Hi, lybrate-user You are gaining weight due to hormonal and metabolic imbalance in body. Hormonal imbalance can be treated with right food and supplement. Hi Priyanga There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5kg in just 15days. This plan can be done by you easily. For Breakfast you take 150g curd, 30g Lipolyzer powder, 10g milk cream, 25g roasted flax seed, 100g any fruit, mix them all together in a bowl. Lunch – 2 Chapatti made with Nutroactive Brown Atta, 150g cooked vegetables, 150g green salads like cucumber and tomato. Dinner – 200g any cooked vegetable or vegetable soup only. Follow this diet plan exactly as said; you will surely lose few kilos immediately. .

Hi lybrate-user Please give her Sepia 30 daily once for six pills every day Ask to her take high fibre foods so that she will have easy bowel movement as more straining of bowels causes her uterus to prolapse, high fibre food also helps her lose belly fat, exercises called Kegel exercises you can get them online and she can practice them as they strengthen the pelvic floor muscles She should avoid lifting weights and try to do walking to lose weight.

Exercise regularly with a high protein, low fat diet to lose belly fat and gain muscle mass. Restrict carbohydrates to complex ones only which are rich in fibre and fill you up with lesser calories. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables) which are not processed. Eat small and at frequent intervals. Have plenty of water and sleep well. Take care of the posture while studying or working on the laptop or mobile. Sir, you need to lose around 7- 8 kg weight. Walk alone will not help in losing weight. We can plan a customized diet plan for you based on your food preferences, lifestyle, blood group. Few general tips to lose weight include: Reduce intake of carbohydrates (rice, roti, bread) and fat (ghee, butter, oil). Avoid sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Have a high protein (milk, paneer, curd, soybean, pulses, sprouts, kala chana) and high fiber diet (fruits, vegetables). Have a light and early dinner (by 8: 00 pm). Have 5 -6 small and frequent meals instead of only 3 main heavy meals. For daily diet plan and to lose 3-5 kg in a month, consult our dietician on a private chat on Lybrate.

lybrate-user start eating low fat low carb diet with high fibre, say strict no no to fried things, sweet things and readymade items. Do regular exercise or any physical activity at least for 1 hr, keep proper hydration and proper sleep to maintain yourself stress free and made your systems perfect.
