How to control high blood pressure and blood sugar in case of fat body? tell some simple home based methods.
to control high blood pressure and high blood sugar specific drug treatment is essential. Other remedies are additional support. No" simple home remedy" can control these conditions. If some one is over weight, then weight reduction has to be done by exercise and diet restriction, avoiding deep fried foods, junk food, pastries, alcohol, red meat, egg yolk etc.

If you have been investigated for hypertension, diabetes, heart function and nothing has been found, then you may rest assured that it is due to anxiety. If not, it is better to get these things done than to keep guessing about horrible outcomes. Smoking may cause such type of pains in chest.

I am a 45 years old married male and have hypertension since last 9 years and I am taking tab co approval in the morning with breakfast daily. Its ibesartan with hydroclorothozide. I have a very good german bp checking machine at home and my bp remains at 130/ 85. But sometimes due to some stress as soon as it goes above 90 I get headache and spinning sensation in my head. If I forget to take tablet even for one day I sometimes face this, but if I am on a holiday and relaxed and forget to take the tab its fine. I do treadmill for 30 minutes almost 5 times in a week and do weights for 5 minutes. My weight is 79 kgs and my height is 5.6 feet. I have a medium body but have a tummy. My waist is 34. Am I taking the right tablet and dosage or I need to change. By night time I feel tired and go to sleep whenever on bed. I have lot of urge for sex too but sexual life is not good as wife is not interested much.

When a woman's not interested in sex?and would like to be?it may have something to do with her relationship, her upbringing, or something else in her experience, but there could also be a medical explanation. For instance: 1. Reduced blood flow Diabetes and high blood pressure are among the health problems that can restrict genital blood flow. 2. Hormonal issues Menopause, breast-feeding, birth control pills, and thyroid problems can dampen sexual desire. 3. Medication side effects Antidepressants and chemotherapy agents such as tamoxifen are frequently to blame. Approaching Menopause, She Stopped Wanting Sex More about women and sex ? Medical Reasons for Low Sex Drive ? Psychological Reasons for Low Sex Drive ? Answers About Women's Sex Problems ? The Female Dysfunction Debate 4. Nerve damage Pelvic surgery can cause nerve damage, as can diseases such as multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's. Other reasons for low desire might include lack of sleep or depression. Talk to a doctor or sex therapist If you have low desire, get checked out by your primary care doctor. Whether or not he or she finds a physical problem, a consultation with a certified sex therapist can be helpful, because physical sex problems usually create a psychological or relationship issue, as well. "It's usually not just one thing," says Marjorie Green, MD, director of the Mount Auburn Female Sexual Medicine Center in Cambridge, Mass., and a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School. On the other hand, if you feel your lack of desire is a physical issue and your primary care doctor is not able or willing to help, you may want to consult a sexual medicine specialist. Treatments These vary depending on the source of the problem, but may include switching prescription medication, taking estrogen or testosterone, taking a drug that increases dopamine levels, or trying products such as Eros Therapy, an FDA-approved prescription-only device that uses gentle suction to increase blood flow to the clitoris and vulva. Some women may also see improvement with regular exercise, sex therapy, or relationship counseling.

You can definitely take badam, walnuts and figs (anjeer) but in moderate quantity. Like 5 - 8 badams, about 25 g of walnuts and 2- 3 pieces of dry anjeer. But what is most important is to have a very good control of sugar levels. If you inform me the fasting, pp sugar levels, hba1c and weight, height and level of exercise daily plus medication being taken I can guide better.

No diet can be devised till you treat the problems with meds. And once you begin your meds you have to just tweak with your food because reducing certain elements of food can cause distaste. Depression. Constipation acidity etc. So please take regular medicine and take normal home food.

Hi Bed is not be used for eating and as a workstation. Bed is for sleeping purpose only. These issues are quite commonly seen with youngsters who are addicted to mobile ,tablet lap top etc. You are getting into problems because of wrong postures and neck flexion and this will cause stiffness of the neck and back. So change your habits and you should be fine. If you want specific advise about diet, nutrition and life style changes take a consultation.

MBBS, MD - Internal Medicine

I am 26 year old my good cholesterol level is 30.
How to increase without medicines?
Hello dear High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation, yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .
