Dear Ranjith , at your age we are all generally sensitive and find it difficult to take jokes. But we need to understand a couple of things - we feel bad only either we know that what our friends are saying is right - and we have been trying hard to hide our shortcomings , which our friend has pointed out- in such a case work on your shortcoming and thank your friend to be a true one. But many times our friends are trying to have a good time at our expense, question yourself - Do I real need such friends? Secondly, are they some authority in certifying others? The more you react to such jokes , the more fun they derive from teasing you, so start ignoring or begin to be part of it - once you stop reacting , their enjoyment would be over & then they will stop teasing. If the jokes are to do with your height or weight - raise your height by achieving something extraordinary - so that they look up to you, reduce your weight to look fit and agile.

How to improve concentration power.

Stress can foil memory and concentration. The distraction it leads to will not allow focus on a particular topic or subject. So locate the stressor and deal with it soon to recover good memory. It will be easier to work with a counselor on the emotions that are causing the stress. Although concentration is different to memory, they can affect each other. In the meantime do some of the following: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night?s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, broccoli, blueberries, fish, coconut oil, wheat sprouts, tomatoes, sunflower seeds, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling.

I noticed a white spot of one centimeter diameter on the left side of my breast i.e little below my underarm. And inside it there is another spot smaller than that i.e about 1 milli meter radius. The smaller spot is fully white and the bigger spot is also white but little pale as compared to the smaller one. Is seems a discoloration of the cells. What is the reason? Is it a symptom of Vitiligo? I'm very much afraid. Please help me.

This discloration is likely a fungal infection. Due to sweating or humidity fungus produce such type of spots, so you keep that part dry and it will go in few days. If not consult physically a dermatologist nearby.

I am 22 years old and my body weight is 63 to 65 kgs. I had an accident 2 years ago and I got fractured on my left leg (fumer and tibia) and had an surgery with stainless steel plate. Due to this accident my knee's ligament (ACL and PCL) has been injured, and due to ligament surgery I have to remove my plate. I want to do this surgery after my graduation (2 years remaining). So my question is how long I keep this stainless steel plate inside my leg? And is it OK if I'll keep stainless steel plate inside my leg for 4 to 5 yrs?

You can keep the plate for as much time you want but the problem is you have instability in your knee due to ACL/PCL injury and if you don't get the reconstructive surgery done then your whole knee will be spoiled latet.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Dear follow these tips to lightens and remove the pimples marks -. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark.
