Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash

Hi, I am 23 years old married women. I have some ringworms near my thigh. Or I can say jock itch. I use fourderm and clotrimazole. But it doesn't work for me. Please recommend me a better solution for those ringworms. Because I am afraid of vaginal ringworms. I don't want to be happen. Please please help me.

Stop fourderm cream. It is a steroid based cream and is causing the ringworm to spread. Eberconazole cream twice a day, to b applied on and 2 cms beyond the rash as well avoid dettol. After washing your clothes, keep them soaked in hot water for 10 mins it is better to visit a dermatologist to know if oral medications are required. As examination is needed to see the extent of skin problem. If any other family members are affected, please ask them to visit a dermatologist as well. Wash your clothes seperately P.s. Ringworm does not affect the vagina. It infects only skin.

Try few things for your back pain: - Apply Ice and Heat Heating pads and cold packs can comfort tender trunks. Most doctors recommend using ice for the first 48 hours after an injury -- particularly if there is swelling — and then switching to heat. You can use whichever you find comforting as long as your skin is protected. - Limit Bed Rest Studies show that people with short-term low-back pain who rest feel more pain and have a harder time with daily tasks than those who stay active. -Keep Exercising Activity is often the best medicine for back pain. Simple exercises like walking can be very helpful. But remember to move in moderation, Stay away from strenuous activities like gardening and avoid whatever motion caused the pain in the first place. -Maintain Good Posture Most people have poor posture when going about their daily activities, putting unnecessary strain on their backs. -Strengthen Your Core Most people with chronic back pain would benefit from stronger abdominal muscles. If the abdominals are weak, other areas must pick up the slack. When we strengthen the abdominals, it often reduces the strain on the lower back. - Improve Flexibility Too much tension and tightness can cause back pain. By increasing flexibility you need to put an equal load throughout the body from the feet all the way up to the head. -Sleep the Right Way The amount of rest you get is important, and so is the position you get it in. Sleeping in a bad position or on a mattress without support can cause back pain. Back sleepers should put pillows under their knees. Side sleepers should place pillows between their knees to keep their spine in a neutral position. Stomach sleeping causes the neck and head to twist and can put undue stress on the back. -Use Relaxation Techniques Research shows that practices such as meditation, deep breathing and yoga, which help put the mind at rest, can do wonders for the back. -See a Specialist Developing an individualized exercise plan is essential to managing chronic back pain. Hi,Acne is the most common teenage problem.Acne is a result of a blockage in the follicles or the pores on the skin. It includes whiteheads, pimples, blackheads and rashes, and occurs usually on the face, chest. Sir your backpain is posture related. First take a break after every 30 min. You can keep a pillow behind your back to support it and to keep it straight. Do some stretching exercises dat will help you.

Hi. Erectile dysfunction, often referred to as ed, is characterized by a persistent and recurring inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for sexual intercourse. Psychological (like stress and anxiety, poor communication with your partner, unrealistic sexual expectations, negative feelings about non performance, depression), physical and lifestyle (smoking, alcohol and sometimes illicit drugs and medical conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart or thyroid conditions, poor circulation, low testosterone) or neurologic disorders (such as multiple sclerosis or parkinson's disease) issues can all cause ed, as can trauma to nerves and arteries (for example, from prostate surgery). The incidence of erectile dysfunction increases with age, but young men can also experience it. So, will have to find out the exact cause in your case. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine - schwabe's damiaplant/ thrice daily for 4 weeks. Diet and management: - eat many vegetables and whole grains, and buy organic foods when possible. Drink plenty of water. -reduce or eliminate junk food and switch to a diet low in fats, and high in protein. -increase your intake of foods rich in vitamin c (bell peppers, dark leafy greens, kiwifruit, broccoli, berries, citrus fruits, tomatoes, peas, and papayas) and antioxidants (cabbage, broccoli, asparagus, avocados, beetroot and spinach, nuts like pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachio, almonds, cashew nuts, peanut butter). -take in plenty of mineral zinc (walnuts, beans, oysters, beef, and chicken, beans, nuts, certain types of seafood such as crab and lobster, whole grains, fortified breakfast cereals, and dairy products). It's associated with increased semen volume, sperm count, and testosterone levels. -amino acids, traces of which can be found in meats, fruits, and vegetables, are believed to increase sperm count and keep the sperm from clumping. -folic acid (vitamin b9) found in cereals, green leafy vegetables, legumes, and orange juice may contribute to an increase for semen. -spend significant time in the sun so your body can synthesize vitamin d, and eat plenty of yogurt, skim milk, and salmon to boost your calcium intake. -include goji berries, ginseng, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, asparagus, bananas in your diet. -certain lifestyle habits, which stress your body and immune system, will lead to a lower sperm count. Refrain from smoking and alcohol in moderation. -stress can interfere with the hormones needed to assist in sperm production. -keep your weight in check. Being too large or too small can affect hormonal balance. Too much estrogen or too little testosterone will have a negative impact on your sperm count. -get a full 8 hours of sleep every night when you're working on upping your sperm count. -regular exercising keeps you fit and healthy, so don't forget to do it. Practice pranayam regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. Not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. One can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises. These exercises are good for gaining and maintaining good health. Also, practice pelvic floor exercise or kegel exercise, consists of repeatedly contracting and relaxing the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor. In order to locate your pelvic muscles try to stop and begin the flow of urine as using the bathroom. You can perform kegel exercises with the empty bladder as exercising pelvic muscle with the full bladder might result in urinary tract infections. All the best!

You can stimulate your partner to maximum before getting yourself stimulated. You can deviate your thought to something nonsexual when you about to near ejaculation. Yes you are over weight...it should be around 73 kgs..Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...

For your age pain chest could be due to anxiety and stress. Avoid stress. do regular exercise, Yoga, Meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind. Take paracetamol 500mg one tablet sos after food, drink plenty of water and take rest. if you have recurrent attack of chest pain take ECG and consult doctor
