I am 22 years old. My mc is irregular. It has came on 25th january, 2015 and have not came till today 23, april 2015. When I have done sonography in january the result is pcos. Not other things like mass formulation, ovari size and all are normal. Only result darkened is pcos. What should I do? I am afraid of taking alopathy treatment so taking homeopathy. Please suggest me what to do. thanks.

Aartav shodhan is the technique in ayurveda which is very successful to counter this problem. Different vaidyas have different approach but target is aartav shodhan. Hi Lybrate user weight loss can be acheived if you to need to follow a proper diet and physical activity weight loss tips 1. Avoid much outside food, fried food and junk food. 2.Avoid papad, pickles, Coconut-peanut chutney. 3.Can eat homemade Paneer sabji, sandwich, paratha. 4.Opt for Brown bread, low fat cheese, skimmed milk, roasted food items. 5.Use skimmed milk in food items as much as possible, sprinkle over cooked sabji and add in milk, soups as thickening agent. Switch to using homemade natural dyes that are a warehouse of scalp nourishing ingredients. Boil tea/coffee in water for 15 minutes and let it cool. Add natural oils to the cooled liquid to form a healthy, natural hair dye. Wash your hair regularly with this natural color to get rid of white hair.

Dear doctors, I'm 36 and 5.8. I'm overweight 89 kgs, so I want to reduce weight very quickly. So planed to take daily hot water with lime juice and honey daily morning for empty stomach. please suggest frm this how quickly I can reduce weight? And also Is there any side effects from this and any side, effects from honey. Do breathing exercise have lot of water eat thrice in a day do not take fried. Stuff, baked items, cold drinks, icecreams etc stop taking extra calories send your eating details and routine details to get your reducing diet

Hi, I am a hypo thyroid patient. Struggling to lose weight from quite sometime, not getting results. I can not do heavy workouts or aerobics bcz of knee ligament injury in last year. Mr. Lybrate-user, continuous posture of any will build pressure over that paeticular part like the spine also. You try to change posture while studying&if possible lean to soft back/use any pillow, r keep a small cushion under the neck. Try to change postures often. Practice few asanas in yoga which help to relieve the back pain&tone up the spine.&also practice breathing exercises n pranayama which will relieve you from stress. Try to lie on back without pillow while sleeping.
