinner with milk for 3 month. Feedback to me. Use cap in summer will also help.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning and evening. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take small and frequent meals.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yogurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week.

Strictly avoid all junks, chillies, oily -spicy food, pickles if you r eating, drink lots of water, juices or daily have fresh fruits. You may chew mulethi. Drink milk+haldi (1 tsf) at night. Saline gargles would also be helpful.
