Mr. lybrate-user, Long standing diabetes invariably causes ED. Particularly if there's persistent hyperglycemia. Therefore, primary need is strict glycemic control, with FBS around 100 mg, PP150 to 160 mg & HbA1c < 6.8℅ . However, damage caused is hardly repaired. Apart from achieving strict control, you may have to use certain drugs like PDE - Inhibitors for temporary relief. Thanks.

1. Buy a Sack of Lemons
If you run only one errand today, make it a trip to your local health food or grocery store to buy a sack of lemons. Yes, a sack. Once you get home, squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a tall glass of water and drink immediately. This one step will help you to quickly reset your body chemistry.

2. Load Up on H2O
Drink at least 8 more cups of water throughout the day, preferably with lemon juice added to each. Lemon juice breaks down acid waste in your body and restores your blood and tissues to slightly alkaline levels.

3. Breathe Deeply

Dear lybrate user, one of the major nutritional substance required for human body is carbohydrate. We take carbohydrate in the form of rice, wheat, sugar etc. The complex molecules of carbohydrate are broken down into simple glucose molecules during digestion & released in the blood stream to be absorbed by the muscle cells. Muscle cells utilise the glucose molecules to release energy by breaking down those glucose molecules. Insulin hormone plays a vital role in the absorption of the glucose molecules by the muscle cells. In abnormal conditions, either due to less production of insulin or due to resistance to insulin, the process of absorption of glucose by the muscles comes to a stand still. The glucose molecules remains in the bloodstream which results in the increase in the blood sugar level. The failure of utilisation of the glucose molecules by the muscle cells results in production of less energy than normal condition. This is externally manifested as the fatigue & tiredness of the patient. This excess amount of blood sugar compels the kidney to function more than normal level in order to excrete the blood sugar molecules through urine. As a result the patient suffers from frequent urination. This abnormal condition is clinically known as diabetes mellitus. Once a patient is diagnosed with diabetes he has to take regular medicine to keep his blood sugar level within normal limits. Take homoeopathic mother tincture gymnema sylvestra q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. Also you need to walk at least 1 hour daily without any interval. If you have tested for HIV and it is negative then you will not get HIV. But if you will do unprotected sex again then you can get HIV.

Mr. lybrate-user, Please understand that long standing diabetes even with very good glycemic control, does lead to kidney damage. Further if a patient has consistent hyperglycemia (high blood glucose over the years) then damage more severe. One of the indicators of reduced kidney function is increased creatinine level. Apart from diabetes persistent high blood pressure also adds to kidney damage. Plus she has very low hemoglobin, that again puts stress on heart. In such a situation only local expert clinicians can help. Because patient needs constant monitoring. If she is not on insulin then it is essential that she is shifted on to insulin. Properly planned diet should be given avoiding high protein intake. Very regular blood glucose monitoring is also required. So please consult a good competent physician. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To build your body you have to have a well balanced diet with more of proteins & do regular exercises including lifting weights - do not go for supplements as they may affect your kidneys & liver in the long run instead increase your protein intake in your diet - some protein rich foods are eggs, milk & milk products like cheese, paneer, yogurt, butter milk, soya products, tofu, soyabeans, legumes including pulses, peas, non veg such as seafoods, chicken, meats, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashews, peanuts - add some protein food in all your meals, also have snacks in between meals - have 8-10 glasses of water per day for proper digestion - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming for 20-30 min on most days, on alternate days do moderate weight lifting which will help build muscles, also do resistance exercise like pushups, pull ups to build chest muscles.

As you are saying that you are having small testis since birth it seems to be congenital abnormality like undesended testis or undeveloped testis You need Physical examination so kindly consult surgeon, USG scrotum and semen analysis may be required

Coital pain is mostly due to dry vagina. And more you are terrified it will remain dry. A vicious cycle. Lubrication is a must before penetration. Give more time on foreplay. Once the vagina gets moist. That is the right time for penetration. Discuss this problem with your husband as he may not be aware of your pain. You can choose lubricant jelly from a pharmacy which will be helpful. Even saliva is a good choice. Sometimes vaginal pain occurs due to vaginal muscle spasm called Vaginismus. Doctors don't know exactly why vaginismus happens. It's usually linked to anxiety and fear of having sex. But it's unclear which came first, the vaginismus or the anxiety. Treatment Women with vaginismus can do exercises, in the privacy of their own home, to learn to control and relax the muscles around the vagina. The approach is called progressive desensitization, and the idea is to get comfortable with insertion. First, do Kegel exercises by squeezing the same muscles you use to stop the flow of urine when urinating. Squeeze the muscles. Hold for 2 seconds. Relax the muscles. Do about 20 Kegels at a time. You can do them as many times a day as you want to. Other medical problems like infections can also cause painful intercourse. Treatment will be done according to diagnosis.

you can take natural 2-tab. Charcoal at night before bed. Syp. Livoluk 10 ml at night.This can help cure in constipation. take green veg., salaad in meal.grapes at night,one apple daily in morning. Banana in morning, juice,whole grain ,oats,more fiber meal,digestive foods, plenty of water during day and 1 glass of water before meal, avoid bad habits...stress ,alcohol, smoking, non-veg.,avoid fatty meal,oily foods. To confirm cause of constipation you may go for tests stool r/m, stool c/s,lft,blood sugar,cbc,usg whole abdomen ,x ray barium meal for examination for rectum,sigmoid, best tests is endoscopy for large intestine . Do not eat papaya if you diabetic. go for walk daily in morning.
