Just started having pain in my entire leg starting from the lower back towards thecentre traveling down to the back of my leg down to my ankle. Which I presume and am sure is sciatica pain .would like to be suggested a homeopathic cure or precaution to prevent it from growing worse and relief pls.

I suggest you follow the below for your condition: Take Mag Phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and Ice Packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.

Homoeopathic medicine--------- adel-39 drops (adel) drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily----------- magnesia phos 6x (adel) chew 4 tab every 2-3 hrly till pains subside---------- take a calcium rich diet constituting milk and its products and 1 egg daily.------------------taking fish oil capsules is also beneficial in your case.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Hi do check your calcium and vitamin d. Make daily routine of exercise to strengthen your joints. Apply hot and coldwater foementation. Consult physiotherapist for customized exercise plan.

Hi I am 35 years old. I am working in Saudi Arabia, Construction field. Since 4 days I am suffering from back pain that is near both the kidneys. Pain is not at the spinal cord, when I am sitting I feel Pain if I stand no pain also if I walk no pain but standing for long time I am feeling strained. I feel to lie down and take rest. Please give me suggestions what to do and now I can give one clew that is when we effected from fever body we feel body pains, now I am feeling the same pain on back of me. Hi After night's sleep, while getting up from bed in the morning besides getting up from sofa/chair after sitting for an hour, I feel a pain and feeling of block for a while below the chest and upper abdomen. It vanishes once I get into routine.

Morning stiffness in back & other joints is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Hold this for the 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

It's a progressive disease but we can slow it down by doing normal streatching exercises do not go for though exercises with weights, need to keep an eye on the posture walking and other ADLs. Do let me know if you need any help or want more detail.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Dear user. Sex is a healthy exercise. But as in the case of any physical exercise, if you over do it, you will have to bear the brunt. Your back pain could be due to excess sexual forces or positions you are using while sex. Introspect and observe your way of sex making. And change the present positions. Take care.

I am 23 year old cricket player, a bowler and I have the problem that I can't throw more than 2 overs with same potential continuously and even I can't throw a ball more than 3 times with my full strength as my hand starts paining in the elbow joint on the flat side not on the pointed elbow.

You need to work on your rotator cuff musculature. Usually strengthening and stretching of the cuff and muscles around the shoulder helps. Once the endurance builds you wil not be experiencing any difficulty in throwing. Though thorough evaluation of shoulder and elbow is needed. I would recommend a visit to a sports physiotherapist nearby.

If the pain is severe do get an mri done immediately. Do not bend forward or lift any weight. Over-the-counter medicines for instant pain relief may be taken.

I am 28 years old and I.M suffering from muscular pain from last 15 days and also shoulder pain. I consulted doctor also and there is no change, I have taken medicine and also ointment but no change. The shoulder is the most movable joint in the human body. Swelling, damage, or bone changes around the rotator cuff can cause shoulder pain. *here are some tips for helping shoulder pain get better: 1> put ice on the shoulder area for 15 minutes, then leave it off for 15 minutes. Do this 3 to 4 times a day for 2 to 3 days. Wrap the ice in cloth. Do not put ice directly on the skin because this can result in frostbite. 2> rest your shoulder for the next few days. Do not perform any movement which causes pain in the shoulder. 3> slowly return to your regular activities. 4> learn exercises to stretch and strengthen your rotator cuff tendons and shoulder muscles from physiotherapist.
