Heart pain may not be always due to cardiac pathology. It may also be due to gastric problems, exposure to cold, lung pathology, infection and fever. So you should check out for other symptoms.

My mom is suffering from diabetes in normal stage. And she told me that her heart beats fast. I consulted the cardiologist and he asked to do some test. But everything is ok in the test report. Every diabetic should get heart, eyes, kidneys tested regularly. Good to know that heart tests are normal. Do not give sleeping tablets which can be addictive like alprazolam. Give her a tablet of valium 5 mg but do tell your doctor about it,

Apart from taking symptomatic treatment I will suggest you to take Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months

I feel in and around my heart something like wound. When stretch hands and driving bike and other activities. 20 days before I had burning sensation around heart with high heart beat. Should I go for Troponin test. I go for morning walk 2 k. M and also ride bike 70 k. M per day.

Tropnin test is positive only when there's damage to heart muscle. You should get treated for acidity by eating right food with less spices and fats. Get checked for heart by getting a ecg and halter tests plus blood pressure and blood tests done for sugar and lipids and get back here with reports. You will get more guidance from any of us here on the forum. It will be worth doing deworming now if not done during last 6 months. Take 3 tabs of nemocid together and 200 mg metrogyl twice a day after food for 3 days. Eat light and do moderate exercises.

As per your word I think some physiological disorder arises, do not worry about your problem but follow few simple tips. I do not know your range of b. P. But mind your total digestive system from where maximum problem arises.

I'm fed up with life and life is not worth living for me. There is a lack of happiness lack of confidence and lack of concentration. There is no hope no enlightenment no dream no aim in life. I'm very much disinterested disheartened and depressed. I'm under a lot of stress and anxiety. I'm sailing in a boat without the sailor in the stormy sea. I'm just like the kite which strings are cutoff. I'm not living life but just passing it. I'm worthy of nothing. I'm feeling lonely in the midst of the crowd. I'm skipping my drugs for the high blood pressure. My blood pressure shoots up to 200/130 without any symptoms. I pass nights together without sleep. I have cutoff myself from my inner and outer self. I'm unable to cope up with life. If it's physical crisis I can deal with it, but as far as the emotional and moral crisis are concerned I'm just unable to deal with it.

Dear friend, I feel strongly for you. I wish I could be close to you say what I am going to tell you right now. If I try to understand how you might be feeling I feel suffocated. I am sure you are not only feeling lonely and suffocated but you are also feeling hopelessness. I do hope that you understand that what you are feeling in not only psychological. It has some strong physiology working behind it. You have some chemical imbalance in your body. That is what is creating this emotional tornado in our mind. I know with proper care and actions you will be able to once again enjoy your life and will also be able to contribute positively to make this world a better place. I am asking you to please take help from either a counselor or a psychologist. If need to consult a psychiatric and start medication. I will be more than happy to help you come out of this dark tunnel and lead a beautiful life ahead. You need to seek help and consult someone as soon as possible. I am also giving you some tips below which you can try, one thing at a time, one day at a time. I love you and I want you to take charge of your life. You may not know but you are here for a reason. What ever it is that is hurting you will go away the moment you start taking charge. As a human being you deserve the best. You deserve love and respect from people around you and love and respect begins with self. Look at yourself in the mirror and love that lady for who she is. You have endless potential within you. You could be whatever you decide you want to be. Have faith and let it go. Try following things and it will help you one day at a time. Stress has become part of our daily life now. Due to being in this chronic stress there is lot of negative energy and thinking as well as behavior processes are triggered. The good news is that our mind could be wired to switch back to positive things and resilience building. When things does not happen as we wish or people do not behave as we expect that is when out of disappointment, frustration, loneliness, anger, sadness. Etc we react and our mind starts thinking negative thoughts. Changing this pattern of responding to stressful situation requires both persistence and patience. Also you will only be able to work on this out of love and kindness towards you. Strong motivation will go a long way. Writing a statement about how would you want to respond in a similar situation and how will your life and your happiness will change if you do learn to manage your stress and how to respond to it. Once that is clear. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day.

This must be due to Muscle pain. You may be exerting a lot during job or at home. Avoid weight lifting for 1 week. take tab Nise twice a day for 5 days.

Reduce your salt intake, reduce your weight. Do regular exercise, like walking. Take lesser amount pf fatty, fried food. Try to be relaxed. Life style modifications alone lower the blood pressure. Infact, initially, one should try these measures and then only try medicines especially if it is stage 1 hypertension.

1. For your age pain chest could be due to anxiety, stress, depression, physical and mental strain, hyper acidity, muscular problem 2. Avoid stress and strain 3. Do regular exercise, reduce your weight if over weight. 4. Control your diet. Avoid oily/spicy/fried and junk food, high calorie and cholesterol rich diet. Take small frequent meals (5-6 meals/day instead of three heavy meals. If you have hyper acidity take one tablet of pan 40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days 5. Do yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress. 6. Have sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily. 7. Avoid, excess tea/coffee, if you are having 8. Drink plenty of water and take rest 9. Take crocin advance one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets per day at the time of chest pain 10. If you have recurrent attack of chest pain check your bp, take ecg, x ray chest and consult physician for advice and treatment.

How I can manage high bp and anxiety naturally? I am just 29 having bp problem due to anxiety from last 2 years, and also Left chest pain, during ECG test found first degree block and heart is getting thick, doctor as said no problem but go with bp tablet but am still unmarried so I have not agreed because some one has said once ill take bp tablet I have to be take for life long, sir please give me a suggestion how to control bp and maintain healthy heart.

Madam if your resting BP is high that is more than 140/90mmHg, you need lifestyle changes like daily 30 minutes brisk walk and low salt intake. If still after one month of this your BP is on bigger side you are having essential hypertension for which you need medications. If you will not take medicines just because of your false belief it will cause bad effects to your eyes, brain,blood Vessel's, Heart and kidneys. I personally suggest you this. Regards.

Hi, Follow these tips to increase your blood pressure: 1. Increase intake of salt by adding salt to curds rice and taking pickles along with curds rice. 2. Drink plenty of fluids like Nimbu pani, tender coconut, water, buttermilk, fresh fruit juices,etc. 3.Drink hot coffee or tea when you feel dizzy. 4. Take sound sleep for 7-8 hours at night. 5. Avoid standing for too long hours. 6. Do yoga and meditation which helps to relieve mental stress and control emotions. 7. Avoid anxiety, stress and depression. 8. Perform regular exercises. 9. Consume lots of fresh green leafy vegatables, fruits, sprouts, high protein diet, etc. 10. Check your Hb% and BP with your family doctor and take their advise for further management.
