The type of treatment you have for toothache will depend on the cause of the pain, so your dentist will examine your mouth and may carry out an X-ray to try to identify the problem. •If your toothache is caused by tooth decay, your dentist will remove the decayed area and replace it with a filling. •If your toothache is caused by a loose or broken filling, the filling will be taken out, any decay will be removed and a new filling put in place. •If the pulp inside your tooth is infected, you may need root canal treatment. This procedure involves removing the infected pulp and then inserting a special type of filling to seal the tooth and prevent re-infection. •If your toothache can't be treated using these methods, or if your tooth is impacted (wedged between another tooth and your jaw), it may need to be removed.

Kindly get an x-ray done of the rct treated tooth. May be infection has occurred again. Avoid eating from that side of the tooth having pain till the time you don't take x-ray and the required treatment for it because it will pain more. Till then you can take a pain killer like tab flozen ns. This will help in reducing pain n swelling but this is going to give you temporary relief.

Depending upon how deep is the cavity and presence of pain or not, you may have to get the root canal treatment or get the filling done to save the teeth. Getting late in correcting the cavity of the tooth may lead to failure of saving the tooth n you may have to get it remove in future. However, to decide the proper treatment, we need some more investigations including clinical examination, consult your dentist soon.

Teeth are naturally an off-white colour, but many people find that their teeth yellow with age, or get stained by drinking coffee or tea. Smoking can also stain the teeth, so regular brushing and professional cleaning at a dentist is important in keeping your teeth from yellowing extensively.

You may consider invisalign in that case. It is an orthodontic treatment without braces. But yes it is costly.

Hi Mr Mahesh The reason for the pus in the gums is that either the teeth are decayed or she has had a fall on her teeth(if they are the front teeth).Since she is just 3yrs old those teeth need to b saved till they naturally fall off.and to save the teeth a ROOT CANAL PROCEDURE needs to be performed. I'm 22 year old male. Every morning saliva forms in my mouth unusually as soon as I realize that I'm awake. Even I spit it once, it forms again and this thing repeats again and again until I brush in the morning. This thing also happens before sleep at night many times where I don't brush and slowly fall asleep with continuously spitting the saliva. This thing is happening to me for 7 months from now but never happened before. What should I do?

Hypersalivation also called ptyalism is excessive production of saliva. It has also been defined as increased amount of saliva in the mouth, which may also be caused by decreased clearance of saliva.Hypersalivation can contribute to drooling if there is an inability to keep the mouth closed or in difficulty in swallowing the excess saliva (dysphagia). Reasons for Hypersalivation are---------- 1.Gastroesophageal reflux disease, in such cases specifically called a water brash, and is characterized by a sour fluid or almost tasteless saliva in the mouth. 2.Excessive starch intake 3.Mouth ulcers. 4.Oral infections 5.Liver Problems 6.Medicines----certain medicines initiate salivation if you are presently on medicines for any problem. Treatment of your problem can be done by treating the underlioned factor causing salivation.

Tuthe hue dant ka root canal hoga, agar jarurat nahi hai to uspe cap chadegi. Baki jo dant bahar aa rahe hai, uska reason pata laga ke. Usko treat karna hoga. Aur zarurat rahi to orthodontic braces (taar) lagwana chaiyye.

Sugary hard candies, like peppermints and restaurant mints, promote the bacterial growth in your mouth and actually contribute to bad breath. Opt for sugarless gum instead, which will promote the production of saliva and contains xylitol, both of which can reduce the oral bacteria that cause bad breath.

The vomit sensation you are talking about is known as gag reflex. It is a protective mechanism of the human body to avoid the entrance of any unwanted material down the throat. In your case, you are experiencing the reflex while brushing, that means your brushing pattern might be wrong. You are taking your brush to much deeper areas than required. Also, you might not be cleaning your tongue properly. Visit your dentist and ask him about some correct brushing patterns and start using a tongue cleaner. Whenever you experience gag try to focus on some other activity or object, such as your big toe. It diverts you and thus the gag stops. Avoid mouth breathing, that increases the gag. If the problem persists even after changing your brushing/cleaning pattern and avoiding mouth breathing there is more to it. Pay a visit to both your dentist and gasteroenterologist.
