If you use internet and porn addiction a way to cope with your emotions, there are more productive ways to cope. If you use pornography because you are shy interacting with individuals you are romantically interested in, consider building your social skills. Perhaps you deal with anger or frustration through internet and porn. Find ways to address these areas of your life that don’t include pornography. Learn healthy ways to Control Anger and Cope With Frustration Consider engaging in healthy daily activities, such as physical activity or sports, meditation, relaxation, yoga, deep breathing. Check your browser preferences and change the settings. Some browsers offer extensions to help you avoid certain websites, which will block a website entirely. Play around with the settings until you can have your browser safeguard you from engaging in any behavior you are trying to avoid. It is generally looked down upon to consume pornography in public settings. Use this to your advantage and determine to safeguard yourself from temptation by only using your computer in public locations. When using the internet, use it only in places where other people can see you. Go to a coffee shop or library, or set up your computer in your living room and not your bedroom. The goal is to avoid complete privacy as a way to detract from the impulse to consume porn. Sometimes, your environment may be what is leading you to unhealthy relationship with pornography. Hello Mr. Lybrate-user, first of all I would like to tell you don't be disappointed, there are so many people who are living with diabetes life long but it is under controlled with the help of medicine & diet planning. Had you done your hba1c? it should be in the range of 6-6.5% for good control of diabetes. There are some dietary changes that will help you. Take small & frequent meal. Take more & more green leafy vegetables. Avoid simple sugar & simple carbs in your diet. Avoid table salt in meal. Do not take chips, papad, pickel or any other salty products. Avoid oily/ fried / outside food. Take whole wheat products or fiber rich diet like daliya/ oats/ multigrain flour etc. Do regular walk/ exercise/ swimming/ jogging whatever you like atleast for 30 minutes. Take a consultation with the dietician. One most important thing regarding your kidney & liver, discuss with your treating doctor for lft (liver function test) & kft (kidney function test) test. I think you should go through complete annual/ half yearly health check-up.

Dear Lybrate user. Please don’t panic. You must understand erectile dysfunction. There is nothing called erectile dysfunction while having masturbation. Loosing erection in the initial stages of sex or not having erection at all or having late erection or lack of sexual desire are called erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction can be a sign of a physical or psychological condition. It can cause stress, relationship strain, and low self-confidence. The main symptom is a man's inability to get or keep an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse. Patients suffering from erectile dysfunction should first be evaluated for any underlying physical and psychological conditions. If treatment of the underlying conditions doesn't help, medications and assistive devices, such as pumps, can be prescribed. Yoga, meditation and diet could be prescribed once we know the basic reasons for it. Two natural treatments for ED that have shown promise are red ginseng and pomegranate juice. After came back from college (12-7: 45) I always feel like no energy in my self. What to do?

Hi, get your blood tested for cbc, hb%, s. Calcium, s. Ferritin and esr. Simple nutritional deficiency can cause general weakness of the body. Would advise you to take homoeopathic medicines - alfaalfa tonic and five phos. - both thrice daily, and let me know about your condition after a month. Management: daily intake more of healthy, nutritious and balanced food which includes green vegetables, seasonal fruits, salads, legumes, pulses, eggs, milk & milk products, oats, cornflakes, muesli, nuts, lean meat (chicken & few seafood), etc. Keep yourself well-hydrated by taking at least 10-12 glasses of water in a day, also increase intake of other fluids like coconut water, shikanji, jaljeera, gulkand, rooh-afza, lassi, curd, etc. Which has got cooling effect on the body during this hot summer weather. Thyroid part is ok, meet endocrinologist for same as advised by him when started treatment, If treatment was not started by him then meet now. Triple marker test gives statistical chance (meaning more or less than expected at your age, not definite answer of yes or no) for 3 specific abnormalities of foetus Depending on your age any abnormality history or any abnormal finding in Ultra it beomes more important otherwise just one screening test.
