For hair fall take tab. Keraglo men once daily for 3 months. Use hair spray Qilib men solution 6-8 sprays once daily at night for one month. Use Anaphase shampoo/Vichy nourishing reparative shampoo along with Vichy Nourishing conditioner. Check blood test for Haemoglobin.

Bedwetting - 7 Possible Reasons Behind It

Bedwetting or nocturnal enuresis, refers to the unintentional passage of urine during sleep. Enuresis is the medical term for wetting, whether in the clothing during the day or in bed at night. Another name for enuresis is urinary incontinence. For infants and young children, urination is involuntary. Wetting is normal for them. Most children achieve some degree of bladder control by 4 years of age. Daytime control is usually achieved first, while nighttime control comes later.

The age at which bladder control is expected varies considerably. Some parents expect dryness at a very early age, while others not until much later. Such a time line may reflect the culture and attitudes of the parents and caregivers.

Factors that affect the age at which wetting is considered a problem include the following:

  1. The child's gender: Bedwetting is more common in boys.
  2. The child's development and maturity
  3. The child's overall physical and emotional health. Chronic illness and/or emotional and physical abuse may predispose to bedwetting.

Causes

No one knows for sure what causes bed-wetting, but various factors may play a role:

  1. A small bladder: Your child's bladder may not be developed enough to hold urine produced during the night.
  2. Inability to recognize a full bladder: If the nerves that control the bladder are slow to mature, a full bladder may not wake your child, especially if your child is a deep sleeper.
  3. A hormone imbalance: During childhood, some kids don't produce enough anti-diuretic hormone (ADH) to slow nighttime urine production.
  4. Stress: Stressful events, such as becoming a big brother or sister, starting a new school, or sleeping away from home, may trigger bed-wetting.
  5. Urinary tract infection: This infection can make it difficult for your child to control urination.
  6. Sleep apnea: Sometimes bed-wetting is a sign of obstructive sleep apnea, a condition in which the child's breathing is interrupted during sleep.
  7. Diabetes: For a child who's usually dry at night, bed-wetting may be the first sign of diabetes.

A structural problem in the urinary tract or nervous system. Rarely, bed-wetting is related to a defect in the child's neurological system or urinary system.

Symptoms

  1. Wetting during the day
  2. Frequency, urgency, or burning on urination
  3. Straining, dribbling, or other unusual symptoms with urination
  4. Cloudy or pinkish urine, or blood stains on underpants or pajamas
  5. Soiling, being unable to control bowel movements
  6. Constipation

Most kids are fully toilet trained by age 5, but there's really no target date for developing complete bladder control. Between the ages of 5 and 7, bed-wetting remains a problem for some children. After 7 years of age, a small number of children still wet the bed.

When to see a doctor: Most children outgrow bed-wetting on their own, but some need a little help. In other cases, bed-wetting may be a sign of an underlying condition that needs medical attention.

Consult your child's doctor if: 

  1. Your child still wets the bed after age 7
  2. Your child starts to wet the bed after a few months or more of being dry at night
  3. Bed-wetting is accompanied by painful urination, unusual thirst, pink or red urine, hard stools, or snoring
  4. Self-Care at Home

Here are some tips for helping your child stop wetting the bed. These are techniques that are most often successful

  1. Reduce evening fluid intake.
  2. The child should urinate in the toilet before bedtime.
  3. A system of sticker charts and rewards works for some children.
  4. Make sure the child has safe and easy access to the toilet.

Some believe that you should avoid using diapers or pull-ups at home because they can interfere with the motivation to wake up and use the toilet. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.

#1 – “The Ultimate Stretcher” Grasp the head of your phallus (glans) firmly. Pay attention not to cut off too much blood circulation (you should not feel any discomfort). Pull and stretch it outwards in front of you with enough force to feel painless stretch inside the shaft and base of your willy. Hold it in that position for 10 to 30 seconds. Rest for a while and then repeat. Do this daily for 5 to 10 minutes. Extra tip: You should stretch it to all sides – up in the direction of your stomach, down between your thighs, to the left and the right as well. Do this for the same amount of time as instructed above. “The Thumb Stretcher” Grasp the tip of your “manhood” with one hand. Hold it firmly, but naturally! Again, do not cut off too much blood circulation or cause yourself any discomfort. Use your other hand to place thumb at the base of your penis. You are consuming way too many cigarettes per day! The way to go about quitting is to do completely: not just reducing it. That will not work. Let me take the liberty of assuming that you really mean that you want to stop smoking. On that assumption I must congratulate you because that is the foremost requirement to help you with that decision. But it is not easy because there are a lot of conditioning associated with it and these can be spread over the whole day and night!!! When you decide, it must be done immediately and abruptly. Waiting another day will jeopardize the decision. Since you want to do it I recommend that you seek the help of a counselor and do it with support. You need to identify with why you smoke: there is an oral need, the nicotine effect, the psychological effect of covering up some other issue, for style, to impress, etc. You may discover that the reasons may be unimportant at this stage because you have become too addicted and the habit has become compulsive. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need, for a little while. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine chewing gum or nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces, substantially. You may join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i.e. at least for the first 21 days. Above all, announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here’s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a cigarette, it is not the end of the world – you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. To help process all of the above and to get support, go for counseling and persevere with it until you are completely over it.

Hello, from the way of your description I feel those are varicose veins. In people with occupation involving prolonged standing the veins gets dilated and torturous. They will be painless. You need to get color doppler of venous system of the lower limb that is involved. Treatment for this condition non pharmacological using compression stockings, decreasing weight if obese. Surgical ligation and stripping of veins may be performed, laser therapy is also available.
