Hello dear patient. High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain.garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

You can go for following remedy it will help you 1. Cut, de-seed and crush 4-5 Indian gooseberries to paste 2. Press this paste on a sieve and extract the juice 3. Take 2 tsp of this Indian gooseberry juice 4. Add ½ tsp nutmeg powder 5. Mix well 6. Drink 2 times a day this is very helpful. Your problem is permanently cure by ayurvedic treatment.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and get a stress test done and Get your vital parameters of the body checked from a nearby doctor and revert back with findings

Dear , Do the following: Take daily, first thing in the morning a home made juice with the following. The volume can change as per convenience: Doodhi 150 grms, cucumber 50 grams, tulsi 5 to 8 leaves, few drops lemon juice, big bunch dhaniya (coriander) fresh green leaves with soft stalks, 5 grms ginger. Add pinch of rock salt. Put all in mixie with some warm water. Pour in glass and drink completely. On 7 different ays, add an option of following. Tulsi / neem leaves / peepal leaf / raw mango leaf / sadaphuli leaves / pudina leaves. Stop eating bread, non-veg, alcohol, fried and packaged foods. Daily, after this, drink atleast 2 glasses of hot water. Walk for 30 mins to digest properly. Daily, eat your food slowly, chew it well. Drink 1 glass of butter milk /chaach daily BEFORE food. Do not eat heavy food before sleeping. Keep 60 to 90 mins time before dinner and sleep. Do this routne for alteast 4 weeks for lasting results. You will begin to see benefits within one week. You are suffering from indigestion and only proper eating habits and fresh green vegetables and fresh fruit can solve the problem. Medicines do not help much. Do inform how you improve. Regards.

Avoid smoking, regular exercises and certain food can help in reducing cholesterol. Such as onions, garlics, fish, oats and beans. Also, nuts like almonds and pistachios and walnuts are helpful.

1.For your age pain chest could be due to anxiety, stress,Physical and mental strain, hyper acidity or muscle pull 2. Avoid stress and strain 3.Do regular exercise, Yoga, Meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 4 Avoid Alcohol, smoking and tobacco consumption. 5. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fatty and junk food 6..Take paracetamol 500mg one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily, at the time of chest pain. 7. Drink plenty of water and take rest .8.if you have recurrent attack of chest pain take ECG and consult cardiologist

Ldl, the bad fats should be lower than 80 and hdl-good fats should be above 40. Solution is to avoid bad fats like street food, namkeens, and other fatty foods like pizzas, burgers etc. Take a spoon of desighee/ butter + a katori of assorted nuts everyday as good fats do reduce the bad fats. Take a spoon of honey with juice of lemon in warm water, daily on empty stomach, every morning -it does burn the bad fats, do simple exercise like walks. Get tested only after 2 months of trial of all of above and do write back the reports.

I have no problem but some time rapid heart beats that happens just for 2 second twice or thrice in a day on weekly and feel weakness sometimes when I do not take proper diet, I am working person. Last year I had miscarriage as well.

Dear lybrateuser, -Your problem may be due to weakness because of improper dietary habits -do not skip breakfast , even if you do not have much time have a fruit & milk with supplement protein powder or whole grain cereal it will provide you energy for the whole day, try to have meals on time , include more of fruits & vegetables especially green leafy vegetables, non-veg , fish, chicken if you take, nuts -have sufficient fluids 7-8 glasses per day for proper hydration as even mild dehydration causes weakness & lethargy -get investigated for blood cbc, tsh, t3, t4 & sugar levels & consult a doctor.

check more often and if it is more than 140/80 u may need life style modification first and check kidney function. kidney malfunction may be the cause of hypertension,need to correct it
