There is no problem with this. But if it is irritating or disturbing you from sleep then try to keep a pillow side to you and put it in between both of your hands and hold it tightly before going to sleep. Then also if you observe after you raise that tyour hands are moving away cobsult a psychiatrist and share your thoughts.

I am over weight and I want to reduce my weight but without any medicine used please advise me very fast now.

I am over weight and I want to reduce my weight but without any medicine used please advise me very fast now.
Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals.     Reduce your main meals by 1/4th  the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

Dear You should note that acne should be given at most care as if not properly treated they’ll leave life long scars which are difficult to remove and would require lengthy treatments. Regarding your problem you may note that treatment of acne should include both external application and internal remedy specific to your individual constitution. The few obvious causes for acne are: Increased production of the sex hormones. Androgen stimulates increased sebum production. An aerobic proliferation within the follicles. Intense acute inflammatory response. Continuous touching and squeezing. Hot and humid weather. Use of wrong cosmetics. DO NOT use any products without a patch test as they could with your skin and worsen the problem. A comprehensive judicious program is required to get rid of acne and its scars. Treatment for Acne should aim at: Reducing the bacterial population of hair follicle. Encouraging the shedding of the follicular horny plugs to free obstruction. Reducing the rate of sebum production either by acting on the sebaceous glands or indirectly by inhibiting the effect of androgen on sebaceous glands. Usage of anti-inflammatory agents to reduce the effect of acne inflammation on the skin. Also keep in mind that any malady expressed outside on your skin is a result of some internal derangement you might be facing. You a€™ll require a holistic treatment which has no side effects to get a complete and permanent cure. You can view my T.V Programs on youtube related to Acne/ Pimples. Trust this serves your introductory purpose. Please feel free to contact me.

Squirting In Indian Women - How Can You Induce It?

Squirting In Indian Women - How Can You Induce It?

Do Indian women Squirt !! How to Induce squirting? The simple answer –Yes!

Achieving an orgasm is the pinnacle of sexual intercourse. This is marked by the ejaculation of semen for men, but not all women ejaculate while orgasming. However, it is possible to make a woman ejaculate or squirt. The trick here is stimulating a woman’s G-spot on the anterior walls of the vagina.

Stimulating the G-spot while having intercourse may be a little difficult, and if you really want to give a woman an orgasm worth remembering, a little foreplay goes a long way. It is important for the woman to be completely relaxed in order to allow herself to let go and ejaculate. It could also be a good idea to use the restroom so that she is not worried about urinating while squirting.

By inserting your middle and index finger with our palm side up, you should be able to feel the G-spot two to three inches inside the vagina. The G-spot typically has a ridged, bumpy texture and feels rougher than the surrounding area. This spot is usually more easily accessible when the woman is already sexually aroused.

You could also use water based lubricants on your fingers to prevent any possible friction. Flex your knuckles open and shut to stimulate this spot. Through all of this, do not put any pressure on the woman to ejaculate and don’t be in a hurry. Creating a fantasy or experimenting with movement and varying levels of pressure can make the experience more pleasurable. Simultaneously, you could use your other hand to caress and stimulate other erogenous zones. However, when she begins to squirt, maintain a steady rhythm. While men can ejaculate very easily, it may take a lot of patience and perseverance to make a woman squirt. Even then, not every woman will squirt and hence do not try and force it.

Natural herbs can also help intensify a woman’s orgasm and trigger squirting. This is because they increase blood flow and sensations in the genital area and ease tensions. Some well-known herbs that may be used as aphrodisiacs include the Yohimbe bark, damiana, maca, oat straw and horny goat weed. The easiest way to benefit from these herbs is to drink a tea made by steeping them in hot water. Increasing the intake of foods such as spinach, olive oil, fish, garlic, nuts and chocolate can also increase a woman’s libido and help her achieve an orgasm. In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!
