Ghee is derived from animal fat. You can melt it. From your body. Nothing is bad with food. I don't believe in old myths.

It should serve as a warning to public that Drs cannot guarantee good results. Sensible people do not believe everything they are told by Drs, they keep their eyes open. Best to learn the ways of people who are 90 and healthy, I find it quite funny that people who have never studied biology, are suffering from poor health themselves, confidentially keep forwarding WhatsApp nonsense about health to their family and friends.

The only way to control cholesterol is using lifestyle measures and if required addition of medicines. Unless this is done cholesterol will not decrease. Lifestyle measures are - daily 40 mins of exercise, healthy diet (take a diet consult for that), quit smoking and drinking, if after 6 weeks of these precautions you still have cholesterol on higher side consult a cardiologist for adding medicines.

Chronic stress is associated with most chronic diseases. You have mentitled about your anxiety. I am not sure if you are doing any kind of exercise on a regular basis. Regular exercise will surely help you wit anxiety. If need be you may consult a counselor and learn few techniques to manage and overcome anxiety. This will enhance your quality of life. Also your hdl cholesterol which is a good cholesterol is relatively low. May be because you don't exercise regularly. You are quiet young. Start regular exercise Join gym or go for run or even sport like football or tennis badminton would be good. Exercise will help you wit anxiety. It will increase your good cholesterol. It will also increase your overall energy level. Which will help.you produce better result. Only good things will come out of it. Remember that our best friend and worst enemy is our own mind. If you keep worrying it will effect you adversely. And instead of worrying if you take positive actions yoh will have positive outcome. Hope this helps Wishing you very best
