Hi , you have not given full details, let me know- 1. Since how long you have this problem? 2. Do you have dry skin? 3. Do you have dandruff? 4. Have you history of any serious illness. 5. Do you have anaemia? can be checked from report of blood test. 6. Hello Mr. lybrate-user kumar WEIGHT LOSS DIET Things to be followed 1.No salt intake after 7: 30 am 2.No aerated drinks. Even Liquor too. 3.Restrict mango and banana. 4.Restrict potato and rice. 5.No artificial juices. 6.Half an hour aerobic exercise daily. Joining a gym for workout will be a better option. 7.20 mins of breathing exercise (pranayam). 8.Avoid Rajmah, Channa, Peas, Mushroom, Gobi, Pumpkin, Leafy vegetables, Capsicum, Paneer, Cheese, Curd, Non Veg, Maida related items (like Bread, bun, pizza, burger etc), Deep fried and spicy food, Sweets, Sugar, carbohydrate rich fruits like apple, Sapota, Banana etc. 9.Avoid rice intake in the morning and strictly in the night. 10.Avoid intake of refrigerated food in the morning, prepared previous night. 11.Intake of food should be on time without skipping even a single meal. 12.Maintain min two hours of gap between dinner intake and sleep. 13.Consume minimum eight glasses of water a day. 14.“Early to bed and early to raise” should be strictly followed. Sleeping Late night should be strictly avoided. 15.Have fruits only in the noon time. Avoid fruits consumption in the night (occasionally can be taken before dinner). 16.Stop intake of milk during bed time. 17.Bathing should be before food intake only. 18.Tea, milk intake should be twice a day preferably morning and evening. Coffee intake should be strictly avoided. DIET PLAN FOR Week 1 6: 30 am (as soon as you wake up) – 2 glasses of methi seeds water (soak 1tsp of methi seeds in 2 glasses of water. Strain out the methi seeds and drink the water. Helps a lot in water retention and bloating) 7: 30 am – ginger tea/ green tea. 9: 00 am – One bowl Papaya or 200 ml Mongdal gruel with little jaggery. 11: 30 am – four cucumber slices/raw raddish 1: 30 pm – A small plate of salad before starting the meal. The fibers in the salad fills you up which in turn prevents false hunger that makes you overeat. 1dry chapati with 1 bowl of dal, with one bowl rice, rasam, 1 glass buttermilk. 5: 00 pm – 1cup of milk or tea with 2 biscuits (just marie, no other biscuits) 8: 30 pm –A small plate of salad before starting the meal. 2 or 3 dry chapati with vegetable curry or dal. When this week ends, you can see reduction in weight up to 1.8 kilos. U lose the max in this week because you lose all the water weight and the bloating as well. The further weeks you are surely going to lose weight but it won’t be this much. Week 2 6: 30 am (as soon as you wake up) – 2 glasses of tulsi leave water (soak 5 tulsi leaves in 2 glasses of water. Strain out the leaves and drink the water.) 7: 30 am – ginger tea/ green tea. 9: 00 am – 1 bowl of veg salad or Semi liquid gruel (lightly salted and flavored with pepper, Jeera, Ginger, Garlic, coriander, pudina) prepared out of broken barley. 11: 30 am – Small bowl papaya without peeling skin. 1: 30 pm – A small plate of salad before starting the meal. 1dry chappati with 1 bowl of dal, with one bowl rice, rasam, 1 glass buttermilk. Or Only 3 dry Chappatis with veg curry and 1 glass buttermilk. 5: 00 pm – 1cup of Coffee/milk/ tea with 2 marie biscuits only. 8: 30 pm –A small plate of salad before starting the meal. 2 or 3 dry chappati with vegetable curry or dal, 1 cup ginger flavored buttermilk. This week you can lose up to 0.9 kgs Week 3 6: 30 am – 10 ml of Karela, amla juice with 1 glass of luke warm water. 7: 30 am – ginger tea/ green tea. 9: 00 am – salted and flavoured Green gram gruel or Rava gruel semi liquid consistency 200 ml. 11: 30 am – four cucumber slices. 1: 30 pm –one bowl allowed veg or fruit salad, 2 chappati and vegetable dal. 5: 00 pm – 1cup of milk/ ginger tea, green tea or 1bowl popcorn (air popped popcorns without the butter) 8: 30 pm –1 bowl broken wheat with rasam or dal, 1 cup buttermilk. Week 4 6: 30 am – Triphala ras 10 ml with 1 glass warm water. 7: 30 am – ginger tea/ green tea. 9: 00 am – 1 glass Broken wheat gruel 11: 30 am – one bowl veg salad. 1: 30 pm – 1 bowl broken wheat with rasam, 1 cup buttermilk. 5: 00 pm – 1cup of milk/ ginger tea/ green tea 8: 30 pm – 2 dry chappati with 1 bowl vegetable or Dalia kichdi, and 1 cup buttermilk. By the end of the month you will definitely be losing 2-4 kgs Repeat the same diet for 4 months.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.

