If you used proper protection then chances are very less, however you can get a rapid testing done to rule out hiv. Please practice safe sex always to prevent unwanted pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections in interest of your health. If you need advice you can consult me online. Thanks.

First thing you should do is to get rid off anxiety and stress as those are main offenders in many.You can try any of the following methods.You can do squeeze and stop technique.You can stimulate your partner to maximum before getting yourself stimulated.You can deviate your thought to something nonsexual when you about to near ejaculation.You can put on a condom or condom with anesthetic which will decrease the excessive stimulation on penis and there by prevent premature ejaculation.Hope this may help you. Dear user, to increase your breast size following are the options- massgage your breasts daily, the size may increase to some extent, but results are very unpredictable. You can go for breast implants which are or saline filled. They are time tested and give a very natural appearance, with a small scar at the base. Another way is lipofilling by your own fat from the tummy and thighs which gives an additional advantage of shaping your body. You can do masturbation two times a week, more than this is harmful. Daily masturbation can cause erectile dysfunction, early ejaculation, sperms count, size problem of penis and body weakness and memory problem etc in the long run.

There are various reasons for getting hair fall. Nutritional deficiency, stress, acute illness like malaria, typhoid, jaundice, chronic illness like diabetes, thyroid can trigger the hair fall, Smoking, excessive alcohol intake. Hair is made up of minerals, protein and iron. Any deficiency can lead to hair fall. Take Proteins are more in sprouts, beans, nuts, soya. Green, help to nourish the hair roots. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. Work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Dear user, welcome to lybrate-user. You must be able to understand concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. If the task is boring, it is natural that that person will sleep or feel sleepy. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Hello lybrate-user, Since you haven't mentioned for what and/or which particular purpose you want to know, so I cannot give you any specific response but yes I can definitely help you out with the ingredients. Like you have already mentioned, carrot-beetroot-amla (gooseberry) is one option for mix vegetable juice. Other options can be pumpkin-almond-cinnamon smoothie, cucumber-green apple-kale smoothie, Pomegranate-raspberry smoothie, strawberry-blackberry-raspberry smoothie, orange-pumpkin-cinnamon smoothie, banana-almonds-cinnamon smoothie, oats-chocolate smoothie. Warning Signs of Mental Illness

The mind or the brain is the master computer, the site of our consciousness, thoughts and memories. We often tend to think of our mind as a separate entity, but the mind and the body are linked and just like our body, the mind too is susceptible to illnesses. The idea of mental illness makes us feel vulnerable and helpless and we dismiss the possibility of mental illness as something that “will not happen to me” or “is in my control”. But like all other illnesses, mental disorders too, are ultimately not in our control. More importantly, they are readily treatable with medications and therapy.

Mental illness refers to a wide range of mental health conditions/disorders that affect our mood, thinking and behavior. They include depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, eating disorders, alcohol/drugs abuse and many others. All of us feel sad, anxious, stressed and have occasional sleepless nights. So when does a mental health concern become a problem? When the signs and symptoms persist and affect our regular day-to-day activities, it’s probably time to seek help.

Awareness is the first step to treatment. Learning about the signs and symptoms will allow you to seek help early and get back to a healthy and happy life.
 

If several of the following symptoms are recurring, it is advisable to consult a mental health professional.

1. Withdrawal: Recent social withdrawal and lack of interest in others are a common sign that you may have a problem in hand.

9. Sleep or appetite changes: You experience sleep disorders, significant tiredness and appetite changes and even decline in personal care.

10. Mood swings: There are rapid or dramatic shifts in feelings ranging from excessive anger; hostility or violence to suicidal thoughts.
