Sir I want to conceive but my period occurs 4 to 5 days lately every month. What should I do. Can you please suggest me.
Pregnancy can occur only one day of cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by Gynecologist or infertility specialist.

Accepting extra risks at this age you can either go for recanalisation surgery or IVF (test tube baby)

When the ovule releases in irregular periods means 5 days late actual period comes.
Ovulation usually occurs 14 days prior to next expected period. Only important thing is body does not behave like mathematical formula.

There is nothing 100 % in life. As chance is extremely low almost nil just look for your next expected period.

For anyone with irregular periods due date is decided by ultrasonography done in early pregnancy. At this stage no way to find out. Id due date is 7/12 then waiting beyond it does have little extra risk for baby so depending on her internal examination decision may be taken for starting pains with drugs.

Difficult work but if at all regulating your cycles from now on needs to start so meet Infertility specialist. One more suggestion as your age is 32 and husband will leave for 3 years, consider option of keeping husband's sperms in sperm bank to utilise for your pregnancy when he is not there. Again infertility specialist will guide you for same.

When a woman is breastfeeding periods are unpredictable. She may not get period, may get delayed periods, may get scanty periods. Only reliable family planning method gives assurance of no pregnancy.
