To begin with, do not pick your bump or flat white spots on your lips. Always resist the urge to do so as this will increase the chances of getting an infection. Rinse your lip with warm salty water (about a half a teaspoon of salt added to a cup of warm water). Swish the mixture in your mouth before spitting it out. Book an appointment with your doctor if the spots bleed, cause neck and jaw swelling, make your tongue numb, you have trouble swallowing, you have fever, sore throat or you feel like something is caught on your throat.

For your nasal blockage you need to visit an ent specialist to first find the cause - this could be a nasal septal deviation, a turbinate enlargement, nasal polyps etc. Once diagnosed, the appropriate treatment can be started. It is dangerous to use decongestants nasal drops without medical supervision. Regards

I had some allerGY couple of days back and taken which has resulted in swelling in lips, checks and under eye. After I had take laveta the swelling had gone but I still notice some swelling in one side of my checks no usual sense or pain noticed. I am 52 years, my BP last checked was 85/132, LDL and HDL are with in the limits. TSL was shown as 8.0 .Kindly advise.

You have to be vigilant and look for any allergic cpmlaints in the future. Exercise and diet play a major role in being healthy. Go for regular health check up (along with annual ECG and other tests) and maintain an ideal weight. Its better to adapt a healthy life styles and be fit and healthy. So invest at least 1 hour everyday in fitness. Include Yoga as it safe and yet very effective and relaxing.

These are the methods to treat pimples - •Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTSHODHAK syrup of BAIDYANATH company once a day after meals Be healthy.

Hi, Always be happy and make others a part of this happiness too! Include healthy, nutritious food, doing daily yoga or some kind of exercises. All these automatically reflects glow on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. Lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon, orange, gooseberry, etc. Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, can notaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce). If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes And then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this 2-3 times a day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective.

Dear Meer, Please dont be mad and stop using such cosmetics, you are imjuring your skin. Three causes are there for acne -Stress -Loss of sleep -Hormonal changes First two are easily restored by urself but hormonal imbalance can be restored by healthy diet, plenty of fluids, water, some yogas will be helpful. Wash your face twice Drink lot of water Maintain stool habbit STOP USING DIFFERENT CHEMICALS. If above does not help then you should try homeopthic medicine which have no side effects.Consult me for medicine.

To reduce weight change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, fast, spacy, junck foods. Take simpale veg home made food with salad. In lunch take 3 chapati green vegitabale, one katory dal. End evening cup of less sugar tea with mairry gold 3 biscuties. Avoid tea in office take less sugar tea once only. Stop all types of liquied sweets, tea, coffi cold drinks fruite juices. Take fruites some times. Do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking morning or evening as per your times. In office after 2 hours gets up walk in office few minuties than start work again. In night take dinner with 2 chapti end vegitabale with salad. You mention that taking only lunch in night also take end go for walkig slowly 1 to 2 km daily.

Treat Lower Back Pain With Ayurveda

Lower back pain is characterized by a constant feeling of pain in the lower back region. There are various Ayurvedic remedies that are used in treating lower back pain. Ayurveda is based on the belief that the body is composed of five elements; air, water, ether, fire and earth. The Ayurvedic remedies help in balancing the various constituents, thus reducing the pain.

The various Ayurvedic remedies for lower back pain are:

  1. Limit intake of spices: Various spices, especially the pungent ones, such as chilies tend to have a drying effect on the body. Excessive dryness in the body leads to an imbalance of the 'doshas', thus resulting in pain.
  2. Stay warm: It is recommended to stay warm in cold weather as the joints in the lower back region may be inflamed due to the cold.
  3. Focus on a proper Diet: Make sure the foods you consume are warm as cold foods can create imbalances in the body. Eating warm foods allows for proper excretion of bodily wastes. Also include natural foods such as vegetables and fruits in your diet.
  4. Avoid junk food: It is advised to avoid junk food at all costs; eating processed foods leads to toxin accumulation in the body that result in various complications. Thus, try and eat whole foods such as rice, nuts and legumes.
  5. Oil massage: Oiling your body with sesame oil helps in preventing dryness of the body and also enhances blood circulation. It also improves the health of the skin; making it young, supple and fresh.
  6. Exercise regularly: Exercise on a regular basis to keep your muscles and joints healthy. Postures such as the plank and the bridge help in strengthening various muscles of the lower back. The 'Cat cow' is another position that helps in relaxing the nerves of the back.
  7. Pranayama: Alternate nostril breathing techniques help in reducing aches in the body. It also revitalizes and increases energy levels in the body. Try and get into the habit of breathing from deep within the stomach in order to avail of the benefits of pranayama.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.
