Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. -a physiotherapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and how to do them. --consult a physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your back pain. Yes amla can be taken in diabetes- it's a good vit c source but not the one preserved in sugar/jaggery (amla ka murraba). Major dietary advice for diabetes is to avoid high fat content - so don't take any fried stuff. Take foods with low or moderate glycemic index. Glycemic index of any food item is the speed at which your sugar rises in blood after consuming it.

I used to gym everyday for 2 years from 2014-16. During the course, I reduced my weight by 14 kg (From 82 kg to 78 kg). From March 2016, I became irregular & discontinued. I tried to get back again in 2017, but could not do So, as I felt tired often. Now, I am 80 kg. I walk about 5 km everyday (not regular though). I have a strict control on my diet. But weight is the same. Please advice.

Food plays an important role along with exercise. Exercise alone makes it very difficult to reduce weight. Avoid factory-made foods, reduce man-made foods, increase nature-made foods. Take 30 mins of afternoon sunlight.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. ask me privately for detailed diet plan.

*To control the oily secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive oily secretion on face. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging. Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 minutes.• Drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. Apply rose water on your face daily for 5 minutes.* Take proper sleep of 6 to 7 hrs daily.• Use a face pack of fuller 's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. *You can apply cucumber juice or mixed with curd for 5 minutes and rinse with water.

1.First of all try to enjoy or find enjoymnt in what you are doing because if we dont enjoy our work we will find excuses and moreover we will exhaut early. 2.Daily morning 15 minutes each ALOM VILOM PRANAYAAM and KAPAL BHATI PRANAYAM 3.Eat healthy and avoid fried,junk and oily food,avoid overeating 4.Always usestairs rather than lift 5.Try to help your parent in house work 6,Be attentive,alert and focused in what you are doing.Mean avoid day dreaming 7.Drink lots of water and 2 glass milk daily. 8.Always work with your target and motive towards your aim.Dream of your aim rather than beyond your aim 9.Set up small goals in your life and achieve these one by one while moving towards your aim. 10.always keep in your mind that life is very harsh and you have to nitch a name for yourself otherwise you will be lot in thi harsh world like most of other. 11..Always keep the above 10 points in your mind which will help you to remain focused and once focused ,you will automatically gain stamina aand power to do work.
