Hello, I am male 28 years old. I have no bone injury history and have recently started gym and running on treadmill. I rum for around 25 mins and 4KM on average. I have started feeling leg pain from some time. My symptoms are similar to popliteal artery entrapment syndrome (PAES) or chronic exertional compartment syndrome (CECS) which I found after some online search. More like CECS but I am not sure. I recently had a full body checkup including blood, urine and stool test and nothing major came. My physician advised me to take Serum D13 or D3 vitamin test or something. Can you advise?

Hello,
I am male 28 years old.
I have no bone injury history and have recently started gym and running on treadmill. ...
Hello lybrate-user, chronic exertional syndrome is quite rare and represents a build up in the pressures of the compartment of the muscles. Easy way to diagnose it is to measure the pressure in the compartment of muscles before and after the exercises. Cecs would affect a complete muscle compartment and cause pain in the entire extent of the muscle especially at the back of leg or the calf. Another common condition after sudden increase in activity is a stress fracture which would cause a localized pain in the skin rather than entire region and you would be able to point out a single point where you feel the pain. This would require x rays and further assessment. There are many differentials for the diagnosis and all the conditions that cause leg pain cannot be explained here. I would suggest you to consult a qualified orthopaedic surgeon for a detailed clinical assessment and further management quickly when the problems can be managed by simple methods rather than later when you require extensive management. Hope this helps.

Dear lybrate-user, namaskar, continuous coughing may cause prolapse of the intervertebral disc in the spine (back, which may press the nerve roots, giving you pain in the legs. Consult a chest physician in your vicinity for proper investigation and assessment. Take care.

For most low back pain treatments, active exercise is the focus of the physical therapy programDepending upon the patient's specific diagnosis and level of pain, the back pain exercises andrehabilitation programs will be very different, so it is important for patients to see a spine specialist trained to develop an individualized program of back exercises and to provide instruction on using the correct form and techniqu. Most of us will suffer from back or neck pain at some stage during our lives. The good news is, however, in most cases the pain is not serious in nature and can be remedied. Postural related back pain generally stems from sitting for long periods with overloaded or tight back and pelvic muscles. For example, if your rear thigh muscles (hamstrings) are tight, when you sit they will pull the pelvis out of position and increase tension on the lower back muscles. This in turn overstretches your back muscles and with lengthy periods of sitting will cause pain. This is one example of many variations of postural related back pain. However, one thing will be in common, progressively developing back pain from long periods of overstretched and overloaded back muscles and ligaments. When you first start to develop postural back pain it manifests itself as a low grade ache which tends to be relieved with light exercise or avoiding sitting. But after a while the pain increases and tends to be there most of the time regardless of what you do. It should be noted that a small percentage of back pain is caused by more serious conditions like a prolapsed disc or nerve compression. Symptoms that suggest a more serious back problem are leg pains, pins and needles or weakness in your leg or foot. These symptoms need to be properly assessed by a Chartered Physiotherapist So what can you so to reduce back or neck pain? Firstly, break the cycle of sitting for long periods by getting up and moving around every 20 minutes or so and by introducing simple movements that can by Done at anytime, even when sitting (see below). Secondly, a daily routine of stretching and relaxing tight thigh (hamstring) and buttock (gluteal) muscles will help to prevent overloading your lower back muscles when sitting. Thirdly, reduce back or neck pain by relaxing the surrounding muscles and ligament by introducing the following routine 2-3 times a day: 1.Apply heat to the back muscles. A shower, massage or hot water bottle works best. This will help to relax the muscles. 2.Release and relax back muscles through massage, use of a tennis ball or foam roller for 5 to 10 minutes twice daily – purchase a foam roller from www. Physiosupplies. Com/exercise/foam-rollers Here is a video of foam rolling on YouTube 3.Apply movement to the lower back muscles using the suggested exercises below. About a minute of each 3 or 4 times a day will help to recover the overloaded lower back muscles. What are the symptoms of masturbating? I have pain in my back and have low eyesight too and.
There are no symptoms, because there are no problems in masturbating, it is natural and have no side effects if it is done once per day. Other things of yours can be due to other reasons, check eyesight first, wear glasses if advised and body posture should be corrected for the back pain.