Do good aerobic exercise every day have breath control sessions with deep breathing and breath holding practice. When in sex, think of sex only and use full manly force to pump inside with each stroke slow but deep giving soothing feel to both. Start taking shatawari, shankhapushpi, shilajit with milk. Eat dry fruits and all vegetables. Keep watch on weight. Obesity is number one enemy of sex. Remain fit and happy. Your sex power is directly proportional to your general wellbeing.

If you are less then 21 years then take this treatment:- Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. If your able to walk do 30 mins of brisk walking daily. Inculcalate yoga in your daily exercises. Stop smoking, chewing tobbaco, alcohal cosumption if any. Modify your diet eat lots of salads and green vegies. Cut on mutton you can have fish. Have sprouts. Cut on oil and spices. Monitor your bp regularly.

These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. • Do long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. •Try to sleep early at night. Do not think during sleep. Do exercise and long walk daily. • Avoid to take sleeping pills because these are habit forming drugs and these drugs disturb your normal sleep pattern. • Take a bowl of curd daily in afternoon and one glass of milk at night daily.

Masturbations is harmless and safe .Here are some key points about the average penis size. While 85% of women were satisfied with the size and proportion of their partner's penis men were less sure of themselves.1  45% of men believe they have a small penis.  It has been concluded that flaccid lengths range around 7 to 10 centimetres (2.8-3.9 inches).  Flaccid circumferences range around 9 to 10 centimetres (3.5 to 3.9 inches).  Erect lengths range around 12 to 16 centimetres (4.7 to 6.3 inches).  Erect circumference is around 12 centimetres (4.7 inches).  A higher BMI and older age appear to be weakly associated with a shorter erect penis length.  Male concern about whether penile size lives up to the desires of females seems to be Largely misplaced.. One study suggested that while the majority of women, some 85%, were satisfied with the size and proportion of their partner's penis, men were less sure of themselves.1 Almost half of men in the study (45%) believed they had a small penis - yet the researchers reported that small penis size was actually rare. The average penis size to be as follows: Average length for an erect penis is 14.2 cm (5.6 inches) Average circumference of an erect penis is 12.2 cm (4.8 inches). Men who want surgery to increase the length of their penis should try non-invasive methods like penile traction devices or extenders first, and in some cases, even try therapy to make them feel more confident about their bodies. Some general research has been done regarding the safety and efficacy (or lack thereof) of the ingredients of various pharmaceutical or quasi-pharmaceutical preparations, but thus far, nothing has emerged to cause mainstream medicine to adopt any of them. There are also risks inherent in some of the more invasive procedures, with negative outcomes ranging from the tearing of skin and scarring, to permanent loss of sexual function.

Pain during menstruation is called as dysmenorrhoea. If you r suffering from this since long time and if it is not controlled by meftal spas and if you have to stay at home during menses because of pain, then you should get sonography done to find out the cause. It could be ovarian cyst or endometriosis or fibroid also.
