Tell me for how long you are having this problem is history of any trauma? is pus also coming? surrounding skin is red/ inflamed ? You need physical examination so you can send me picture than i can guide you I am giving you some health tips to avoid acidity 1.Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2.Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 4. Moderate physical activity regularly 5.avoid excessive tea, coffee, Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food 6. Do Not postpone Breakfast 7. Avoid excess citrus fruit 8. This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear Lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear MCR Chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back.

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Reduced pain and swelling. 3 Start with knee exercises under guidance of Physiotherapist. 4. Don't sit on floor. 5. Wear sports shoes. 6. Take methylcobalmine supplement, Omega 3 supplement and Glucosamine supplement for 2 month. 7. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 8. Wear knee cap or knee brace.

Hello lybrate user, unless your condition is not associated with a proceeding trauma or you suffer from some arthritis this symptom is inconsequential and don't worry about the sound of snapping. For weak legs try practicing running every morning and do some weight training at the gym. God bless you.

I am having pain in right hand middle finger 1st joint and some pain in right hand shoulder. The hands numbs during sleep but becomes normal in 2 minutes when I get up. What is possible reason.

The underlying cause should be treated. It could be spondylosis, intervertebral gap reduction causing compression on nerves. In such cases physiotherapy is the solution. Traction may be required if assessed after X-ray reports. Yoga postures are also helpful. For Ayurveda safe treatment, pl send X-ray reports. Till then pl take Nycanthes leaves juice or decoction (Harsingar leaves)

You will have to elaborate your problem as to a detailed discussion of your back and shoulder pain which means duration of pain and mode of onset. I would also like to ask you if it is associated with any radiating leg or upper limb pain or any other neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias (electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs. Please also tell me about any associated symptoms like fever, weight loss etc. What medications you generally take and what has been your treatment history till now for existing problem. I am 30 years old male. Severe leg pain for past 2 months. Last month, took acupuncture treatment. After that treatment, my pain becomes more severe. Also I am Blood pressure patient. Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. *take rest or move about once in 1-2 hours in case of working in a constant position. *maintain a good posture while reading or working with computers. *take a high fibre content diet like vegetables, fruits, etc.

Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

I have Foot/heal pain. Usually its high when I will b in leather shoes even I can not stand in one position for a minute. I feel some relax in sleepers. But due to job requirement its not possible to avoid leather shoes. Please suggest some solutions.

In this case, you should buy heel cushions (easily available in stores /online). Silicone heel cushions are small pads that slip under the heel on top of the normal insole in shoes. The main objective of the silicone seat cushion is to act as isolation pads whereby they absorb some of the shock that passes through as the foot hits the floor when activities such as running or walking are undertaken. These pads are washable and reusable that deliver long-lasting, tough and resistant material.
