I am suffering from stool problems couple of years now in morning I am went to washroom when I wake up stool become solid but when I am come out from washroom I get pain in stomach then within half and hour I am going toilet again and stool become tarry I am facing Loose motion also 5 months ago I'm face blood loose motion from tht day to today I face lot of problem in stomach my report also suggest pus cells in stool and my one and half year ago I did stool culture also that time +++ with pus cell I am having mild Antral gastritis also I am scared now should I have big problem in stomach.

As you said you have been diagnosed as the case of antral gastritis which means you are already suffering from acid peptic disorder which gives you erosive gastritis in the stomach. These minor erosions sometimes bleed and may present as Tarry Black stools, also it is always associated with increased transit time of the colon which presents like altered constipation and loose motions. Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Size of penis never matters in a sexual intercourse. Love and passion matters and determines the sexual pleasure. Average size of erect penis is 5 inches. But even a two inch erect penis can satisfy any woman across the world just because, woman sexual nerve endings which is the reason for pleasure for women, are available only up to two inches from the opening of vagina. Hello, first of all you shd confirm about th pregnancy by urine test as your periods r missing n over by 11 dayzz. Thereafter you need to do any sort of medications. Rather you shd consult a gynaecologist near by.

The amniotic fluid is very low.Labour induction may be advised.Since 36 th week is running now the baby will be mature.Or the doctor may advise you to get admitted and monitor the baby s heart beat and other things continuously and any time if she feels the baby is at risk either induction of labour or Caesarian will be advised as the situation warrants.

Hi here are some changes to make to improve your eating habits: - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Start taking Aloevera juice daily two times empty stomach with water. Drink plenty of water daily atleast 2 L. Do shoulder rotation exercises clock wise and anti clockwise. Do practise SUKSHAM VYAAM. Its a type of yoga specially recommended for loosing fat from shoulders. Do oil message with TIL tail followed by fomentation to reduce pain to much extent.

Ejaculation of the semen with minimal sexual stimulation, or before the man and his partner wish, is known as premature ejaculation. If this happens frequently, it can cause distress and problems in the relationship. Causes The cause of PE could be temporary depression, stress, anxiety, a history of sexual repression, or a lack of emotional bonding between the partners. Physical disease can also be the reason, such as a swollen prostate gland (prostatitis), diabetes, sexually transmitted diseases, or cardiovascular disease. Ayurveda compares Shukra dhatu (semen) to purified butter. Just as purified butter melts in the presence of heat, semen loses its consistency when there is Pitta (fire) aggravation in the body. Aggravated Pitta travels into the channels carrying semen, causing semen to decrease in consistency, and thus it gets ejaculated before sufficient erection. Biological and psychological factors can also play a role in causing premature ejaculation. Symptoms Ejaculation before penetration Ayurvedic View According to Ayurvedic perspective, premature ejaculation is caused by aggravation of Vata (air) and Pitta Dosha at the commencement of physical mating. These doshas can be aggravated by anxiety or nervousness before the sexual act. Vata is characterized by its qualities of quickness and heightened sensitivity to the sense of touch. This gives a predisposition towards quicker ejaculation. Pitta plays a role in thinning of the semen, thereby supporting its early ejaculation. Secondly, these aggravated doshas cause hyperactivity of muscles in the male organ, thus increasing sensitivity to vibration and hence leading to early ejaculation. Ayurvedic treatment of premature ejaculation is aimed at keeping the Vata and Pitta in balance by eating a balanced diet. Problems of stress and anxiety during sexual intercourse can be effectively dealt with rejuvenating herbs, yoga, meditation and counseling. Diet & Lifestyle Advice Avoid intake of pitta-aggravating foods like hot, penetrating, or excessively salty and spicy foods, as well as chilies, garlic, pickles, fermented and preserved foods. Increase intake of foods that are sweet and have a cooling effect on the body, like milk, butter, purified butter, almonds, raisins, black gram, licorice and asparagus.

Hi lybrate-user never take extra supplements vegetarian diet tips for muscle gain rotis: rotis are one of the best food's for bodybuilding. Rotis are made from wholegrains that are complex carbohydrates and supply us with energy and fibre. Some households mix different wholegrains to get the benefits of calcium and other minerals. Potatoes: potatoes that are prepared with less oil or baked provide us with carbohydrates without the unnecessary calories. Potatoes also contain potassium, which prevents muscle cramps. Brown rice: it is a rich source of complex carbohydrates that energises us during weight training. Brown rice also contains iron, calcium and fibre that are necessary for building bones and cell growth. Bananas: this fruit is not fattening and the best vegetarian'snack' for building muscles. Bananas are also a rich source of potassium, which is good for sore muscles. Paneer: is a great post workout snack. So consume paneer as this will help in the recovery of muscles and promote muscle growth. Paneer also contains calcium and vitamin a. They also contain carbohydrates, protein and fibre in varying amounts. Coconut oil: this oil helps burn fats, so it is a great oil to cook with. Olive oil: it is monounsaturated oil that lowers bad cholesterol or ldl. Muscle building with protein beans: there are several types of beans and they roughly provide carbohydrates, proteins, potassium, fibre, calcium, vitamin b and manganese. Tofu: tofu is a by-product of soybean and it has high levels of calcium and iron. But this muscle building ingredient also contains potassium, protein and manganese. Broccoli and spinach: this vegetable is a superfoods with several health benefits. It contains protein, calcium, vitamin c and vitamin b.

Dark circles can be temporary (means happens after any recent or chronic diseases or underlying medical condition, allergies, sinus infections and nasal congestions, lower eyelid laxity, fluid retention, hormonal imbalances, hyperpigmentation, aging, sun-exposure, insufficient sleep, worm-infestation, nutritional deificiency, working long hrs. on computer, lack of rest, stress/ tension, etc.) which can be improved by fixing the underlying cause or the problem or can be inherited from your parent's genes which can't be treated or cured! Management: Eat healthy and on time. Avoid junk. Drink plenty of water (as dehydration can cause dull or patchy skin). Sleep well. Wear anti-glare spectacles while working on computer. Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. You should do belly exercise. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Don't use rice at night. Avoid junk food. Drink more water in a day. Take small and frequent meals.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. Inform after 10 days for further guidance.
