Hi. As height can be gained till 21 yrs. Of age in males and 18 yrs. In females, so you do have 3 yrs. More to grow further! medication: start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in dairy (yogurt and milk), helps promote healthy bones. Get enough zinc. Studies, although they have been inconclusive so far, point to a possible link between zinc deficiencies and stunted growth in boys. Good sources of zinc include oysters, wheat germ, pumpkin and squash seeds, lamb, peanuts, and crab. Get enough vitamin d. Vitamin d promotes bone and muscle growth in children, and a deficiency has been shown to stunt growth and cause weight gain in teenage girls. Vitamin d can be found in fish, alfalfa, or mushrooms commonly. 60% to 80% of your height is determined by genes! apart from these: -exercise throughout the teen years and in puberty. Get out and about and work your muscles for at least 30 minutes each day. Join a gym, join a sports team, if nothing else, walk around. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. -sleeping is the time when your body grows, get between 9 and 11 hours of sleep per night if you're a preteen or still younger than 20. -avoid any bad habit like smoking which affects the height, also avoid anabolic steroids which inhibit bone growth in young children and teens. A-always stand straight instead of hunching your back. (you can probably increase your height by a few inches with diet and lifestyle changes, especially if you are still in your teens or even your early 20s (for boys).) get back to me after 4 months for further guidance. Yups u stop eating eggs. Take 4 litres water per day. Take fruits Apple pomegranate etc. Avoid oily and junk food. Take milk wid dates regularly. apply rose water frequently...

Use a salicylic acid/ glycolic acid based face wash. Get your comedones extracted regularly. Use a water based moisturizer, even oily skin needs hydration. scrub your face two times in week. Use a mud mask weekly. Take salicylic acid or glycolic acid peels every fifteen days or month to improve skin texture, control acne and reduce scars and marks. Take a well balanced nutritious diet and exercise daily. Avoid face massages or application of greasy cosmetics and oils.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user Till today, stem cell treatment can't cure both the diseases. There have been few reports by some people claiming treatment, but all of them have been found to be false. Kindly do not fall into trap of some people who claim treatment with stem cells. Thank you.

Since last two three weeks when ever I ride by bicycle for more than an hour there is a stress and tear on just above left calf muscles and it pains while bending the left knee if knee is straight there is no pain but when I paddle again while straightening the leg it pain just above the calf muscle and behind the knee, I have done cold therapy once I reached home please suggest a precaution or medicine.

Hello Mr. Lybrate-user, your description of the symptoms suggests to me that there might be a strain in the muscle which is bending the knee or a minor tear near its attachment. Treatment for both would be to to take rest from the activity which causes the pain for about 2 to 3 weeks. You should give some activity free time for the structure to complete it's healing process. If it persists even after adequate period of rest then I would recommend you to see an orthopaedician for a detailed examination.
