Hello, Just by increasing proteins in diet will not give you desired results. You need to weigh your carbohydrates, proteins and fat in the right proportions. No medicines, supplements will give you results. Just a correction in lifestyle and food is all what you need. Include nuts, dairy, chicken, fish, eggs, green leafy veggies, yogurts in the diet. Though on weight gain, add little sugar and salt in the diet. You need to do muscle strengthening exercise and be more active.

Sorry to reply you so late. Let me know your age and marital status for how many days your milk is coming .is it for first time. You get done one blood investigation called serum prolactin level only if it happens for next month too. Nothing to worry much. Continue your pexep and zupion medicines.

Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Hi What are some natural ways to increase mass? I go to gym regularly (since 5 months) and I want to increase my muscle mass without the problems of any long term side effects? I am 23 and I am serious about my diet. I do not take any kind of alcohol or energy drinks considering their i'll side effects. Give me some diet suggestions so that I will make those changes in my diet permanently for good muscle mass. I promise I never miss my workout daily at the gym.

Dear, consume balanced diet with more protein rich foods to build muscles. Since you want to build muscles, the amount of protein you have to take is 1 to 1. 25 gm protein / kg of ideal weight. You can include sprouts, milk & milk products also in your diet. Take the milk in a bowl. Dip the cotton ball in the milk then rub the cotton ball on the dark spot area. Do it in a circular motion. Daily do it for 5 minutes. Do it until you get the desired results. The lactic acid in the milk exfoliates the skin and clears the facial skin pores and lightens the dark spots.

Hi, please follow these tips: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetabes, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Take 1tsf of isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. 9. Apply pilex ointment before and after passing stools. 10. Take tab arshonyt 1-1-1 for about a month and inform. 11. Do sitz bath twice daily.
