Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. I am 24 year old male. I am under medication by a psychiatrist. The medicines prescribed by my doctor are as follows 1.Soltus OD 200, 2. Licab XL, 3. Bexol dt, 4. Penridol Despite the medication I still suffer from mental fatigue. Please suggest a solution I was prescribed these drugs after I had suffered from auditory hallucinations. I am taking them from the past 5 months. My mental fatigue problem is from 8 years and no doctor has been able to give a solution. Please help I have been taking this medication since 10 months. I also experienced suspicion and precursory ideas along with auditory hallucination. But now I don’t have any of the above symptoms. Pay close attention to your food choice. ·        Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc as they help in gaining weight and storing fat. ·        While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. ·        Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. ·        Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. ·        Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. ·        Eat plenty of salads. ·        Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. ·        Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. ·        Have an early dinner. The earlier the better, giving your system more time to digest the food. ·        Avoid cold drinks/alcohol as they add empty calories to your diet. ·        Avoid fat enriched milk products like cheese, sweets, full fat cream etc. ·        Drink 3 liters of water in a day. ·        Try to have less sugar in food and beverages. ·        Try to drink 2 cups of green tea in a day as green tea helps in weight loss by aiding digestion. ·        Avoid red meat like mutton, beef, lamb or pork. ·        Eat sprouts or roasted chana, whenever you feel hungry. Exercise daily for at least 30 minutes mention your Thyroid profile and revert.

I had sex with my wife on the 5 th day of periods when she was not bleeding. As I was not using any protection she had to have ipill. Now her date has crossed more than 11 days and she is not getting her periods. Checked the pregnancy test and it was negative. Need to know is it because of the pills or something else is wrong?

Due to some Hormanal problem the periods will be delayed, so need not worry. It will occur with in short duration. Do not worry.

Dear, Causes of loose motion are : * due to eating contaminated food * drinking infected water and also due to unhygienic hands . * due to weak digestion power or metabolism To get rid from this problem : • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds (carom )and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat . •To make your digestion good take 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of jeera (cumin ), 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of dry corriander seeds (dhaniya) , 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of ajwain (carom seeds ) and add some leaves of mint in glass of water and boil it till the water become half in pan. Drink it daily once in a day. * Avoid to drink water from outside when you travel. Also avoid to eat street food like pani puri and fruit chat . * Clean your hands before eating food . • Take pudina (mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day . You can make chutney of it . Mint and corriander has enzymes that improve your digestion .

Dear Lybrate user. In my opinion you are suffering with chronic gastritis and you also have constipation. Firstly you should remove constipation. You drink at least 3 litter fresh water per day and take Trifala powder 3gm with leuke warm milk or water at bed time. Avoid Tea, coffae, spicy, fried and fast food. Take easily digestive vegetarian diet. You should take lunch and dinner in proper time. Dinner time should be at least 3 hour before going to bed ànd if possible you go to 1/2 km after dinner. If you fallows theses points you may recover with your problem.

My daughter aged 14 years is suffering from celiac disease (glutin sensitive). We could detect it only 2 years ago. We are taking ultimate care and now she has started showing improvement in weight and height gain. Gluten sensitivity is life long, so no need to experiment. Stick to gluten free diet forever. Keep on giving her vitamin and mineral supplements as such patients are likely to develop deficiency of these avoid constipation by taking lots of fruits and vegetables drink plenty of water.

Good sleep is necessary for a healthy body and an active mind, hence, following the tips may help you over come the problem of sleeplessness. In your case, it seems to be a sleep onset type of insomnia, in which the patient has difficulty in going for sleep even after lying in bed for quite some time. 1. Dinner should be a lighter meal 2. Maintain a time gap between dinner and going to bed 3. Do not take caffeine containing beverages (tea, coffee) after evenings 4. Do not exercise immediately before going to bed 5. Same time to go to bed for sleep should be fixed for daily 6. Do not engage is activities seeking high mental concentration immediately before going to bed or when in bed. 7. Taking a shower before getting to bed may help 8. Reading a book/novel before sleeping may induce sleep sometimes 9. The sleeping area/ambiance/bed should be comfortable 10. There should be no noise and darkness in bedroom while going for sleep.

Its has chance to grow your height at the age of 20 years if it will grow then very slowly I suggest you some natural remedies 1. Flaxseed powder 1tsp with warm water after lunch and dinner 2. Lakshadi guggul 2 tab twice a day when you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Dear doctor, I am a 49 year old severe gastric patient suffering for the past 25 years. I am a teetotaller and a strict vegetarian with timely meals right from my child hood. I dont smoke or chew tobaco etc. I have tried all sorts of medicines with many doctors but could not cure this till today. I have got frequent belching problem and gasing also. I move bowels once or twice a day. But my gasing is very frequent and smells bad also. I dont have stomach ache but I belche as soon as I get up from my bed in the morning.
