Hi apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

I am a 28 year old unmarried boy I am doing masturbation almost daily since last 11 year. I want to know whether it is safe or not? I read that having to much masturbation is harmful but I never get to know that what is too much. What is the limit of masturbation beyond which it is harmful? Masturbation twice per week is healthy excess leads to side effects. Some of the after- effects of masturbation are: a. The nervous system is affected the most. B. Hello lybrate-user, sensitivity is sharp, shooting type of sensation in teeth on contact of extremely cold or hot food which usually lasts for a few seconds and disappears completely after that and re-occurs again on such stimulus. Treatment plan for sensitive teeth goes as follows: 1. You can use any commercially available desensitizing toothpastes such as colgate sensitive or sensodyne as first line of treatment. If it reduces your sensitivity substantially you can continue brushing with toothpaste in long run to avoid further sensitivity. 2. If you don't get any relief from desensitizing toothpastes it indicates a more severe problem which will need further treatment like layering/coating the damaged tooth surface or filling of the tooth if there is big cavity or root canal treatment in extreme cases getting proper treatment leads to permanent relief in sensitivity problem.

It's very common thing. Nothing to worry regarding this. It's just you are habituated for sleep. Try doing some alternative routine things like learning music and playing games whichever you are comfortable. Have good diet first.

Hye. Thanks for the query. It is very possible that you are not eating the right foods at the right time. With PROS you must understand that if the right nutrients don't go in, you further disturb the hormonal balance leading to further deposition of fat. Usually post pregnancy weight and fat gain is due to poor nutrition, over stress and lack of physical activity. Mind you running around the child is not physical activity but a stress to the body in absence of the right nutrition. Liposuction is just a short cut and last resort for a person whose fat accumulation becomes life threatening. Also it's going to last only as long as you take care. If you still don't manage a healthy lifestyle you will gain back again. You have to decide with your doctor whether it's a required option. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice,  half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

This guilt is a sign that your conscience does not really permit it and it makes you feel guilty for having indulged in it. It is good that you have a good conscience but to keep doing something that your conscience does not approve of is unnecessarily troubling yourself. You need to be careful because porn may provide great sexual entertainment but it also stokes the desire, which will then lead to desire-fulfillment and that will lead to impulses. It actually objectifies sex to levels that makes you lose respect for it. Besides, the whole thing is dramatized to such crazy levels of performance (that is why it sells too) that you are made to feel grossly inadequate. It is really far from the reality, and these are exceptional actors, with some exceptional endowments and actions that you may even look at yourself as grossly inadequate and with disdain. After you have been stimulated you are left hungry in your groin to want to fulfill your desires, and if not met soon, leaves you with that raving libido, and it can goad you to do something inappropriate. In essence it spoils a very beautiful thing and reduces it to mere physical impulses. After some time you get disgusted when you have had too much of it; whereas natural sex will never cause that affect at all. If you have so much of sexual energy you can channelize it into activities, sports, games, and hobbies. You need to distract yourself when the drive is very strong in you, which may be so if your levels of testosterone are very high too. You need to socialize with members of the opposite sex and enjoy their company to experience the different aspects of a woman and to also feel the different aspects of sex and not get frozen in the carnal part of it alone. Sex has five different dimensions to it: there is the physical aspect, the emotional aspect, the intellectual aspect, the social aspect and finally there is the spiritual aspect. The latter may surprise you but this is where respect and regard for women and their bodies will come up to help treat them with value. If you cultivate these dimensions of sex I am sure you will perceive sex differently and with a lot of respect. Eventually when you are into a serious relationship with a woman, you will truly enjoy the whole concept of romance and being and falling in love with the real thing: That my friend will be a different ball-game. Do not play with a poor replica of sex, and shy away from the real person and thing, which are so wholesome. Night time might be more tempting because of the privacy and of being alone. I suggest that you make it a habit to go to your room only when you are really very sleepy, and crash into bed at once.

Hello ma'am. If before the stroke he was fine. The vision problem can also be due to the brain problem he is having. Strike must be due to some problem with blood supply to brain hence is suggested carotid doppler. Do proceed with it. It also will help to prevent or know if he may have any more stroke in future and also cause of it.
